Excellent service! My hair was beautiful! I came in here hopeless thought my hair was ruined but Ella was able to fix my hair. From night until the morning, it looks fabulous! Wow!!! This place has everything and then some. The guy at the counter is so nice and helpful and this place gets busy for sure. Go early in the morning if you want to peacefully shop since it gets busy on a Friday afternoon for sure.

Staff is very friendly and great service. Didnt feel pressured to buy. Clean store. Walked away without buyers remorse. I went to buy a specific shampoo but staff recommended a cheaper one! Definitely will return.

Jennifer cut my hair this afternoon. I brought in a picture of how i wanted my hair to look and she gave me her honest answer of how she wasnt able to give me want I wanted due to the current status of my hair. Instead, she offered advice on how to approach my haircut and my hair ended up pretty similar to what i wanted. Throughout the haircut, she was attentive, careful, and kept telling me what she was going to do next. I highly recommend Jennifer for your next haircut.

I love this place above all cosmetic place. I will add this is the best Palace Beauty of all. Such a good selection and knowledge of all things beauty. Higly recommend this, Sephora?? This place is definitely better.

Had a haircut with Grace and loved it! She does a wash before, attentive haircut, then wash at the end all for $25 (mens). Easy to make an appointment over the phone. Will definitely be back!

Good Service

The store is large, but feels like a tornado came through. Its very unorganized with boxes stacked everywhere and very few labels on the aisles or the products. They mainly sell cosmetic supply items, although most women of color know that beauty supply is synonymous with hair items, too. They have little to no hair products, but an assortment of wigs. If youre looking for cheap polishes, nail kits, and makeup, this is your place, otherwise, Id recommend starting your search elsewhere. I also was followed immediately upon entering the store with no greeting or offer for help.

This store is amazing, the selection of beauty products & tools (ie: makeup brushes, etc), candles is amazing for such a cosy little shop. The carry unusual fragrances and candles that I cant easily find elsewhere. In addition, the staff are so professional and knowledgeable. This is my favorite beauty product store - no wonder they are featured in Allure magazine several times a year!

If you are not locally from CA, this is the place to go for a haircut, wash and style! Will definitely be here next time!

The quality of products here are terrific because they deal with natural human hair but expect to pay a lot in the customer service here its great theres no parking and no restrooms as expected but if you need beauty supplies this is your spot limited selection however and you may not find everything youre looking for but just The bear.
