This place is great for printing academic/conference posters. I chatted with Erin over the phone, who was really nice and helpful and discussed the paper options and file formats needed. She sent me a quote right away and my posters were printed the next day! The quality was top-notch. They do same-day printing if you get them everything before 10am, perfect for last-minute poster print jobs.

I ordered 3 banners for a market research job. Our company is based in Toronto and so the coordination for the printing job had to be done from Toronto to LA. The team at SLB assisted us every step of the way. They expedited the printing as we needed it in under 36 hours. When I arrived in LA, I missed the office hours on Friday due to a delayed flight and the banners were needed over the weekend. Their office was not open on the weekend. I requested to pick it up outside of office hours and someone from their office showed up on a Saturday just to hand over the banners. Truly exceptional customer service and dedication to customers.

I am the West Coast representative for a Motion Picture production company in Australia. This is a long overdue review. I was in charge of the planning for my companies trip to Los Angeles for the “AFM” (American Film Market) festival in Santa Monica. Instead of printing and shipping from Australia, as we had done in the past, all the pull up banners, postcards, stickers & posters we were going to be using and handing out at the show, we decided to print it all locally. After looking at several different companies on Google & Yelp!, making phone calls & getting quotes, I decided to go with SLB Printing and I’m so glad I did. Their instructions for file submission were very clear and easy to understand and the pricing was fair, (actually a little less than other printers in the same area and tremendously less than those in Santa Monica). But the service & quality of the finished product was all top notch. All my materials came out looking great and everyone I spoke with during the process knew about my jobs which made getting answers to questions so easy. I really like how a real person always answers the phone and I don’t have to spend time pushing numbers and listening to an auto-attendant. Overall, I would give this company 10 stars if I could. They truly are the best printing company I’ve found in Los Angeles in my 6 years doing this job. I’ll be back next year for sure.

I DONT RECOMMEND GETTING PHOTOS PRINTED HEREI wanted to get a few photos printed for a Christmas gift to my parents, so I called in and they sent me a quote for $170 for four 24x36 prints. They were actually pleasant on the phone and assured me that my prints would be in good quality for printing. Not being familiar with printing, I wanted to be certain the files were okay, so I emailed them and asked again just to double check.When I received the prints they turned out to be more pink than I expected.I went in to see if there was anything that they could do and they said that my file was in RGB and they print in CMYK so the colors wouldnt be the same when printed. I was a little frustrated not being told this prior. They said its in the fine print.I actually pulled out my computer to see if I could change the photos on photoshop, and when I changed it to CYMK they again said the color wouldnt show up as shown because my screen gave out blue light. One excuse after another possibly?I left upset, out of $170, and with pink photos.Right after, I went to The Print Shop at 9301 Wilshire Blvd. and got amazing photos printed using the same files.

These guys are incredible. I had a very, very tight timeframe, and they delivered in one morning what online vendors said would take 3 days. In addition, after noticing that I had submitted graphics that had an error (my fault), they gave me a discount on the replacement run.I highly recommend Nancy and the team. Ill be going back to them for my printing needs.

I just started a small long distance phone business in LA area and was prompted to attend a massive fair on August 4th and 5th. I got a few flyers overseas and was urgently needing more... Though I was looking for a fast service, I was also concerned on quality. I contacted several other printing shops and their prices were high and if I needed just a minor change it will delayed the processing and some even talked about increasing the price for the same delivery time!!! I was referred to SLB Printing by a friend and definitely he was completely right! Their staff is really focus on their customers’ needs and demands. I submitted the art work and ask for changes and additional details to improve the original and Juan was always willing to help!!! We agreed on a 5 days delivery, but guess what? Nancy called me next day, my flyers were ready!!! Just on time for an opening meeting, which I thought I wasn’t gonna make it. The quality was way way better than the ones I already had. My business card was printed in the wrong way. Images were zoomed in and cropped weirdly. Yes, I signed and picked it up then I realized printing was wrong. Ok, thats my mistake. But when I complained about it in an hour after I got my business card, this company said I need to pay additional 30 DOLLARS(I paid 45 dollars already for printing 100 sheets of my business card.). I understand that I need to pay for reprinting, but I really DONT understand why I need to pay that much of money because of their essential fault.
