I would not recommend shopping here especially if you are in need of the parts right away! We ordered parts for a clients project and paid close to $250 for 2 drains to be shipped 2 day expedite. After placing the order it took 2 days for processing and than it was shipped GROUND. Finally after 3 days we received notice that it was out for delivery to our clients and by end of day we were notified of the delivery. BUT it was delivered close to 800 miles away without clear address and not even close to where we asked to be shipped to. Come to find out the following day that the order was shipped to PLUMBINGOVERSTOCKS warehouse and would be shipped from there to our client... via GROUNDOverall this order took over 10 days to be processed and shipped and still delivery has not been made as of today..IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF YOUR PARTS DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I found the item at another supplier, and when I tried to return an over $700 items was informed I would only receive a 50% credit. Avoid purchsing from Plumbing Overstock.

I saved over $140.00 on my order for my initial purchase which was out of stock during the pandemic. They immediately upon inquiry invited me to accept a higher priced, better quality product at no additional cost and even sent it via FEDEX. I saved an additional $70.00 for a total savings of $200.00--fabulous. This company goes out of their way to resolve issues as best they can--believe it. We bought a Brasstech faucet that took over 10 weeks to arrive. Once it arrived, we found the finish to be nothing like the representation online. We returned the faucet to Brasstech who was great and agreed to give us a full refund without a restocking fee. They refunded our money to Plumbing Overstock but we have been chasing Plumbing Overstock for 2 months to try and get our refund. They keep telling us we will see it soon but it never comes. They have basically stolen our money and continue to give us the runaround.

Called to follow up on a product product ordered on 8/30, told it would be shipped in 2 days to, when it didnt arrive in 2 days, called again and was told that it would for sure be personally handled and shipped. 4 days later, I received a notification that it was sent out. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was met with annoyance and push back as to why I was calling. We ALL understand shipping delays are a probability especially in this climate, but when a promise is made, broken and no accountability has been taken, its disappointing and should be addressed with your staff. They need to update the tracking so that each item is tracked individually. I had an issue with my order and it took another month to get both items.

I bought a vanity around Mother’s Day. When I received the vanity it was in about 100 pieces. I sent pictures and called customer service 3 times, they said they would follow back up but never heard back. I have sent 5-6 emails with no response. I am just asking for them to send a new marble replacement.

I place my order 12/5. They noted it as shipped, withdrew the money from my paypal account. I still have not received my order. When I emailed them for a tracking number, they responded with “you’ll receive it mid January. No tracking number, no other explanation just a generic response. Will update this review mid January. So far Not happy and concerned I’ve been scammed!Update- they emailed me and said the part was being manufactured and would ship mid January. Excellent customer service. I purchased an instant hot faucet and tank from another seller and couldnt get it to work. I figured it was bad and was planning to return it for exchange. These guys are professional and David was a pleasure to work with. They were actually local, even though we found them on Google, so I stopped into the showroom and they spent 2 hours with me to go over my remodel and get me exactly what I needed. We had a $2000 budget and we were able to get our shower and faucets all for around $1300... We took the shower valves with us from the showroom and got the shower finish a few days later. Very happy!

Trying to place a fairly substantial ($3300.00) order online. Coupon page states you get a % off of everything if you spend X amount. Coupon doesnt work. Tried online chat to ask way. No one there. Tried callling... no one answers and the message says the mailbox is full and you are unable to leave a message. Suspect of this company.

Plumbing Overstock are good. Very good. They are completely upfront about pricing and then they get on and achieve what you want: an expert job. I bought a couple sinks to be used, one in the kitchen and another in the bath and they came up with some feasible options which were desirable.

Tried to save a few bucks by ordering a disposal vacuum switch kit from this site rather than amazon. After about a week, I never received a shipping confirmation, even though I got a confirmation that my order was placed. After another week and few emails and calls I ended up ordering one on amazon, because I could not get a response from this company (and I was tired of having a hole in my countertop where my switch should be). Asked for a refund and it has been 2 weeks and I continue to get the run-around from email correspondence (I cannot even get a human to answer their phone service, no option to leave a voicemail) . Their sales rep responds periodically, but I still have no evidence that my refund has been processed. If you have any time constraints at all do not order from this company!! The seem to move at a glacial pace. I will probably have to file a dispute with paypal

Our experience purchasing a bathroom sink from Plumbing Overstock was excellent, specifically the assistance we received from Josh. Thanks to Josh we were able to get the precise drain we needed for the sink. Although we were briefly disappointed to learn the sink was back-ordered, Josh kept us informed throughout and the predicted 3-4 weeks delay was actually less than 2 weeks. We would use Plumbing Overstock again.

Purchased a Newport Brass 9451 Fairfield Kitchen Bridge Faucet at a great price and was informed that it would take 4 weeks to come in. I received it 4 weeks later as promised and it arrived in new condition. Unfortunately, i ordered the faucet without the side sprayer to replace what I thought was the exact same model thinking it would still fit. It didnt. I chatted online with David who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we went over some options including exchanging for another one with the side sprayer. Ultimately, I decided to just keep the new faucet since I had it installed already and I rarely use the side spray anyway. I will buy from Plumbing Overstock again in the future.

I placed an order on 11/16/18, and it is now 12/18/18 and I have still not received it. On 12/06/18, CS replied that I would have a tracking number within a week, and I never received it. I understand that suppliers can be the critical path, but better communication is expected. How can anyone plan an installation with such a long delay? I will not order from Plumbing Overstock again, no matter the discount.Update: I received the delivery yesterday (01/02/19), and its what I ordered, so that part is good (raising to two stars). Its the delay and lack of communication that would cause me hesitation to order from Plumbing Overstock again.

After waiting 2 weeks I called PlumbingOverstock and was told they expected items to arrive at their warehouse in a couple of days and that my order would be sent out shortly thereafter. Checked back the following week, they said problem with the supplier, items arrived at warehouse minus a part. They ten stated I would be receiving a shipment confirmation email the next business day. Nothing. Called back, said warehouse was closed for the day (3 pm local time.) Called again 2 days later another empty promise of shipment. Today I called and said cancel the order. They did immediately send me a notice of refund. I will await confirmation from my credit card company. What a hassle for nothing!

Do not order from this company! They have horrible customer communication. I placed my order for a valve part on May 12th. I received no word from them for over a week about the shipping date. After I emailed them (because no one picks up the phone at their business), I received word that it would ship in the next few days. A few days went by, there was still no word on shipping. I just went on line (May 26th) and found a company that has the item in stock for a few dollars more, and it will ship on Tuesday. Well worth it!

I ordered a vessel sink on 3/22/17 through my company that was over $1k and they said a delivery date of 3 weeks and its 5/10/17 and I still dont have it. This was for a home Im building and the clients really want to get moved in. If someone forgot to place the order fine but they cant seem to give you the courtesy of even calling you back. Terrible company and they should be ashamed. Im in Maine and on the East coast we dont do business this way.

If I could put no stars I would. My wife ordered a bath tub beginning of April 2018 and by the beginning of June had not heard anything. After contacting plumbing overstock several times they finally responded asking if it needs to be a right drain or left drain, even though this information was already provided to them. Mid July we still not heard any further and started chasing them, by beginning of August we still had no response from them. We then contacted the credit card company to claim against plumbing overstock and let plumbing overstock know that we had done so. They immediately responded advising that they see the tub is in stock and would process delivery, they advised that they would send tracking number in a couple days. At this point we advised the credit card company to put our claimcon hold. A week later no tracking number received, made contact again and was advised that the stockist did not have the tub in stock. They then offered credit or a refund. We accepted a refund. After 2 weeks of not receiving a refund we chased plumbing overstock and did not receive any response. We chased several times to no avail. We reopened the claim with the credit card company and received the claim amount from them. Still not heard anything from plumbing overstock.I cant say if they are a fraudulent company or just terrible with communicating with both stockist and customers, but either way I would recommend avoiding plumbing overstock.

The sales rep I spoke with (Lyvan), told me there would not be any better pricing on Cyber Monday. I asked him several times, and he assured me the price he quoted was the absolute best they could do. Convinced I was given accurate information I moved forward placing my order.Out of curiosity I pulled up my same order 5 days later on Cyber Monday, only to find out the items I already purchased were almost $80 less expensive.I reached out to Lyvan and asked for a credit since he provided me with inaccurate information. He agreed with me, and told me once my order shipped he would process the credit.I ended up waiting over a month for my order with no communication from Plumbing Overstock. Just after x-mas I reached out again to find out why my order never showed up. It was then, and only they, I way notified they still didnt even have my order from their supplier. Im assuming it was back-ordered, but Im not sure since nobody told me exactly why it was taking so long.Oh and to make matters worse, once I finally received my order on 1-4-18, I reached out again to follow-up on my credit. After a couple times of trying to reach out I still havent heard back from anyone. Theyve gone silent.Nowadays with communication being so easy, any reputable company should be able to respond to their customers in a timely fashion. Especially regarding delayed orders. Im glad I called when I did, because I was just getting ready to call my credit card company to report this company for fraud.Only positive is when I finally received my order 6 weeks later, it was defect free. Even if it was damaged, Id be afraid of sending it back out of fear of another 6 week wait for a replacement.First and last experience with this Plumbing Overstock.

I ordered an Annapolis 4400 faucet that would take 8-12 weeks to get to us...16 with complications. Im now over 6 months into this and still have yet to receive what I ordered . When I call to ask what the status is, I get put on hold for LONG periods of time and the answer I get when the rep returns to my call is waterstone didnt answer, Ill call you when they call me or some manager gives me info just for the sake of telling me something I want to hear. This experience has been the worst by a large margin during this time of my remodel and its literally holding up the entire operation
