I ordered an EconoLight banner with a 24-hr turnaround and 2-day shipping. When my order status didnt change from Pending for a day, I gave them a call to see what was going on. They apologized, printed my banner in a matter of hours, and mailed it next-day air on their dime. It turned out beautifully! Great colors and quality fabric, but the five stars are definitely for their customer service. Great prices, too! Will definitely use them again.

Our non-profit did not have the required vector file (we had a JPEG) for our logo, but Banner World worked with us to create the file. They also gave us final approval before printing, and our table banner turned out awesome! Great customer service; very quick to respond to emails. Thank you Banner World!
