$59 for a fill and nail fix - the shapes are awful and it took over an hour. I was the only customer in there the entire time (red flag) I will pay for good work but I was definitely overcharged and the service was less than mediocre. Will not be returning.

I loved this place. Was staying at L.A.Live Marriott for a conference and Hope Beauty was a short 5 minute walk. Dont be dismayed by the local construction its everywhere atm! These Korean ladies are the best at nails just like at my hometown in Australia. They have great attention to detail and such friendly service. If you are travelling Hope Beauty Centre also has small 100ml hair care products! Thank you so much. I got a Gel Mani and Pedicure with scrub. Everything very hygienic. Highly reccomend this place.

The place was good but i did not like how my nails look and i was over charged for the work i got done. I originally asked for medium sized nails and when the woman cut the acrylic nail for the length she did not even ask me if it was the length i wanted she just cut and i was charged 60$ for short length nails.

This is my favorite place to go for gel nails and pedicures in DTLA. I have been going here for almost six months and have never been disappointed. The prices and service are great. And the added bonus is that they carry an amazingly large selection of beauty and hair supplies. Hard to find hair products are here! I highly recommend hope beauty center and Im looking forward to trying their waxing and massage services soon.

Love this little salon that does nails, waxing, and massage. I come every few weeks for my nails. Theres a lot of salons that LOOK fancier in dtla (and are more expensive), but dont let looks deceive you--the ladies here are detail oriented and the quality is really good. They also sell a lot of salon products, so if you need something like grey shampoo or pink hair due, this is a good dtla spot.

Got my nails done by Christie and boy am I pumped to have found this place!!! Her attention to detail is impeccable and shes fully caught up on all the nail trends. Make sure to get an appointment with her.This place is easily the best in the area for quality, cleanliness, variety, special designs, positive vibes, communication, color selection, service and value for money.I got gel with glass nails for the same price as plain gel at other places in DTLA but this place also included a nice hand massage and hot towel.They also sell some nice products and other salon services at competitive rates. Will definitely go back for those too.

I was in town for a conference and decided to have my nails done at this salon. Its by far the cleanest, most precise shellac Ive ever had done. The edges are perfect and the color is very even. She opened a clean package of tools to work on my nails and she trimmed my cuticles so precisely that I didnt get any bits of skin pulling back away from the nail. I can absolutely recommend this salon. If I lived in LA, I would be a regular customer.

The service was excellent. Lisa and Mai were so kind and took their time ensuring i was happy with my nails. The pedi I got left me feeling 10lbs lighter😅I kid you not. Their space is super clean. I was also happy to hear that they also do hair, waxing and facials. I’ll certainly be doing my nails here form now on.

Grace and Lisa were able to accommodate my mother and I on such a short notice! We both got a manicure and pedicure at such a great price! They are very friendly and talented nail artists! Will definitely come back to visit. ❤️

I came in for a end-of-the-year manicure pedicure and left feeling like a whole new person. They paid extra special attention to all of my needs and really went above and beyond in every way. They also have an amazing selection of salon level products skin care etc. dont walk -run here!

Got a pedicure with my husband and definitely the best pedicure I ever had!! They got down and had my husbands and my feet looking good! I got shellac on my nails too - looked beautiful. Also a plus is its a small beauty supply store too and I got some items I needed too. Only thing to keep in mind is that there were only two techs and it is a small shop so if there was a large party, it could be a problem. Definitely will come back when in LA!

The ladies here are very nice, accommodating and very kind. They take their time and make you feel very comfortable. Had a pedicure and gel done, both were done very well. If you’re looking for someone to be attentive and careful with details, this is the place.

I was in need of a dip mani and found this place close to the Staples Center. They were incredibly accommodating and very kind for my last minute needs. Mai did my dip and took extra good care of my nails (even though I walked in close to closing time). I would definitely recommend Mai and this nail salon center!

Hope beauty center is a one stop shop! On one side of the shop, they offer all the services from manicures, facials, and waxing and on the other side, they sell a wide range of hair/skin products!!! They carry all my favorite brands and I even discovered a lot of new products from shopping here.They have the friendliest staff and I like coming here because everyone is so genuinely kind unlike a lot of businesses nearby that are super rushed and don’t offer the friendliest or best experiences. The pricing here is also really affordable for the downtown area which is always a PLUS in my opinion!!!

Stopped by this place to get my dip powder nails removed and decided to get a mani and pedi as well. This place is great! Grace is one of the technicians and I believe the other is the owner. It’s a small salon but the attention to detail and care they put into your nails is top notch. My nails turned out beautifully and still looks great a week later. I highly recommend supporting this local salon! I’ll be back.

Lisa and Kim did an amazing job on my pedicure and manicure. I would go to them regularly if I didnt live in MI. Almost made me want to catch a plane to Cali every time I need my nails done. Lisa is a sweet lady and she is a Christian as well. Very helpful with tourists as well.

My visit to LA, I had forgotten to pack hair products. Since this store was short distance for my hotel, I decided to stop by to get some hair products. To my surprise the price on many of the products were really good and they had variety of products. The lady was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the products. Definitely recommend and would comeback if I visit LA again.

This place is close to my work so I visited for gel manicure done and eyebrow waxing. The place is very neat and clean. Their job is excellent, gel manicure is still clean and shinny . Its been 10 days!!!I am happy about this shop.

Lisa is my instant go to. Lisa is very attentive to my needs and she loves to please her customers. Making sure you walked out the door happy and get all you need. I like how it is not crowded, yet, I can find great products in that store. Plus its just a walking distance.So I dont really get how other people will rudely say that they need to be shut down. Hope beauty center is amazing they have everything you need for hair dyeing and all hair products!! They have everything Sallys has and more! They do nails in their salon and waxing and brows too. And they are in a super convenient location in downtown. I definitely recommend you go to them for your beauty needs.

My friend referred this place to me as I needed my eye brow done.Their job is neat and professional. I am very satisfied..And also they have beauty supplies which I couldnt find in many shops. The lady at the shop was very kind.This shop carrys fine product line -skin care products andHair care products as well as body care products...The hair color she recommended was great. My go-to nail place because of the fair prices and how beautiful my nails turn out. The also give free drinks as well! So convenient considering how long nail appointments usually are.

So attentive to detail and friendly. A gem is DtLA! Plenty of OPI options and great products in the back (Moroccan oil, Biolage etc.). Sure there are swankier-looking places in DtLA, but you can’t beat these ladies talent and efficiency combined with the affordability and overall chill experience. This place is the best!! They have the best products and best prices. I was looking for caviar products for hair, and I found them at the best price. Plus the give me the chance to reorder in bigger size is I need them.Plithe have as well waxing and nail service, facial andeye lashes extension. I haven’t try it jet but I think they should be good.

Im not a local and was only in DTLA for an event when my nail broke. I literally called so many nail salons seeing who could did this quick fox... one nail should be no problem, right? Wrong!!! No one wanted to do just one nail. I seriously almost ran out of hope until I reached this salon... kinda funny considering theyre called Hope Beauty Center, huh?? Well they took me in and out right away. So appreciated!!

Please make sure you are reviewing the correct Nail salon. There are 2 Hope Salons and this one is the ratchet one. The one in that kinda looks like a bootleg Sally’s. They don’t have experience. They do not know what the are doing. They hurt my nails. My nails are green and they hurt from the pain. I had to see a doctor and I am filing a lawsuit against them. Don’t go here.

Recently I found I was losing my hair every time I showered.I suspected my current shampoo and conditioner because it may be too strong, so I looked for less strong ones.Fortunately I found Nioxin shampoo and treatment at Hope beauty center. The store has tons of the choice and nicely organized. The staff kindly recommended when I asked questions.The Nioxin shampoo works very well as it so mild and soft for my skin.I am very satisfied with it.

I LOVE this business!!!! I originally stopped in just to see the what product lines they carry (Im a hair stylist from out of town). I was blown away by theyre product selection. The BEST brands for the must beautiful hair results. Not only did they offer amazing brands, but Lisa (the owner) was so attentive. I came back the following day and she helped me find, compare, and costrast a few color lines. Best nail place in downtown. Staff is super nice, prices are cheap (25 USD for pedi and 15 USD for Mani) and the result is amazing. Super relaxing atmosphere with massage chairs. I will be back! (Its right next to impresso cafe)

Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond when I was in need of a last minuet pedicure for and event crammed in the middle of a busy work week.

It wasnt the best pedicure I had for what I paid . When I got home, I noticed the polish look like just a very thin coat and it peeled off after 2 days.
