Per recommendation from owner Paul, purchased a wool pillow from his shop. I have a queen size bed. I believed I bought a queen size pillow. After all I told him the bed size.After sleeping uncomfortably on the pillow more than a year, was ready to replace it. When I looked at the size of it I realized I was give a standard not queen. Furthermore the natural inside wool of pillow had flattened.Per Paul’s recommendation he told me the inside can be moved around to desired softness fluff.I’ve been trying to contact Paul during this covid time period to discuss this situation. I left explanatory messages, however no response.I decided to go to another vendor who use to be on Fairfax Ave now in Vernon. I bought a organic wool pillow there. Good night naturals pillow is no comparison to the quality I bought from Vernon vendor.I’m disappointed I was sold the incorrect size pillow and seemingly second grade workmanship.Sometimes we have to go a distance for higher comfort and higher standard products.

I just bought one of the encased coil mattresses from Goodnight Naturals after searching for a quality, natural material mattress at a few different places, and I couldnt be happier with my choice! Paul answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He directed me in the right direction to the perfect mattress. Plus its local! 100% recommend!

This was the best experience I have had buying a mattress. The owner Paul, took the time to explain the features & benefits of the natural and organic ingredients and answered all my questions and concerns. Paul knew more and took the time, more than the other stores I visited. And the prices at Good Night Naturals are very reasonable compared to the other mattresses I checked, even online .

Great store. Love the selection and quality of of the products. I stopped by yesterday an hour before closing and Paul the owner took great care of me. If you’re looking for a new mattress, pillow or anything bed related, don’t even think twice. It can be very overwhelming to pick out a good bed with all the different stores spread out through LA. Many aggressive sales guys pushing bad petroleum “beds” - but not here at Good Night Naturals!
