Sign Makers LA & Paul Created this stunning piece of art for our shop & we are super excited! We decided to work with Paul (who was recommended by a family member who used him as well) for the construction of the signs (4 of them) that would go up in a dental office moving to a new location. I was in desperate need of a sign for a client who was exhibiting at the LA Convention Center. The one that was supposed to be sent from Chicago never arrived. I ordered a sign from this company in January (its now August) and was called three times a day for two days asking for payment so they could hurry up and get the job started. I heard nothing but excuses until April when they installed such a poorly made sign that it was blown down by the wind within a week (the installer came alone, nearly broke the sign trying to install it with one hadnt and hold it up with the other, and installed the sign off center, telling me he did it on purpose when I called him on it). They apologized and replaced the sign at no cost but again, it took three months to deliver. This is not a complicated sign to build, this is just incompetence on the part of the company to manage their workload. When it was finally installed they removed the existing automatic timer and said theyd be back to replace it within a few days, it has now been many weeks with my neon sign running nonstop at my own expense. On top of thousands of dollars to build the sign, a 7 month wait for the sign to actually be installed and functional, I am now paying extra electric due to their shoddy installation and scheduling. This company never ONCE called me to update me on schedule or delays, rarely answers the phone, and then lies to me telling me youll have it this week every time I called for 7 months. The sign looks nice, but on the basis of every single other part of my interaction with them my advice is to NEVER use this company.
