So let me start by saying that the overall experience wasnt flawless. I had to wait a while when test driving the car and then again when completing the paperwork on purchase and there was a lag getting me the financing quote. However, the overall experience was still a 5-star one for the following reasons.1. The cars: So technically this is a perk of BMW as a whole not this location specifically. However, BMW has great cars across models. Personally as someone looking for a 2021 entry level sedan after a lot of test drives and research on settled on the 330i as the best in breed. And while best is going to be subjective and will vary across model and year, BMW warrants consideration across a lot of form factors.2. Inventory: This is a big dealership with a lot of cars and configurations available.3. Price: This is obviously going to vary by model, time of year, and even whos quoting you a price but based on my research I thought the base price I was charged was a very good deal.4. Financing Terms: Again this will vary based on your credit score and the overall interest rates set by the Fed, but I was able to lock in a ridiculously low 0.9% APR which means the value of the money Im paying is actually decreasing more (due to inflation) than my balance is increasing due to the interest.5. My Financing Manager Jonathan: JJ was a great dude. He explained things clearly and obviously made the case for why particular upsells could be helpful but never put any pressure on me or tried to keep pushing when I nixed a particular item. And he was an all around great dude and (and someone who also moved out here from New York).So in short, was my experience perfect, no. But it was overall as good of an experience as youre probably going to get at a car dealership and I came away very happy with my new ride.

I recently got my 2022 m340i from this dealer and the only reason I went all the way out to Beverly Hills is Neda. She is probably the most wonderful salesperson that Ive ever dealt with. I reached out to her via email inquiring the vehicle of interest and gave her my target price for lease. Shortly after, at 1am on a Saturday, she replied back with the best price that she could offer which was darn close. Neda was very responsive to my various questions and never made me feel pressured with any typical sales tactic.I had some personal issues so I couldnt go to the dealer until about 2-3 weeks after we confirmed on pricing. Neda was able to hold the car for me couple of days before I went into the dealer so that it doesnt get sold to someone else.There were some minor issues with the car initially but it was all fixed shortly after (missing 2nd key, missing front/rear tow covers, missing floormat).I highly recommend asking for Neda if youre ever looking for a BMW. The only downside about this dealership is....the location. Theres really not much fun to test drive due to the area its in.

I purchased my certificated car in the early of July. The car condition is pretty good.After couple weeks, I still didn’t receive bank statement about my car loan. Don’t know what happened, I called them and realized my finance was not processed successfully by the bank. They asked me to go back and sign again. Finally, I got my loan statements after 1 months (from my purchased date).However, I still don’t get my plate. I went to DMV, and checked the status. DMV said my transaction was pending, and asked me to called back to dealer. They just asked me to wait for 90 days, if still don’t get it, called back again. My friend already got his plate and we purchased at the same time. Not sure if this related to the financial issue.Felt bad about the shopping experience.

Barely 2 hours, which is unheard of to negotiate, close, finance and get out the door.See her. You wont need anyone else if a BMW is what youre looking for. The dealership has great staff. Could use an upgrade to the showroom/amenities (these are, after all, luxury cars, and the building seems spartan and dated). But no complaints here otherwise

Since Im in the Bay Area, Alex went through great lengths to show me the vehicle via FaceTime video call and detail the cosmetic and mechanical condition of the car.
