Giving 2 stars as a tribute to what this store once was. It used to be staffed by courteous and helpful folx from the community. However, now, the lines are always painfully long with only 1-2 registers open. The managers (or those who claim to be managers) are unhelpful and rude when one asks if they can open more registers.The hardworking people in this community need and deserve businesses that provide quality service and honor their time. Rite Aid, when did you stop caring??

I always come to the pharmacy here and they are the only ones who have helped me; any other pharmacy has given me the attention they give me, they really do their job and walk the extra mile to serve people... Thats why Im going back from years, even when I tried another pharmacies for convenience, Ill always go back here, the only problem is that they keep the restrooms dirty and its hard to get the key, so thats why I was trying to stop going there but I have to ignore that because no other pharmacy has helped me like they do!

NEVER, I visit the vernon and figueroa store again, very bad customer service, which is what makes the company stay. even so the director doesnt see why. In addition to the high prices, the lines are always long, they have machines to pay with cards and they say they are useless, I do not recommend the STORE FOR ANYTHING. It is not worth paying the high price for BAD SERVICE.

Busy store!...sparkly clean floors!...well stocked! All that and I hit 50% off sales on almost all store merchandise. Wow!Full service pharmacy.Jose, Assistant Manager is a very gracious and knowledgeable young man. He has a wanna help attitude.Young woman at cash register wasnt happy. The Grinch bit her and she got grumpy.It can happen to anyone. The anti-dote is kindness...so, if you run into one of these grumpy doodles...smile! Do not let them get to you...they can infect! They NEED your love...a lot.Happy Shopping...save a bundle here.

In this pharmacy, I bought some medications from my mum. They were able to deliver what I wanted at a decent price. They have been really helpful. Thank you so much for your support, Doctor.

Usually there are extensive lines. I asked to buy a bag. She could of just let me buy it but did not. She instead ask me Are you getting cash back? I said yes. She then said you have to buy something that cost more. (Forcing me to buy something that I didnt want) I got another item and rang it up. She then charge me an addition fee of .50 to get the cash back. This place is ripping you off. It should be shut down for trying to take every penny from people.

The employees at this drug store were helping each other to deliver a fast service. This place had a very nice vibe and environment. They also provide you the right medicine.

I like your staves because they were so welcoming and polite. I couldnt have asked for anything more from you! It comes highly recommended!

Store: Rite AidAddress: 4322 S Figueroa St Los Angeles, CA 90037 (Vernon and Figueroa)I walk into this store today around 1:20 PM - 1:25 PM. I don’t know the exact time but it was round that hour. I greet the security guard with a hello and proceed to pick up bar soap and water. After picking up the soap and walking back towards the register the same security guard stops me to show me his smart phone with a picture of one young lady on the left and me (from today) in the right and says “I’m sorry ma’am but you’re not allowed in the store.” So I look closer at the phone and told him clearly without much emotion that the lady in the picture is not me. He says “Well ma’am they camera picked up the picture so it has to be you” I tell him again and more firmly and a little louder “That is NOT me. And Who can I speak to because I don’t appreciate being falsely accused or mistaken for someone else” He says “Yes you can speak to the manager” As we’re walking to the front at this point I’m highly upset and shaking, my anxiety is through the roof, my heart is pounding and I’m barely able to breathe. I’m freakin 7 months pregnant dude, I didn’t even wanna get out of the car. Anyways, before we can get to the manager a shorter lady with cornrow braids and a security looking uniform shirt interjects, looks at the phone, looks up at me and tells the first male security guard “Yes that’s her.” I say loudly “That’s not me!” And we’re basically going back and forth at this point because their camera system “has to be correct”. Then at last, manager (Jo Anna is her name I think) checks the phone and tells her security staff that I am not the young lady they were accusing me to be. They all apologized blandly and brushed it off. Already emotionally distraught from the whole situation, I threw that soap down and stormed out of the store. Went back to the car and told my sister who then went back inside of the store (I waddled right behind her) and gave the staff of that Rite Aid a few words of her own. I truly do not appreciate suffering that type of harassment and emotional distress in a neighborhood that I’ve lived in for 10+ years. Our very US Constitution establishes every citizen the right to be able to enjoy their property and other possessions peacefully! That’s the only reason we have law enforcement in place! To be able to enjoy what we have PEACEFULLY! After this experience, I am not at peace. And then saddest part was the 2 people who accused me were my people. Call me dramatic, but this experience pushed me way back to the days of bullying I experienced in school. I guess every overweight brown skinned woman with a puffy nose looks exactly the same and an AUTOMATED CAMERA SYSTEM CAN’T POSSIBLY MALFUNCTION! 🙄

The cashiers are always nice. The merchandise is always organized. The pharmaceutical area is always helpful. Theres security guards which makes you feel safer and you can shop with a peace of mind. Parking lot is always full but theres always parking available.

I love rite aid. This one is in a great location its right by my house and they are always stocked with the wide variety of products that I buy. Its usually busy in the evenings so I go in the morning. Staff is always friendly and eager to help you choose the best product for you. They do not mind going even to the stock area in the back to look for a particular item. That was pretty cool. If the young man did not want to look for it, he did a great job not showing it. I wish I could have left him a tip. Excellent service from that young man.

I was worried yesterday that the drugs I needed would be too expensive. Fortunately, this pharmacy had a large selection of medications. For that, a pharmacist owes a massive thank you.

Have a patient in an emergency and in pain, I have been on hold for 30 mins and still on hold as we speak. The hold just cycles through and it doesnt seem to keep a cue. This is terrible!!The Pharmacist that picked up was very kind...RiteAid is lucky to have her.

Very bad service with bad attitudes from management and workers. When I want to talk to manager the young man worker did not let to talk and jumping to my word, I dont know why restrooms are out of services, when I asked I really need to go to restroom ( im diabetic) they offer me go to gas station.

Joseph ( New Manager) profiles in a Minority neighborhood!! My Son returned item with receipt. My Son wanted to purchase Merlot Wine. Per policy, you are to show DL/ID. California DL/ID are not the same day. Therefore, you are given paper. However, Legal document and picture work ID is sufficient. My Son was very upset. Upon my arrival, I confronted Joseph. I advised him of Rite Aid and CA laws. A Manager not aware of laws. LAWS DONT HAVE COLOR STIMULATIONS!! For 4 yrs, weekly we shopped at our favorite store without difficulties. Joseph needs to be educated quickly!!!

Worst service. Long lines. Employees standing around. One person working 3 registers. No one knows where the keys are for locked merchandise. Everyone has an attitude. Due to missing key im standing at the register while people go in front of me. At the end of it all. I get attitude like they didnt even want to help me. Hate this place.

Been going to this location for many years and lately, the new staff seems very unwelcoming upset. Attitudes are on the rise.Today I have a sick baby at home and the manager said she couldn’t help me with my exchange. Apparently if I don’t have my ID I only get half of what I paid for even though I walked out of the store lesson 30 minutes ago. Management should definitely have access to help customers based on their judgement of the situation.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too! The pharmacy technicians are the worst and it’s clear to see that they need more training! They may think that you’re unaware of the process and because of that give you the runaround, they clearly don’t know what tf their doing! Ps. I’m going to leave a million reviews until I’m satisfied with your customer care service!

Pharmacy people are no help, the black girl is the only one thats helpful. You have to pass people asking for money or Mexicans selling something. Cashiers are good and they open up registers when line long.

Customer service at the pharmacy is horrible!!! Its like they have an issue with you trying to get your prescription filled. As if its a hassle to them! Looking for a better pharmacy as they should be looking for a better job since its clear they dont like their current job.
