I recently got an old bike that badly needed a tune up. Anna was amazing, so helpful and informative, and really patient with all my questions! Prices and timeline were made clear in advance, and I was given the chance to approve fixes in advance. So grateful to have this great bike shop nearby.

I just bought a bike off of states website and needed a pro to assemble it for warranty reasons. So decided to support our small businesses in the area. Were in a pandemic have some patience and empathy yall.We coordinated drop off and pick up. Got my paperwork emailed for the warranty and life is good. She did an amazing job.Yeah business hours dont match whats on Yelp vs her website but who cares. Just get in contact with her. Set it up and stop being such babies.Support local businesses!!

Was a bike messenger on a fixie and recently getting back into riding. This shop put together a classic style, geared road bike I ordered online. I realize this is not what they work on but everywhere I called had a two week build wait list and they were willing to do it in a day. It cost almost double as everywhere else but thats the trade-off I was willing to pay. The frame had a dent, not the shops fault, which they said theyd email the manufacturer for me about but never did. I texted twice but was ghosted for that issue. Went back to check out some peddles and ask another question about wheels. It didnt feel like this place was looking for new business but my experience wasnt terrible. Its a subculture shop, if you want smiling polo customer service this probably isnt your place. My next build will be a fixie and Ill probably see whats in stock because theyve built some good looking bikes. Im happy with the road bike build.

Sitting outside the shop, ready for a bike repair, etc. Store is locked. Theres a sign that says theyll be open today. Theres a message on their phone that says they open at 9am today, Friday. Yet, here my bike and I sit, unfixed and unsafe. This is a major bummer, but not a surprise. Second time its happened to me with this shop.Side note: its cute they have a were open sign. Lolz.

Broke old lady that will try to overcharge and has decided to order a part i did not confirm, only to steal and keep my bike because I did not fix it there. AVOID this place..Definitely calling cops. She is shady and well known in the area for her behaviour and issues. Just ask any business around..Only came here as other shops are not doing repairs during COVID.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience. The owner is incredibly defensive and therefore the discussions become unnecessarily painful. I ended up with a pedal that fell off twice after bike rides, we communicated the issue and somehow it ended up being my fault. She threatened to keep my bike based on nothing. The price of a part was communicated with us but not the price for labor. We were surprised that we had to pay $100 even though only $30 was communicated. Long story short: 175$ spent, $75 to get a problem fixed that hidesight she was not able to fix, difficult communication and absolutely no kindness let alone customer service, I recommend to get repairs done elsewhere.Please know that she did refund the $75 but I simply hate that were met with defensive and unkind messages.

What a disappointment this place is. To start let me just say that I understand everyone is having a tough time but that’s no excuse. This place or rather Courtney was so rude to me. I did everything by their rules and left my bike to be adjusted for 24 hours even after they told me it would only take an hour or so with an appointment (I made an appointment) I called and texted to confirm it was ready and they did not respond when I came to get my bike that was not done 24 hours later Courtney was so rude that it left me almost crying. She swore at me yelling profanities. She said it wasn’t done and didn’t know when it would be so just take my bike. She was not wearing a mask in her shop or when she came to the door - I believe this is in direct violation of city code at the moment. My bike is my relief from this craziness and I truly hope people stop going here.

Walked in for advice and walked out with a bike. Super friendly service and nice selection of bikes. Would definitely recommend.Follow up - have been back to the shop a couple of times for advice and servicing and have been super happy. Anna providers amazing service and even attends public hearings to ensure we still have bike path. Fantastic!

I came in for a flat fix and it was done quickly. After my first ride my tire went flat again so I walked back in and they fixed it up again no questions asked! I would highly recommend this privately owned small shop

The lady who works there is so rude. I was shopping for a bike and she screamed at me to get out says no one is supposed to be in here I was like than why is the door open? She scolded me again as if I did something wrong by trying to patronize her store. I learned my lesson never do that again, I will shop elsewhere.

Great and friendly service. I get my bike tuned up once a year. And buy accessories such as a basket, tires, & lights. I love supporting the local small business people.

Unfriendly Service... I really wanted to love this place as its one of the only fixed-gear shops on the west side... I went in here to research fixies with my mom and I dont know if it was an off day or what but the owner Anna was super unfriendly and rude. Her assistant tried to help me at first and he was friendly enough but didnt have very much knowledge on most of the bikes in store except for the one he rode. So I tried to talk to Anna after she got off the phone behind the counter but she didnt seem to want to help me out at all. Just responded with very short 1 word answers in a mean tone, like she couldnt be bothered. So my mom and I left. They have some cool looking bikes but Id rather buy from anywhere else than this place.

INTERNET ORDER: Had a birthday present I wanted to buy and their website showed it in stock while it was out of stock everywhere else. I even paid for priority shipping as well to get it out of state ASAP. All communication about my order was initiated by me, they never once contacted me about a order status or issue. I called four times, two of those times I was told theyd call me right back and after waiting 2 to 5 hours called them again instead. Something I appreciated was their offer for free shipping since I had trouble, but then after the item still didnt ship when they said it would I called them two last times and they cancelled my order. I realize 99% of their business is probably out of their brick and mortar shop and can respect that but they need to work on their Internet order process. Definitely wouldnt order over the internet again.TLDR: Out of state Internet order, priority shipping, missed multiple self provided deadlines, no communication on their part, they cancelled my order 3+ weeks later

Cool staff and cool fixes they have pretty much things you need for your fixie and definitely very good prices I seen in LA I love this place.
