Caught a huge nail, in the evening on 10/11/21. Came in at 8am, they opened on time, which is always a Plus! I was greeted by Brian G. Told him my issue with a tire Rear Passenger. He was on it and fortunately, no cost since I have the warranty plan.🙏. Definitely, worth it. Get the plan when you purchase tires from these guys, you just never know when you will need it. Brian G., will make sure that youre all squared away.

Chose this place cause it was close to my work, despite bad reviews. I was running late (because flat tire) so I just dropped the car off and had to go clock in. They call me saying there is a nail in the sidewall of the tire, it isnt repairable. Do you want to buy a new tire? I felt sketched out and also wanted to see for myself, so I picked up the car on my break and took it to another place. Does this look like the sidewall to anyone else? Liars, dont go here.

Very happy with my experience at Just Tires. I bought 4 new tires 6 months ago and had a flat tire recently. I was out of town and had to buy a new tire because it was unfixable. I brought the flat tire back to Just Tires to find out what went wrong, see if the other tires were good and I wanted to get a refund. The manager, Robert, was very nice and helpful. He knows a lot about tires but hadnt seen anything like this before. I gave him a puzzle to solve! He gladly gave me a refund for the tire. Customer service plus!! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Robert at the Beverly Blvd location goes way above and beyond. I was annoyed at the unexpected cost of replacing all four tires, and wanted to save as much as I could. He was very accommodating and patient, matched prices from a competitor, spent time explaining the cost to me, and even filled out the rebate form for me for the tires I bought. This guy gives seriously good customer service. And everyone else there was really friendly too. This is my go-to place now.

They refused to remove a screw from the tire.We were able to fix it in a few minutes using a kit.They are intent on having you buy brand new tires. No thanks

The cleanest and most organized shops Ive seen in Los Angeles. There is actually room to pull in the parking lot and park! Not just squeeze in between other cars.Top notch service that is affordable and preformed by knowledgeable uniformed technicians.I glad I found this place to take care of our BMW.

I was sent here after talking on the phone with Goodyear about a tire I needed replaced for a car I do not own but was helping out a friend that was out of state. I gave them all of my friends credit card information over the phone and they ordered the tire to this shop. They failed to tell me that this shop has a policy that only the card owner can drop off the car. Luckily I had a photo of his ID and showed them and they let me drop it off anyway. I was so upset because something that should have taken 5 mins ending up being an ordeal because they didn’t inform me of this shops policy’s so I called and let them know that I would have picked a different shop if that was the case and they should have told me when they sent me there and they agreed to give me a refund of the service charge. I just want to write this review to let others know if you are helping out a friend, to choose a different shop.

Also I were not in a hurry for once. Though service it was quick. Almost like. What happen? It was done. It was just a good day. It were because of Zach. Im glad I had a flat tire.I have to add. Terrible place came in at 9am and only two people waiting in the lobby. Had two employees have start stop conversation with me about what service I need only to tell me hold up while they go and do something else. After the 3rd employee ask me what I need I get up and leave what a huge waste of time

Stopped by Just-Tires because of a nail puncture. Just-Tires said no can do, tire is to old, new tire $160. Funny because just this morning I had them rotated at the dealer and they assured me I was good to go. $30 elsewhere and I’m rolling again.This is what happens when you incentivized sales instead of paying your employees a decent wage. Never again.

I arrived early for my appointment at this location where I had taken my car before. My tire has a nail and needs a patch.Every bay was empty and I was met in the parking lot by an attendant, who I told why I was there. He took one look at my tire and told me that since I have RUN FLAT TIRES, they were not able to provide a repair. I was in and out of the appointment in about 30 seconds, without a clear explanation.I called the front desk to ask what had just happened as I drove away. Apparently, since the last time this same car was at this same location, Just Tires and other large, national repair chains have accepted guidance from tire manufacturers that prevents them from doing ANY repairs on run flat tires. I was told once you repair a runflat, it isnt really a runflat anymore...This wasnt mentioned on the website, nor did I appreciate being told to go to a shadier, smaller tire shop for this kind of repair. I wasnt told how much a new tire would cost, or any further options.They couldnt have been less interested in serving this former customer.

Took flat tire in to get repaired and staff was extremely professional and helpful. They took care of the immediate issue and repaired the tire, then installed it and put away my spare tire, along with all the parts. There were a handful of other customers and we were talking and they were all happy with the service. I dont write reviews, but given the quality of work in a semi-emergency matter, and the staff being professional, friendly and quality people - I felt compelled to compliment them and to highly, highly recommend them for any tire issues!

I got there with a flat tire 30 minutes before they close and they didnt wanted to serve me, they told me to leave the car over night. No!!

Took my car to this Just Tires location on Beverly and was assisted right away. They removed the nail from my tire and patched it up and sent me on my way all within an hour. Would definitely bring my car back to this shop. Thanks so much for helping me, Just Tires!

Honestly, ignore all these bad reviews. This place is great and has such nice people working there. My dad came in with a flat tire, even though they didnt have the tire size in stock, they filled up our flat spare tire and even helped us change it. Very nice manager working there. Great guy.

Dude behind front desk, I guess name is Mark! I understand you are busy, old and experienced but... could you be less arrogant and more nice to customers? This is JUST a tires place not Versailles Palace in Paris, not even Buckingham palace!! Why this attitude? We will never come back there and dozen my friends too... customer service is sucks... completely... (( by the way, sending us to your competitors Pep Boys shop was not a good idea... what if top management will find it out some time?

Awesome place! We were on our way home from my daughter having surgery. She was in the back seat of the car feeling nauseous from the anesthesia and in pain, when our tire blew. We arrived to the tire shop and they were really busy, but Thankfully We met Diego and Theo. We explained the situation to them and they took us right away. No wait!! They are amazing!!!

Great service today at this location, after leaving Beverly Center I noticed a low tire pressure warning so I searched and found this place, was able to get it done within 2 hours because they’re were busy but service was great!

Took all day long to change the tires, do an alignment, and was pricey. Hidden charges compared to what I was quoted over the phone. I recommend Tires buy Mark, if you can make it there, for a fast and cheap experience.

Great experience, called several Just-Tires locations the day before, several places made the process incredible painful and complicated, the Beverly blvd location made it simple and got 4 new tires on my BMW i3 in about 90 minutes. rocked it.They did not mention it but the car indicated a 20min test drive, guess thats part of making sure all is squared away. - might be worth telling customers up front that the car will drive 3-4 miles for the testing. no worries its all good and I reset my sirius system to play my music again. ;-)

AWFUL customer service! I made an appointment online for a tire repair and after driving across town on my spare and showing up on time for my appointment, I was told by the manager that the company does not honor appointments. I asked if I could schedule an appointment that the location could honor, and again was told that they couldnt do that. What kind of company has a website that encourages you to make an appointment, but then doesnt honor them?! Dont waste your time coming here - they are clearly more concerned with taking whatever money comes through the door first than with helping customers in need. They lure you in with what you think is a confirmed appointment and hope youll either wait all day to be helped or leave your car with them over night. I wouldnt trust them for a second - I couldnt agree more with the other reviews which say that this location really doesnt care an ounce about you, your property, or your time.

The installation price they told me over the phone was not the price given me when I arrived, and they denied giving me the price over the phone. I canceled my tires order because of their dishonesty.

I needed to get attention to a rear tire on my wifes car so Just Tires was the closet and I m glad I went. I was expecting to have to replace the tire, but they were able to repair it with warranty. I had to leave the car, but they were busy, so I expected that. Mark was veyr couteous and helpful. Dont know why there any negative comments. I was very happy & will be back of future tire needs.

Got 4 new tires and alignment done here. They scratched my rims up (on all 4 tires). The scratches are too far in from the exterior to be anything other than unprofessional laziness. Even AAA guy confirmed that the way they removed the caps wasn’t done from the inside but the outside which took chunks of my powder coating paint off on 2 different tires.

Absolute worst customer service.Called to get a quote on tire and install.Received my quote, within minutes went down to the store, and magically the price went up $35.I spoke with the assistant manager (Anthony) who for one belittled me and was overwhelmingly condescending, then proceeded to elude to the fact that I was lying about receiving the quote. Im not looking to penny push, just get the price I was told. As I explain myself the assistant manager proceeds to talk over me, go uh huh, uh huh everytime I said a word. Completely unprofessional and lack of common respect. Would not recommend this place or treatment on my worst enemy. Will never be purchasing from this store again.

Ve bought the last four sets of tire from these guys for all my vehicles. Ive always gotten a competitive price on all my purchases. Their mounting and balancing is a little high, but they offer lifetime tire rotation with purchase. (Not sure if the balancing is lifetime) They also give you something like 6 months or 6,000 mile wheel alignment warranty, which means that as long as you check it before that theyll redo it for free if its off. Ive always bought their road hazard protection and its come in handy many times.Now for the bad:They do try to upsell you sometimes, but arent to pushy. Their road hazard warranty is now 36 months, not the life of the tread. If your wheel alignment is off and creates an uneven wear pattern it voids the warranty. They wont patch tires with miss alignment issues and you have to stand your ground sometimes to get them to honor the warranties.The Good:Ive had many tires fixed and replaced under the road hazard warranty. Theyve taken care of me 15 mins before closing with no complaints. They check the wheel balance, air pressure, wear pattern when they rotate my tires and dont make me wait to long. They have good knowledge regarding their different tires.Id recommend this place to anyone, but would advise to do your homework before buying. The people are nice, but its a business.

The worst Just tires I have ever been. I bought 2 tires which was $140 each but the total bill came to $400 after adding up many unreasonable fees. But that is ok. After the installation they offered free alignment check and of course they said you definitely need an alignment job to be done. But instead of fixing my alignment they made it worse. Car started to pull to the right. All measurements were red on the list, but they insisted that it is ok and in order to do it perfect I need to take my car to mechanic or body shop.Next day I took my car to Glendale location and they fixed everything in 20 mins. Dont go to Beverly Hills location. They are not professionals.

They know there stuff and the road hazard warranty is worth it in LA. The biggest issue is to know what day your going to go and get there first thing. Its first come, first served.

I called asking for a quote, and they were not willing or even tried to help me find what tires i needed. No patience on the phone.

3 hours for an in-warranty flat repair! This should never happen. This is a poorly managed shop that obviously doesnt understand how to keep customers returning.
