I have called several times attempting to get a copy of our purchase contract and despite my many calls I have received no call back and no one answers the financing department phone. It appears you are only treated like they care when you are purchasing but a customer should matter at all times. I am in sales and understand the importance of Customer Service, please, act like a customers need for assistance does not end with the purchase, it only begins there.

Again, another Nissan Dealership that wants to quickly scream whats not covered under your warranty before they even check. Ive been waiting on a call back since yesterday as I told an Analia that my issue is in fact covered and that all she has to do is make a claim. Im still waiting on her to call me back in 10 min. Its the next day! If I would have known this is how Nissan does business I would have never made this purchase.

I came into Nissan to look for a car for my girlfriend. With the shortage in the market of available cars? i was surprised at how many options they had available in their lot. I was helped by Mr. Ramadan who was very professional and patient as we had many questions especially around financing. Mr. Ramadan went above and beyond to help get us a deal as close to our expectations but unfortunately we were not able to secure the monthly payment we were hoping for at this time. While we’ll be coming back when we have a larger down payment amount on hand we are happy to know there is a team of sales people at this dealership actually looking to help and not trying to rip us off!

My advisor Joe was great keeped me informed of everything and was very nice and respectful.My only unpleasant moments where with Orlando the person who set up my rental car. He was very rude to me when I would ask questions. I understand that things get busy and other people can be disrespectful but I was not at all disrespectful to him, for him to have answers my questions in that tone and manner. This was not the best that nissan could offer.

BEWARE!!! If you value your time, money, and energy DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT come to Universal City Nissan. They are a horrible establishment. I have been coming here for maintenance on my vehicle for over 2 years since Ive lived in Los Angeles, and I will not be coming back. I spent over 6 approaching 7 hours at this place for what I was told was going to take 2 and a half hours (repair of hood latch and oil change). What makes matters worse and what compelled me to make my first review EVER was managements poor response to wasting my time. The manager blamed ME for the 5 hour delay. Please do not waste your time here, find another place... you will be extremely disappointed in the quality of service if you decide to come here!!

Bad customer service. I went to get a quote when selling my car, there was a hispanic guys who I think was the supervisor and who game a quote, at the beginning everything was fine as they were interested in giving me a quote and purchase my car.When the supervisor explained the quote and I said I would think about it, he rolled his eyes and walk away grabbing the quote in a way that it looked aggressive and arrogant without saying goodbye.Do not go here. I got more for my car at Carvana.

My whole time dealing with him was nothing short of professional and showed a real care for the customer. They tried to pull the good old bait and switch. Had a car advertised online and social media, made an appointment to go see it and test drive it. Confirmed that I was stopping by in the afternoon, I get there and after they get my license, they tell me that the car was sold in the morning, but had a newer one with less miles on the lot for me to take a look. No thank you, will never go back to this place again.

Edit: After paying nearly more than the value of my car in service and repairs the vehicle still pulled to the right. I went to Nissan paying much much higher prices for repairs and services I probably didnt need because I trusted the Nissan brand. Turns out they missed an entire bent strut and now want to charge me for that too. I told them they should cover it as I trusted in Nissan’s process, left myself without a vehicle and ended up mid trip with a check engine light and vehicle leaving their repair stations unsafe. They refused. I could have gotten sub par service at a cheaper local repair shop if I wanted to be treated this way for half the price. I chose to pay top dollar at Nissan expecting top service.Original Review: Got the work done fast but overpriced offered services I probably didnt need and also they somehow made it so my key no longer opens my doors. But they said they’re going to fix it. What concerns me is what else may have been messed up.

Ask for Eman and Joseph. They are the very best! They were so amazing and made the whole process really smooth. This dealership went above and beyond for their customers and always tried to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they really know their stuff. This was the easiest dealership I have Eve worked with abs I’ve bought over 15 cars in my life. I was in and out in 2 hours or less. I had the best experience of buying a car today.This was my second time purchasing from Universal City Nissan. The first time was very stressful and timely process not to mention to ring the bell after my purchase was a NO from me.However today was different. I went online to see what was available and made an appt. Areej Majzoub called me back to schedule me to come in for a test drive. She was so helpful and friendly. *** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ***If you are like me and value your hard earned money don’t waste time looking for another dealership or better deals. I found exactly what I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay. I live in San Diego and only made the drive due to my sales advisor AREEJ, she contacted me promptly after an online inquiry and was very professional, and polite and not pushy like I’ve experienced through other dealerships and sales people though out my search. AREEJ made me feel 100% comfortable, answered every question I had and even did a FaceTime call with me to go over the car to make sure I was happy before I made 2+hr drive from San Diego.This transaction was by far the easiest I’ve eve had though out my lifetime. She took care of most of the paper work and credit check online before I came up there to have the transaction expiated and even had an iced coffee waiting for me as I joking requested after a long day at work and the drive. Mike in Financing was fantastic and made everything extremely clear on what I was purchasing and made me feel like I was a long time friend. A few months ago, they sent me a letter saying that they wanted to buy my car back and put me in another. I drove from Long Beach to Universal City to do so. When I got there, there was nothing they could do. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I went back under the same guise. I asked them before I came, if there was any point in coming and are they sure they could make something happen. They ran credit and assured me. I went and got another car. Ive had it for a few weeks, and I get a call from the finance manager, saying that I have to return the car and take the old car back. The reason is, even though I have make the same amount of money being on a medical leave, they dont want to finance my contract anymore. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! This all shouldve been solidified, that week. Not weeks later after Ive already settled in with the car. Extremely embarrassing and extremely inconsistent with what Ive been sold on. Again, why would they waste my time with the hassle of going back and forth, misleading me??

Terrible experience today! I took my car in for an oil change and they called me at 9:18am telling me my car is ready. Awesome! I had things to take care of so I didn’t get there until 11:50am. More than enough time for final touches (car wash, etc.). I get there and did not get my car until 12:20pm! That’s 30 minutes that I waited after I had been told it was “ready and good to go” 3 hours prior. The girl at the front desk was initially uninterested in helping me until I walked back in upset and then they had the car for me 5 minutes later. She told me it was being washed or finished up and I told her I found it hard to believe being I got a call at 9:18am saying it was ready. Don’t call me saying my car is done if it’s not done. And if it is, get it to me sooner! Not 30 minutes later! Ridiculous

I went into this dealership to originally get my screen fixed and sales person Peter told me I was eligible for an upgrade on my car. I said I don’t mind exploring options. He had a paper out and I said i don’t want my credit tan though because i dont know what I can afford just yet. He said the universal city site pre qualifies you without impacting your credit score (it also says this in bold letters at the top of the site). I check my email and I have 5 emails saying it’s an update of my credit. It was impacted and went down. So it indeed DOES affect it. Peter then texted me and said I checked the box to prequalify and I then responded and said that he told me it would not impact it at all. No response back. I called numerous times, no phone call back. I will be posting this review everywhere.ALSOPeter told me that the car I wanted, a Maxima, was not available within miles and that it’s a car I would need to order online. I called Glendale Nissan 14min up the road and they had about 4 maximas. So he also lied in an attempt to get a sale. Still no phone call back either. Lied about running my credit and lied about the inventory of a vehicle.

Peter was a nice salesperson, this dealer had the Nissan leaf I wanted, the color i want and the right trim. He answered all my questions, i was disappointed with the trade in value but peter explained the car fax records and there was nothing I can do. Finance manager was a little rude and had clammy hands. In the end, I LOVE MY NEW NISSAN LEAF.

I typically dont like having to get established at a new dealership each time I move to a new state. This was my first time going anywhere in California for service, so I was pretty skeptical of being taken advantage of.However, Kevin exceeded my expectations. He was amazing at going over my vehicles service history, and determining the best course of action to keep my vehicle in shape. He explained everything that needed to be done and why. I always end up spending more than expected when I take my car in to get serviced, and typically have an excessive amount of questions to ensure I only get done what absolutely needs attention that month. Nevertheless, Kevin was patient and integral throughout our interactions. My car was done on time, and everything that I requested, and that he recommend, was taken care of. Thank you Kevin and team for such excellent service!

I’ve tried so hard to like this Nissan because it is so conveniently close to my place. I’ve come from another Nissan dealership a few hours away who made customer service a priority and there really is no comparison. Appointments don’t mean your car gets serviced at that time. It means they try to fit you in the rotation of tens of other cars. I’ve made many appointments, arrived there, and then been told I would have to leave my car overnight if I wanted the service done. There is only one cashier. Six plus service desks but the service personnel aren’t able to ring up their customers. They have to send everyone inside to one singular line that also deals with time consuming rentals. They just don’t have the ease or happiness of the customer in mind and it really shows. I’ll have to go elsewhere for all my services even though it’ll be further away. Kevin is really great and is the only reason I came back a few times to try to see if things improved.

I requested an oil change and tire rotation. I ended up waiting 4 hours with neither service being provided. The employee informed me that they completed an inspection on the vehicle since it was my first time at their business. Additionally, there was a supposed recall on a piece of my car and they did not inform me until after I asked. My biggest frustration is that I requested a specific service and received no consultation or consent to perform the inspection or the recall service. After waiting for 3 hours, I asked for information regarding my vehicle. I was told it would be another half hour to complete the recall. After another hour, the employee informed me that the recall service didnt work and that they would need another 2-3 hours to try it again. I refused the service and requested my vehicle. To my surprise, they had not completed the oil change or tire rotation. I was really upset because I ultimately wanted communication and consent for what they needed to do- especially since it was not my original request. Should you need to visit this location, please be upfront with them that you need constant communication and consultation from them- I hope no one else has to wait for so many hours to receive no service at all. Please work to find better ways to manage multiple customer needs. Thank you!

This has been the worst experience ever! I “purchased” a car august 7th. MIKE was my finance manager, before the deal was even done my husband had to tell him to not speak to me in such a rude way. He was so worried about a piece of mail that my husband did not have. We came in to purchase a car for myself yet my income wasn’t enough so they asked him to co sign. With that being said he did not have a piece of mail with our address in his possession. We moved past that and took the car anyways a Nissan Maxima with horrible gas mileage I was pumping 40$ everyday and only driving less than 40 miles!!! Over 10 days go by and on August 31st mike calls us to return the car. No one could finance the loan. They put 7 inquiries on my credit. When returning the car no one was helpful I put down 1,300 and as of now I still don’t have my money nor a car. Sadly if you aren’t there to buy a car everyone looks past you. Again I still don’t know why my loan was denied and why it took over 10 days for someone to tell me I had to return the car. Mike called my husband and told him it was on my end and then he called me and told me it was my husbands mail. Next time I won’t do any transaction with a finance manger who was rude from the start. All I can understand from his heavy accent was NO DEAL RETURN CAR! Still have no explanation and every time I call there seems to be no one above mike I can speak too. I asked for his supervisor numerous times and no one in the dealership can answer that for me. Only Superviser I spoke to was Todd from sales. I don’t know why they are holding my deposit if I returned the car. This whole transaction was a scam and I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership.UPDATE I’m currently sitting at the dealership waiting for a fianace manager to finish doing a sale so they can help me.. 4th time here to pick up my deposit and as of now only a partial payment has been given and that was last week. No matter what time of day I come there is always someone That isn’t here and they seem to be “ the only person to help me”Went to Nissan of DTLA and got a 2018 equinox for a lower monthly car payment and a lower sales price than the maxima.. apr was also lower.. they told me universal Nissan shotgunned my credit and sent my information to over 20 banks. Really regret coming here first.. NO ONE has even reached out to apologize for the horrible customer serviceBeen sitting here for 2 hours and my frustration is beyond me now.. I really had to get up and stand up for myself to get some service I feel so disrespected and humiliated at the same time.. I’m in tears 😭

Came to buy a car the salesman Armand Mayen was awesome great personality no pressure very informative! Got to the finance manager its crazy I cant remember his name he wanted to add on $3500 for items that were already on the used car he became very agitated I overlooked that behavior I had an 800 credit score he completely insulted me by coming back with an interest rate for 4.99% he ran my credit 3x whichmade no sense to me but that because he was trying to get the $3500 in the back end.

Ive been taking my Versa since 2018 but since 2020 until present, customer service has gone way down. They no longer wash your car or offer shuttle services for a 2 hour oil change. Not taking my car there for service any longer.

My first service job went well but this last service call repairing by breaks didnt go smoothly. I went in because my breaks were squeaking. After they repaired my breaks and I returned home backing into my driveway and I still heard the squeaking. I took the car back for a 2nd visit and they dusted my breaks and said it doesnt squeak anymore......after 4 hours later waiting at a restaurant down the road. The big deal is that after I got home from my 2nd visit (4 hrs wasted waiting) the breaks still squeaked and now management nor the director is calling me back. I only became a frustrated customer after returning home with the same issue and then no return calls back. I finally called Nissan Corp and now have a case number of my complaint. Guess what, they called me back today saying I never left messages and they are sorry after 5 messages later. Not a happy customer and no excuse for this ISSUE is excusable. Im not hard to make happy but this company really screwed up and I wont be coming back. I would rather drive out of the way then go here and I will!!

Standard get you down and treat you like a clown dealership.1) Asked to when they could diagnose my car. Told me saturday 8:30 am, should know within a few hours, and would shuttle me back. Clearly they tell everyone in hollywood this as I get there and they instantly say, oh we are too busy, need car until Monday, shuttle wait is an hour.2) Standard fear tactics. Insurance job for a transmission, which they billled labour way above industry standards. They also tacked on 6K worth of should fix things, and doubled down with you dont want to be driving down the road and this breaks you will be in trouble. I just purchased the vehicle from a trusted dealership with a full mechanical inspection who have pictures of all of the parts that are in tact. This not only voided coverage on these parts with my insurance company, but made financing my claim more complicatedThey have had my car for 16 days, and now we are heading into the holiday season and it is likely they will keep my car for 3+ weeks for an extended warentee transmission job in a nissan.

12/19/2017: I came in to meet with Andrea Palacios. I was a bit skeptical at first but she assured me that she could work a deal for me to get a car. She advised me on the cars that would fit into my budget and credit, so I got the 2017 Altima, needless to say all the worrying was a waste of time, I got my car...Thank you Andrea for going above and beyond to help me get the car that I likedErnesto Sandoval( finance manager) was great to work with as well, it didnt take long to sign the paperwork . Ernest explained and broke down each step to securing GAP insurance. He was very informative and pleasant. I loved the new electronic way you sign all of the paperwork and youre out of there .From beginning to the end my, experience here at Trophy Universal Nissan was great, especially with the red siren and ringing of the bell, after getting approved for my car.If you have great or challenged credit I recommend that you try these guys first.

He wasnt too pushy and forceful like other salesmen like the ones over at Honda. He puts his clients best interest first and works within the means. I loved that the service department was open on Sunday and that they were so efficient in getting my car fixed in 2 hours! The only thing I didnt like was that no car wash was provided as I usually get in my neighborhood Nissan service dealer. So that was a bit surprising. The other issue was that if my car would have had to stay for further repair they didnt have any loaners available and I wouldve had to come back on Monday morning. Nonetheless, I would come back here in the future. Customer service was great from scheduling my appointment to check-in and pick-up.

Kevin in the service department has been very helpful in trying to get my car’s blinker and wiper issue resolved. The service director worked with the director at the dealership where I purchased the car in San Diego to ensure they covered what they should given their after market alarm most likely caused the issue. Made an appointment for my brakes and asked my advisor to call me to discuss details..this was about 2 weeks ago and no call. Instead i got a call from Mauricio the assistant manager who is the rudest person and nothing was done it is my 2nd rude experience with him..then i got a call from Kyle who said he was car sales manager i told him why i will never go back...even though im currently looking for a new car ...he said they will fix the issue and will have my advisor call me asap and will have service manager address it and make appointment for my brakes..no call from anyone yet..i have been a customer since 2014 and have spent a lot of money in service..bought 2 cars from them ..it is obvious they do not care about customers.Sarkis the service manager is useless as well..Do not buy anything from this place..THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! This place is so incredibly unprofessional. We were trying to look at a used car here that we saw advertised online. After receiving an online offer through TrueCar, we called the dealership directly to make an appointment. The day of the appointment, they called to confirm. 30 minutes before we got there. Despite that, we arrived to find that none of the people we were supposed to meet with were available and, even worse, neither was the car which they said was in the body shop for an unexplained reason. They apologized and said they would follow up with us with more information the next day but I never got any response. I sent a follow up email that also received no response. Three days later, I called again and spoke to someone who told me that the vehicle was out of the body shop, where it had only been getting detailed, and that he himself had seen and driven the car that day and that we could come in and look at it anytime we wanted. We made an appointment for 5 pm the next day to do just that. When we arrived for the second time, not only did no one know about our appointment, but we learned that the person I had spoken to the day before was not in and the vehicle was allegedly STILL in the body shop--unavailable to be seen. Totally inexcusable to lie to customers this way and waste their time. Im not even sure the cars they are advertising online are even real. What a total scam and waste of time.

Brought my vehicle in for service to take care of an open recall item. Was pleasantly surprised to learn of the free inspection alongside the recall service. There were a few small items resulting from the inspection that needed to be done, which were taken care of that same day. Everyone I encountered and interacted with was super friendly and attentive. Communication was excellent throughout the experience. The complimentary shuttle service was an unexpected bonus so I could wait comfortably at home while the work was being completed.

I ended up choosing not to get my car serviced @ Universal City Nissan, Heres why the advisor called me asking for more time which was ok with me but when he gave me a price i was thrown off because he said they still didnt know what the problem was, how are you going to give the customer a price when you dont even know what the problem is u0026 you had just requested for extra time . In my opinion i think the only time you give a customer a price for a repair is when you know 100% what the problem is !Also forgot to mention dealer had my vehicle from Nov 23, 2021 - Nov 26, 2021 i was in no rush just wanted my vehicle fixed .

As a company and vehicle in general i like the brand and the vehicles. But just wish they would put more into their product like what Chevy, Ford and other brands do as standard features. For Nissan i have to get the higher model to get what i need and want. Which means i spend a lot more on the vehicle to get the top of the line features. But the Nissan brand is saving you from me going to another brand if i was interested in those features and that was my main choice as of why choosing a vehicle. It would be nice to have some stuff standard and pay a good price and still love the vehicle. But i have to settle for whats less expensive and reliable. Also stop adding stuff i dont want or need in a vehicle. Sell the car as it is from MSRP price and if i want the other stuff let me be the judge of it.

Ben in sales is great. Super nice, very knowledgeable. Anna helped with financial and she was a sweetheart. She was quick and friendly.Front desk girl is HORRIBLE. She doesn’t know how to answer a phone properly. When you call you can hear her giggling and talking… then you hear “ hello” as if you’re bothering her. She has no knowledge of what’s going on over there. She has a huge attitude. No one wants to talk to someone 3 times about a situation and it still didnt get resolved. Even No I called three times and baby fed her all the information all she needed to do was relay the message. But if you get loud with them, they take you serious. Is this a game? Customer service is a game? Extremely sad.

Came to this dealership today, ready to purchase a new car but my experience was pathetic.I work for a Honda dealership in sales so I was very reasonable with my terms.The sales person was very nice but lacked product knowledge.The sales manager I think his name was Isidro? Immediately addressed us in Spanish because of our skin color.The dealership wanted to mark up 6,000 dollars and charge us a 4% apr. Our credit is stellar and we wouldve paid 75% of the cost upfront.Sales manager wouldnt budge. Told us to leave.Highly recommend Buena Park Nissan, they made it happen for us. I would give West Covina Nissan and Universal 0 stars if I could because they are owned by the same group. I don’t like to write negative reviews for businesses or people since it impacts people professionally and financially especially now due to covid we’re so many are struggling. Since my experience was so bad I felt like I have no other choice but let others know.I’ve never had a good experience at West Covina Nissan and Normally go to Duarte Nissan but I live so close to west Covina I decided to go to buy out my lease for a year until I could get the Nissan I wanted originally and was unable to due to the low inventory from Covid. I figured this process was pretty straight forward none of your normal haggling. I told both the sales guy and the finance manager that I only wanted to purchase my car nothing else. I signed all the necessary paperwork and was on my way. Then I got a call a few days later that my loan hadn’t gone through so I went back down to resign. When I received my first statement I was shocked why is the loan 10k more than my original buyout? I looked at both contracts and the numbers on both contracts were completely different. They changed the purchase price of my vehicle overcharged me in sales tax and added a extended warranty, Cila Jet which I had no clue what this was and was never even performed on my vehicle. They also added Gap insurance. I was never asked if I wanted any of these products or I would have declined since I was only planning on keeping the car a year.I called numerous times every time I spoke with the GM and he told me I could not cancel these items leaving me very little hope that anything could be done. I called another Nissan dealership to see if I could cancel these items and they told me yes. WHAT?!? HOW SHADY!!! They encouraged me to call the bank. When I spoke to the bank they told me all these items were cancelable. I find it strange that West Covina couldn’t tell me this. I decided after NO LUCK of trying to reach out by phone to resolve this matter to go in and talk to the finance manager. When I went in they had me wait 3 hours before speaking to him. The finace manager realized after going back n forth that they had ROYALLY MESSED UP. He went to speak to the GM and they said they would cancel the items and have to issue me checks back to me personally. They said they had to check on the Cila Jet though which is CRAZY since they never even performed the service.It’s been a month since they said they would issue the check and still haven’t received the monies owed to me even though I signed cancellation contracts for the items they told me that I was unable to cancel. I have called countless times with no call back and FINALLY spoke to the finance manager he said he put in a check request and would get back to me and didn’t. It’s a check how hard can it be. Btw I’m a senior citizen and a women maybe they figure I’ll just go away??? IDK??Unfortunately now I have to look at what me legal options are. Overcharging is FRAUD… Btw I am a seventy year old woman so they must enjoying ripping Seniors off.BUYER BEWARE look carefully over your contract to make sure all the numbers add up because my car amount, sales tax, dmv fees were wrong and extra items were added.Save yourself a nightmare and GO TO DUARTE to buy your Nissan or better yet Buy a TOYOTA!!!!

I took my car for service on a Monday morning at 7am. My cars acceleration was not working properly and my AC wasnt blowing cold air. Kevin Velasco assisted me that Monday morning, unfortunately the service shops internet was down, so he couldnt input my information into the computer, he wrote everything down on a sheet of paper. I was supposed to receive a call about my cars diagnostic, didnt hear from them at all. I gave them a call that afternoon for a follow up. Apparently no one had an idea about my car. Surprisingly, they asked if I was sure that I brought my car in for service in the morning. Are you serious??? The first thought that came to my head was the system was down in the morning and they never input my cars information in the computer, so there was no record of my car at all. The associates at the shop said they were going to give me call me back because they needed to figure something out. Didnt get a call back, of course! When I kept calling they kept hanging up on me or they didnt answer the phone anymore!!! Come Tuesday same situation and on top of that it was Kevins day off so no in the shop knew any information about my car. Wednesday I called again, finally some news. They needed to order the parts for my car and it needed other services, like always, every time that I bring my car for one thing at this dealer, my car seems to need more services than what I asked for. I only authorized to fix certain things, the other things that needed fixing werent my priority and these little fixings are minor that is not putting my car at risk, I can always take care of it in the future at different shop. A whole week later, on Tuesday of the following week my car was ready for pick up. I went to cashier to pay my bill, and let me tell you, they charged me for services I did not authorized or needed for my car. Pretty much my bill was over about $1000 extra for parts that they fixed which I never agreed. No manager on site, seriously no manager at all at the premises. No one else was in charge so no one couldnt help me dispute this. Again, it was Kevins day off, so he couldnt help me. It was the more horrible experience ever!!!! Never again! No one at this service shop is helpful, they always want to screw you. You come in for just an oil change and apparently your whole car needs service. They are always after your money. They dont care about customer service. Dont waste your time at this dealership service shop. Its the worst!!!!

Dont know where to start, not sure how a business stays around with the ethics shown here. Also I noticed on their banners they have not won a trophy in over 6 years. What a wrong business to deal with. Super shady. After agreeing upon a deal they try to tack on $1900 to the vehicle on what was called a third party upgrade to paint and door guards which by the way was not mentioned in the advertisement (false advertising) or once when agreeing on price and trade in. Also they couldnt even provide proof that this was even added to the car. Additionally they tried to remove $2000 from trade in offer. After all said they try to swindle almost $4000. There is a reason why this dealership has a low rating. I only wish I paid more attention to the other reviews about how they try to tack on charges. Please beware. I will not give this company business nor I suggest who reads this review.

If I could give a half star or 0 stars I would!!! Absolutely the worst dealership and staff I have ever dealt with. They advertised one price on the Nissan website but when I arrived they marked it up $75,000 from the price online. They had me drive all the way up from San Diego on a weekend in LA traffic, ready to purchase a car and they decided to mark up the price when I arrived! Not only were they the usual annoying persistent salesmen trying to make a shady deal and get my information to run credit etc after telling them no multiple times. I spoke with another Nissan dealership and they said that what they did is ridiculous and unprofessional! I don’t know how many other bad reviews they have, but strongly take this negative encounter into consideration. Stay away!

Seriously a very unprofessional location. The only good member here was Kyle. The rest literally just wanted us to buy another car or keep our own Sentra that was SUPER defective and dangerous to drive. Dangerous not only for us but also for others on the road. Thanks to Kyle for giving us a call and saying that according to their policy we could give our car back and end the lease with no hassle. Since he was busy, we ended up waiting a pretty long time and being helped by passive aggressive workers who, after seeing that we were not going to buy a car, completely changed their tone with us. Anyway, glad we got this worked out in the end.

Went to many Nissan dealerships for the same car and no one helped me out more than Sergiu! He tried his absolute hardest to get us into the Nissan Rogue SV 2021 premium package when everywhere else people kept trying to get us into a car instead of an suv. He worked best with our budget and kept welcoming us back when we left (but not in an annoying way like other places) His customer service is excellent! Thank you for getting us into our first new car ever ! He was genuinely happy for us. Will definitely recommend Universal Nissan to people and will most definitely be back when the time comes again. Not a waste of time !
