The customer services here is awesome. The owner helped me picked out my first communter bike, let me test ride it and even gave me some advise on how to keep my bike safe. She helped picked out some useful accessories and told me about some nice locations to ride. RFC is what big retailers need to inspired to be. Great customer services and making every guest feel welcome. 👍

The best bike shop in the 323, this has been my first-choice shop for repairs and maintenance. Dont the hole in the wall look fool you, these guys are pros who have everything you need to build a bike from the frame up or to just get your wheels trued. I also love the fact that what would take almost a week to repair at an unnamed (and overpriced) bike shop in Downtown only takes at most 3 days here. When I think local bike shop I instantly think of Megan and Brent down at Revenge Fantasy.

Do great work. Super friendly. I always drop my bike off here for adjustments I can’t do myself and wind up staying and chatting a while. The space is very small and feels very punk. Reminds me of moshing in my cousin Dewey’s basement back in the day. Occasionally very busy.

About a week ago, I purchased my first bicycle as an adult from this local shop. Megan was incredibly helpful and very patient when dealing with my indecisiveness.She let me test ride two bikes and I selected the HKS Vitamin B. I couldnt be more happy! Fantastic shop. Best bike shop in LA. They knocked it out of the park on building a new bike from just a frame. They were so great at walking me through the process. Nice people who love bikes and want everyone to experience joy on bikes.

Megan and Brent are truly the best. So kind and compassionate when I went to them after a bike accident and then helped me with a detailed receipt of the damages to my bike for insurance purposes. I purchased a new bike from Revenge recently and got a perfect fit on a new Surly based off of my riding style/interests. I love it so much! It was my first professional bike fitting and they were so helpful and patient. I can’t recommend them enough!

Im a long-time customer and I go here for all my bike needs, even minor flats because my local neighborhood bike shop always puts in the wrong tube size and when I tell their mechanic, he looks me up and down as if what would a girl know about bikes. Yes, even misogyny has brought me here because another local bike shop will be downright sexist and patronizing when I go there with inquiries or just hang out there with other cyclists and theyve seen me there numerous times with the same unique build of a bike that Revenge helped me build, which fit like butter!! Megan and Brent will always be upfront with you about what best suits you based on your riding and cycling needs, even if its something you may not want to hear, but why would you want to be ripped off and oversold? Oh yeah, another reason why I stay loyal with Revenge: another BIG local bike shop oversold me on a helmet I really didnt need but when theyre limited on size and style and youre long overdue on a new helmet, what can you do? At this time of writing (COVID pandemic), expect delays on tune-ups, major bike repairs and new orders. And for the love of all, please wear a face mask. The owners have both directly dealt with COVID and experienced loss and death amongst family and loved ones, so please dont try to negotiate on that. You will be turned away.

I find bicycle repair shops as intimidating as used record stores and boutique wine retailers. Revenge Fantasy flipped the script on me though. Such a great customer service experience and just as importantly, great bike service. I brought in a road bike with a litany of problems and I got the bike back like it was day 1 and all at a completely reasonable price. I cannot recommend Revenge Fantasy Cycles enough. They’ll take excellent care of you and your bike.

Cannot recommend this bike shop enough. After my last local shop forgot to notify me my bike was ready on 3 separate occasions and made insufficient repairs, I had to move on. Luckily Revenge Fantasy came highly recommended and the difference was night and day. From the friendly owner and staff to the high quality repairs and the fast turnaround (even when shops are overwhelmed with new cyclists during the pandemic), you really cant ask for a better experience. Fair prices and the best shop on the east side. Do yourself a favor and use Revenge Fantasy for all your bike-related needs.

Fantastic work, I had two road bikes in for a tune up and replacement parts. Extremely friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, fair service. Practicing safe and responsible procedures given current circumstances. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I walked over on my own two feet and left with a beautiful bike I cant take my eyes off of (or the rest of me, for that matter). From the jump I was greeted with jovial service, of which you can tell comes naturally for this establishment. This is an excellent bike shop.. Although not as big as some shops, a quick glance upon walking in and anyone with some knowledge of bike brands will recognize quality inventory...i have two other shops i go to regularly that were charging me twice what I pay for inner tubes here. Since finding that out i have not bought a single inner tube any.where else. The only way i think i could get them less expensively would be maybe buying them wholesale online...Plus the folks working there are superfriendly.

Revenge Fantasy 100% is the bike shop you are looking for! I hadnt owned a bike since I was a kid and felt intimidated, but Im so glad a friend recommended RF to me and that I made the drive from Santa Monica! The owner was no pressure, no BS, and SO helpful. This shop is the opposite of pretentious. I am so excited to take my perfect lil step through for its first ride!

Getting the right new bike was personal to me - long story short, from having a tough experience at my local shop, I connected with a respected manufacturer, who sent me to Brent and Megan, and they were awesome, passionate, super-informed, patient, wise, kind ... what you want from your dealer. Good value, great quality experience, and good bikes at fair prices. I ended up driving to them for 45 minutes away more than once - really top quality bike store: I cant recommend enough.

Went there in a pinch because all of the other shops were closed. I asked the lady how much they charged to replace cables (brakes, shifters) she told me to ask the other guy son it ‘wasn’t her favorite thing to talk about pricing structures.’ I found that interested, granted she does work at a bike shop. I guess when you’re located in that part of town you get to be as pretentious as it is.

Went here to get a new axle for my specialized trispoke. It appears to be a rare wheel since I was turned down by a few other bike shops in the area. But not at Revenge Fantasy Cycles. They were very friendly and professional. Brent managed to find and install a new axle and have it ready to roll pretty fast. I am very satisfied and will be returning in the future as needed. Check em out!Also they are around the corner from the actual address location.. Just FYI.

The owners here seem to care about finding you a bike youll love. Most stores push you into buying something really expensive you dont need. This store is different and told me that I could spend $600 less and still get 90% of what I wanted in a bike. They dont currently carry electric bikes but they said they would happily refer me out to a different bike shop that did. This place is the perfect example of why local shops are nicer than chain shops.

Definitely a very LA business... i called to ask about prices, guy picks up, doesn’t say the business name, apparently a cell phone. Tells me prices and I say I’ll come by. I’m there 10 minutes later after sitting in traffic... closed. Call again: “are you guys open?” “Yeah! Oh is she not there? Must’ve stepped out to mail a few things, she’ll be back in a few minutes” 😂 11:30am on a weekday. I waited around 5 minutes and went to Coco’s in frogtown who were super legit and exceedingly helpful (and also a small local business blah blah). 2 stars because they were nice and helpful enough in the past when they felt like working.

Coming from Detroit, I search out establishments with kick ass people that know their trade. This place is it! Fair prices, great service and a cool factor of 10 leave all the other local shops at the side of the road with a flat tire. I DIG!

Ive taken multiple bikes here (for everyday use and racing) for mechanic work and theyve always been able to complete repairs same day. Their product selection gets better each time I come back and the owners are both very polite and helpful.

Brent and Megan are two lovely, passionate, and helpful owners of this cozy bike shop on Echo Park Ave. I was cycling around the area when one of my tired went flat. I strolled up to the shop and Brent was helpful from the first moment on. Not only did he offered to change the inner tube, but also examined the tires and adjusted the gears for me. This was huge bc he solved the long overdue issue Ive had with the noise that the gears were making when I cycle. Brent and Megan were very patient and friendly, and the vibe in the shop was therefore felt like a place for friends to hangout instead of making business deals. I will recommend anyone to visit!

Unbelievable service from Megan today. Deadset legend, who was honest and always put the buyer first. Was truthful and straight forward and incredibly generous in her help and service. Will always go back to Revenge and Megan for all my LA bike needs now.

I was hesitant to go because it is on such an expensive block of Echo Park. So glad I went after all. This is the real neighborhood bike store. The owner wants people to bike, so regardless of the price range of your bike, she will help you. Good mechanic too. Happy this store exists.

This place is as magical as everyone says--the owners are passionate about biking in LA and just the kindest folks ever. The service and prices are incredible and flexible to your budget, cant thank you all enough, definitely come here!
