A nice, good-sized Target with plenty of merchandise in-stock--not one of those small locations in that you see in the city. Plenty of free parking that is best entered from La Cienega. Look for the McDonalds then turn in. Note: The side entrance to the parking lot is closed at night. Youll find all the usual great stuff here in good supply. Plenty of helpful employees to point you in the right direction in this big store. Busy but not too crowded. Many self-checkout terminals up front which are great UNLESS u are buying clothing with security tags on them that need to be removed because youll have to ask for help on that. But theyre pretty quick on the help so dont worry, you can get in + out pretty fast this way. Starbucks inside for your caffeine hook-up too. Worth the trip for that!

Employees were helpful on the floor in home goods but talk about low selection and empty shelves! My fiance said we were stereo typed by the door man going out! Not sure if that was true but he did count every item in basket while those in front of us got a quick once over and have a great night! Really prefer walmart but thats because of more selection less shelves being completely empty,! Target has been better!

Online shopping is simple and easy. Pick up was quick, unlike other places where I had to wait 30 min to get my order.

The return process was easy and fast. The return time in which you have to return items is more than most places.

After paying respect to Nipsey and Kobe @Nipsey’s store in Crenshaw we needed a few last minutes things before flying out back to Melbourne Australia we headed to this Target. Only few minutes frm Nipsey shop this Target is on point. Car park fully lit with lighting we felt safe. The Store inside is super clean and service was also great. Randy was not curtious, did not acknowledge me as I stood in line, not once did he speak to say Ill be right with you, was very slow scanning items. Seemed to be very tired maybe it was just a long night for him. Please provide this person with more customer service training skills to your associates.

The prices and items available are great. Makes it convenient to shop at 1 place for most of the needs.

Everything I needed was in stock and the employees were very friendly and helpful while helping me. I asked a few questions and the employee seem very willing and excited to answer my questions.

Nice variety and great choice of items but needs more checkout counters to avoid the cue during the late hours.

Said an item would be available on release date, go to buy that item on release date. Oh looks like someone put it on the self early and sold out whats the point of even having it on release date and if they are just gonna scalp it for themselves or their friends.

Best place in the world that has everything, yet it is kind of hard to find some helps when is needed.

The price on the frozen food was wrong. When I went to check my receipt it was a dollar more for two of the items I bought. So I went to ask an employee, but they didn’t really say anything they just sent me to customer service and the workers at customer service was just talking to each other and not even checking out any of the customers. We were just standing there for 5 minutes watching them socialize and even when I did finally get called over she wasn’t even listening to me, becuz she was too busy still socializing with another employee, so I just asked for a refund. I didn’t want the refund, I wanted the food, but I’ll just have to go to another location.

The place where I can buy stuff at a very low rate. My mom was so happy for he got a new bag. I bought it from here for I found it pretty and the quality was good. This is the best place to go if you need to buy something not so pricy.

Target is the a one stop shop that just about have everything that you need.

Its Target, the amount of random things you can get here is amazing. As for employees, you have a 50/50 chance of anyone being able to help you. And a lower chance of them knowing whats in stock or even what something (like WD40) is. This is a self service place. Know what you want and find it yourself.

It is closest to me. I hold a sentimental value to this location. Ive been coming here for most of my life. Its a place me and my family would go altogether. Even when times were hard, wed always find ourselves in Target together.

Excellent service for pick up fast and efficient.For some reason curbside pick up is only for certain items. I had to get in the pick up line.One additional note though.For returns are you still making customers wait in regular line or have you added returns to pick up line? This should be a must especially since when it gets extremely busy, waiting in line for seniors like myself can be difficult!

I usually like to go inside the store and browse to see what Id like to get, but with everything thats happening I decided to order online and pick up at the store and I got to say that they were very efficient I didnt have to wait long to pick up my item and I totally recommend it.

It’s the biggest target in the Los Angeles area in my opinion the best one also.

What is the problem with keeping shelves stocked! Really what is the problem! Especially the toy aisle, especially LEGO toys.

Near by, bigger with more items to choose from than smaller close by Targets.

I’ve been going here before I was double digits, and it’s been pretty well. No bad experiences at all. Good place to shop, especially during the pandemic at the time this is being posted. I would recommend this target to more people, but they might ruin it so I will just tell them I go to a good target.

Maybe it’s just my own bad luck but EVERY time I come here I leave empty handed. I look around and the store is full of stuff but somehow they never have what I need! Basic stuff! A body mirror. A cutting board. A cake holder. Unbelievably frustrating. It’s a Target for Pete’s sake.

This one of my favorite stores huge selections and most the stuff I like in stock .

Not the biggest selection but when I go its usually for my 5 year old and theres always a toy there that she wants. Also, I bank with Capital One and theres a capital one atm here which is pretty convenient!

Easiest pick-up process ever! I needed a new bath rug, but were trying not to expose ourselves too much. The app is VERY efficient and crucial to Targets touchless pick up success.

I love the drive up and pick up in store option. As a full time student and full time employee it’s sometimes difficult to schedule a trip to the store on my free time. This cuts the time I take to run my errands significantly. I always recommend the target app and this option to my friends that have similar time restraints. This is perfect.

We decided to shop here with my friends its our day off and we decided to go shopping, We love the tops and some other womens stuff here it was nice and has lot of selections and sizes. It was so much fun to shop with these great and high quality items. Well organized and well cleaned.

I had just purchased Ray Ban frames. Paid over 3 hundred dollars. My eye glasses case broke 😫 just spent a hundred dollars 💵 in the store. Went over to the Optometrist for a new case only tobe told no.

Came to this location from echo park because it was the one target with these chairs available. We ordered online for pickup, 3 hours later we get a notification that the order is easy. We drive there only to wait for over an hour because they “couldn’t find” the chairs.

I was very apprehensive about shopping during this pandemic that is occuring right now. The employees were very nice and helpful during the stampede of guests that came into the store at once. There werent enough cashiers when we first approached the checkout area, however they quickly started opening more lanes. The store was clean and organized. Nice visit.

I don’t have to deal with crowds and lines. The drive up experience was so easy and fit in with what I needed. Very convenient.

The checkout clerk was very helpful, and took the time to show me how to use the mobile app. I was super impressed that they helped me bring my groceries to my car as Im currently disabled, so that helped me a lot.

Target fulfilled my order within one hour and was ready for pick up. Love that they have curb side pickup as well.

FASTER MORE CONVENIENT IN-STORE PICK UPOur Target store is really nice. But when I am short on on time... shopping Target online is super fast, easy and a huge timesaver. Even add a persons name you want to pick up the order at the store.Its a super convenient way to help out a friend or family member in need. After finding and choosing a store nearest to them. I was able to place an order for a few personal items and surprisingly they were available to visit their local store and pick em up in under 1 hour.

With Covid I understand things are difficult and it’s an adjustment period. But I was inside shopping and saw more than 5+ workers aimlessly restocking and gossiping, while only 2 basically teenage young men were outside juggling the 20+ car pick up orders. Customers were yelling and angry, and unfairly targeting the young workers rather than the incompetent management. Get someone out there to take the heat off your employees and make things more efficient.

The drive thru service needs improvement with their time management. Michelle purposely skipped our name off the pickup list until we notified her after waiting for more than 20 minutes. Michelle was quite rude and I was very dissatisfied with the service today.

Big target, sometimes a little crowded.

We went to this target yesterday early morning. We were looking for a specific product and were struggling to find it. An employee named Jonathan, a very kind young man, took the time to help us out. He not only found the product in the back, brought it to us, but also patiently helped us put it in our basket. This young man went above and beyond to help us. He was also very courteous and polite. The place is very clean and organized. Parking was easy. The whole experience was great but most of all, the awesome customer service was excellent!! Thank you Jonathan!!

The young man and young lady in the electronics department(dont know their names but both under 5ft and petite) had the crappiest customer service I have ever experienced. It wasnt that they had a nasty attitude per say but they couldnt care any less about me. First I had to steal their attention away from their phones while they were at the counter to ask for service. After that the young man came over for 2 minutes then switched with the girl as it was obvious he wasnt interested while I started asking questions. Then he starts calling the girl back to the counter while she is supposed to be helping me as she was checking other targets for the watch I wanted. He returns to say we dont have it, so I tell him I already know that which is why the girl was looking it up in the first place.Also, when I asked to see both watches that were locked away he only handed me one as if I was going run off somewhere while Im trying to read the boxes since NONE OF THE WATCHES WERE TURNED ON nor did they have pamphlets for me to do a quick comparison. I felt extremely discriminated against and I held my composure as best as possible. I asked the cashier that ring me up for the name of the young man (Johnathan) in the electronics department and he told me there was 20 something associates in electronics, yet I only saw 3. Two ladies and one man.If you want to be treated poorly, go to this location but if you want a tiny bit of service Id suggest going to the one in Culver City.

Ease of ordering online, not having to wait in line for pick-up, congenial employee brought items out--amazing what a difference customer service with a smile makes.

The store is very clean & organized. However, Tim is a wonderful employee who needs a shout out of appreciation. I look flustered at the Starbucks line, I just wanted water and he helped me and saved the day. He went to the barista and asked for a cup of water for me, Thank You Tim!

Curbside pick up takes forever. We re 3 Months into covid. Should be more efficient at this point.

I had purchased a boppy pillow for my 4month old but it was the wrong one and i went in to exchange it and the cashier was friendly and helped everyone in a timely manner. The store was packed but it was still organized and the restrooms were clean.

Parking lot is pretty nasty- trash strewn everywhere and stay carts dumped all over because they don’t have cart return areas in each aisle (and people are lazy slobs). Definitely not the usual clean and organized Target experience.

Ordered online and picked up the next morning. So much easier than standing in line or waiting 2 days for delivery.

Due to increasing numbers of people in lines shopping due to COVD-19,pickups are definitely very convenient,without long waits.

This target is a hit and miss. Sometimes you get good customer service and sometimes you get horrible customer service.On this day, the employees were scanning and stocking shelves in the middle of the day. I wasnt greeted or offered help. I felt like the employee were so occupied with their task that they were avoiding customers.The highlight was a sneak past the line to the register in front of the register. My cashier was fast and efficient. She was complaining about my heavy items though. I was like get your work out on and put it in the bag.They have a Starbucks, Pizza Hut and target food area inside.I only go to this location when I dont feel like driving to the one Im Culver city. I wish this locations gets friendlier cashier, more helpful employees and better management

Not a bad location by any means. I was out here traveling and was able to get all of my necessary travel supplies such as mouth wash, tooth brushes, dental floss and they also had some nice clothes that I took back home with me. The staff was super friendly.
