8am appointment took 10 hours to complete - all they did was replace 2 rotors. They lied and didn’t even wash the car like they said they would. $400 labor fee as well for the worst service experience of my life. You’d be better off going anywhere else.
Excellent service. One of the reasons we keep purchasing Audis. Very professional staff. Besides Audi giving us the best driving experience.
Worst service center ever. I pay over $700 a month for my car and after 6 mo of using the car, the car already has a problem. Thats 5300 miles only on the car. Least they can do is make the service process smooth and comfortable. No audi rental car so they sent me over to enterprise, waited about an hour to receive Honda Accent. I dont even rent that car when im on a trip. I complained, nothing was done. So i got my car back to go to different service center
Go here for service instead of Audi Bev Hills no matter what even if its 50 miles further away!!! Big big difference in customer service and time.

Leased a car from here 3 yrs ago cam back this weekend. Didnt even try to negotiate only wanted down payment of 3000 minimum. Didnt even come back to let us purchase car. Worst dealership ever never buying or leasing audi again.
Wow, they suck so hard. Theyll do anything to not provide in-warranty service. They will also robocall you until the end of time.
Service center always great
Bought the vehicle few month ago, still didn’t received my license plate, temporarily plate already expired. I’ve been calling them almost two week, dmv says I’ve gotta call to Audi first, and every time they transferring me to fineness department and they just put me on hold, where I’m waiting for 20-30 min, but nobody talking to me from finessing department. They even told me that’s someone will give me call, but it’s been 4 days ago, so I’m still waiting for they call, and keep calling them, but with out and luck.

Service was very bad, couldnt get help from people working that day. We where told to come back. My niece was driving a brand new car that would just randomly stop on her .....and we where told to come back......

DO NOT LEASE FROM AUDI. Especially this dealership. Ive been with them for ten years, and Ive had three cars. Recently my car was totaled I wasnt at fault; my insurance made sure I had enough for another vehicle 11k extra, but Audi retroactively changed my buyout, which was 47k on an A7 to match the insurance payout. Leaving me with ZERO and told me they had no intention of helping me into a new car. If you are looking for luxury treatment, get a BMW or Mercedes, not an Audi. This company is a joke, and this dealership does not care about you. The screengrabs below show you the math.
