Nice store! They have products I cant find at my other two favorite local beauty supply stores. Those folks are genuinely very friendly. That in itself will make me go back. Ive passed by it for years cuz Im always in the area and never went in until yesterday 🙄

Great supply for many beauty needs. Its difficult to find a location that has many products for a wide variation of hair textures. I can find most of what I need here.I love this beauty supply, but the hours of operation are not reliable. There has been a few occasions where I arrived here and the doors are closed. The sign says closed Sunday. Its 12:26 Monday.

I love them!! They have almost everything I need!! Pops at the door is super nice and the lady that owns it is super sweet!!

I dont know how but I see they erased my review... alice beauty supply on crenshaw and washington is the worst. The Hispanic guy at the door actually put his hands on me pushing me out the door cause they wanted to close when there was still another customer shopping. Also this was before 7:00 after I spent $50 with them and called before I came and they told me they closed at 7:30. The owner an asian lady was extremely rude and dismissive. Why do we patronize with ignorance. More and more bkack owned beauty supplies are popping up. There are several in this area. I was in a rush and will just wait next time for sure to get proper customer service. And they were letting people in with no mask!

Always find the things i need and they are not expensive

Alice and her team of employees are just so wonderful. If they dont have what u r looking for they will always suggest something that has the same ingredients in it for you. YOU can always count on a smile and wonderful service and THE PRICE IS RIGHT!

If there were more stars available ive give the max... The owners are very humble and friendly. Customer service is awesome. Its literally a one stop shop for beauty supplies hair in wig, track, braided and seemingly every color imaginable.There is a huge selection of shampoos, hair color, sparkly costume jewelry, and nail supplies.... To top it off theyre knowledgeable about the products they sell... No pressure/up sell shopping...

For them to be Christians, they aren’t very friendly. Knowing that you need African Americans to keep your doors open, you would think that they would have better customer service. I will not return to this establishment ever again. Stop patronizing people that dislike our race!! But they take our money!!! Never again.

Friendly service and a great sock full of variety along with great prices. I can come here to find hair caps that I would never find at your local Walgreens or Target. I can always find a parking spot. Its a great place!

So far, I am pleasantly surprised and satisfied as a first time buyer with Alice Beauty Supply. I ordered enough hair to get the free shipping. I assumed it was going to be standard shipping (5-7 days). I ordered it on Friday 6/8/18 and it was delivered on Monday 6/11/18 and I am 3,000 miles away. WOW!!!! Impressive.

Great selection and even better customer service. Ive been coming here for 20 years. Alice and her husband are the best!

It was very uncomfortable to browse their small selection (15-20 wigs) with random poorly printed pictures of shoplifters throughout the store without feeling they are looking at me like I look like the wig snatching suspect. Every wig had a do not touch/no photograph sign on it. As if it were in a museum. I know there are better stores out there that make you feel welcome to look at the wig or item you may want to purchase.This store is one of those stores your went with your grandma to when you were little. It definitely is overdue for a remodel. Just my 2 cents.

3 stars because they USUALLY have what I want/need. Customer service, on the other hand, could be better!! The old man at the door is grouchy and just brushes you off if you ask him anything. I shouldnt have to walk up to the front of the store...wait in line...just to ask the nice lady at the register...for her to tell at the old man to get me what I need. Just get up and help your customers little old man!!

Tons of options but extremely overpriced. The customer service is severely lacking as well. It is very clear that they have no knowledge of what they sell they are just trying to take advantage of the options that they can offer to their majority black clientele. If you can find a black owned beauty supply store please support them. Unfortunately everyone here isnt concerned with your satisfaction just your dollar. I gave 3 stars because of the size of the store and the product options.
