First time getting banners for a trade show made for my company and I must say it was a great experience! I accidentally gave the wrong dimension of a big vertical banner I was printing and they helped cut it down to size as I was picking it up. I was picking up some business cards for my mother, but business cards came out not as wanted due to some miscommunications. I am okay with the design mix up, but the way they handled the issue is incredibly infuriating and unacceptable.The guy who worked on the business card was on the phone with my mother (using my phone), but after about 10 seconds of complaint he let out a big sigh and threw the phone on the table and walked away to his desk without saying anything. I first thought he was checking his computer for records, but I was left standing at the counter without any explanation for many minutes. Some other employee was wondering what I was doing standing at the counter alone and called out for the guy.He came back to the counter with an agitated look on his face and started explaining that he did nothing wrong and I would have to place another order if I want to fix the design. Clearly, he had absolutely no will to even try to come up with a resolution and was aggravating the situation instead.The business cards were already paid for, but this guy said youre going to have to pay for the cards before leaving. I guess I must have looked like a thief to his eyes instead of a customer.I got fed up with this guy and asked this guy why hes treating me so poorly and why he threw my phone on the table. He claimed that he never threw my phone and instead just placed it on the counter. Apparently throwing a phone on a counter hard enough to make a thud sound is just placing it for him. His non-apology for this action saying Im sorry you saw it that way was more slap on the face.I was trying to calm my anger and there was brief moment of silence. His co-worker was walking by and asked whats going on. He replied to his co-worker saying I did everything as agreed and now hes complaining nonchalantly, while Im standing right in front of him. This guy must be used to treating his customers this way.I do not know how other employees are at this place, but if this is how even one of their employees treat their customers I see absolutely no reason to do ANY business with this place.

Overpriced and inconvenience for customer

Chris J was very helpful with about three different things that I needed. The price was very reasonable and they did an awesome job in terms of quality!

My experience with KBJ Signs has been nothing but 5 STARS and Ive used them over a dozen times, and will continue to use them. Chris and his staff have gone out of there way on several occasions for me to have my order ready on time, every time even in the tightest deadlines! The quality of work they do and material they use is outstanding for the price! Ive been in the printing industry for almost 25 years and have had to deal with numerous print and sign shops and none of them even come close with a final product like i get from KBJ at there price!

Grace is amazing - very helpful and professional. KBJ uses high quality materials for their banners and the images are crisp and clear. The turn around time is impressive.

The lady in the front desk had no templates or fonts to show samples of. You have to bring your own font for them to even start a job. Horrible service clerk.

Let me start by saying that I DID NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM....and here is why.... 1 ) have you ever walked into a place and NOT felt welcomed...well thats what I felt as soon as I walked in....2) When asked about specifics the young lady attending me DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT I wish she would have said that instead of telling me they were unable to print on the material that I was showing her.....which in fact is printable on a MIMAKI or Epson Large format printer or ANY other printer in the industry... and her ignorance would of been OK if it was just that IGNORANCE but it was the way she said it the atmosphere seems condescending .....good luck in garnering any business from me

Its funny when one calls and can only speak with Chris to obtain quotes but they were relatively cheap so theres that

Cost efficient and very quick turn around.

I order some banners and I told them that I needed one size and they gave me the wrong size and she told me the person who took my order does not speak and many of them speak Korean.So she did not get the order rights.So they should put a sign that people that speak English can not enter and I lost 400 dollars and they also lost a customer.Also she said that it was my fault and they are racist because they all speak Korean and do not take the orders correctly, and the there is only one person who speaks English and is not there and don’t go there it is horrible.
