Went to try on wedding dresses. The woman (Piper) helping me was FANTASTIC and I would totally go again. The store is beautiful and has a lot of sample dresses. Im very skinny so Im not sure if they have many plus size dresses in store but I know you can order online. A bit over my budget so I havent decided if Im going to shell out for it or not but I had a great experience and recommend it to anyone

I am thoroughly impressed with Cocomelody as a company. I placed an order from London to the LA office. The customer service support from Albert was bar none, some of the best customer service I have ever received from any company. My order was not straight forward and I had some issues with international payment and Alberts patience, kindness, and attentiveness was much appreciated and a great representation of the Cocomelody brand. The variety of the products they offer is impressive and I would highly recommend them for your bridal/bridal party needs. Its refreshing to work with a company like Cocomelody. Keep up the good work!

I visited the store today to shop with my sister for her wedding. You brides must try this store! Book an appointment and ask for Piper, she’s by far the best consultant ever. She made the whole process easy, enjoyable and my sister found her dress. The store has many dresses to choose from and the prices are very reasonable and they have sales too. Definitely a must visit store when wedding dress shopping.

My family and I had a wonderful first bridal appt with Benjamin Lim.Finding a dress can be a stressful time but he was very accommodating and made the experience a positive one. I would highly recommended cocomelody for any bridal and bridal party needs . He was great 👍🏼 I will be back to make my final choice.

Wow! Amazing find. I started my search at places like Lovella and Lovely Bride...I definitely found some gorgeous dresses but MAN they were expensive. Once I had a sense of what I liked, I headed to Coco and found my DREAM dress for literally a tenth of the price. Saved me tons for my wedding budget and Im so happy with it. Highly recommend it (and Benjamin was so great to work with!)

The manager was horrible!! Terrible supervisor. She insulted and degraded her staff in front of many clients. She was yelling at us regarding a price that was given to us prior to her arrival. She insisted that her staff was responsible for giving us the price and that she will not honor it. She was very unprofessional very uneducated and was dressed very sloppy and looked dirty. We heard great things about Coco Melody so we decided to check it out. I felt so bad for Albert he helped. We felt terrible for him because he was shaking and was super embarrassed with her behavior. He offered to pay the difference for my dress and we said absolutely not. We ended up buying the dress because I fell in love with it but she made my shopping experience very unpleasant and because of her I would not be recommending this place to any future brides that I know. I really wish that she will be reprimanded for her actions and they replace her with someone more professional And with more class and experience in customer service.

I paid 78$ plus 19 $ for extra length sent a screenshot of what I wanted however the representative failed to inform me that they only go by cm measurements. I received a veil that is so short it is not what I paid for thought I would get full refund didn’t happen only got 38$

Ok so this is a must! I am the maid of honor not the bride. I felt like i needed to make our experience known. Me and my sister went in months ago and I’m sure I speak for many brides planning a wedding during a pandemic when i say it’s super stressful and the last thing you need is horrible customer service. Dress shopping is probably the most important thing for a bride! that experience should be all about her and making her feel like the most beautiful person in the world. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. My sister had heard great things about this place so she was so excited to shop there. The manager at coco melody made her experience the worst! She was so unprofessional and rude. I just want to let everyone know that she is not fit for this position and needs to be replaced. I am trying to get a hold of her supervisors to go into detail about our experience. Every supervisors goal should be to make the brides day and shopping experience the best one ever! We don’t want her contacting us she talks very aggressively and yells. All the people we have shared our experience with are baffled on how she landed her job. I just want to warn you brides to be about this place! Hopefully they hire new staff soon.

BAD FISH SMELL ON THE DRESS!!!I was so excited to do the try on at home option. I ordered from several different companies and they were all packaged really nicely in their own garment bags. The ones from Coco Melody came rolled up in plastic bags so already i wasnt pleased with this company. When i opened the first dress, a huge waft of the worst fish smell came pouring out of the bag. I refused to even put the dress on because after touching it i could smell it on my hands. It made the whole room smell.After they got my dresses back in the mail, they sent me the typical email about how everything was. I told them about this issue and NO RESPONSE.I would never in a million years recommend CoCo Melody to anyone.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE! It was beautiful when I walked in, and Albert was more than helpful to me. I had an appointment first thing when they opened, and this was my third bridal shop. My bridesmaids came along, and he was more than helpful helping me pick out my dresses. He helped in the fitting room, and was giving me advice and listened to what I wanted. I’m not a bridezilla, per say, but I don’t like certain styles or certain types of material that make me uncomfortable and he was patient with me. He was extremely helpful and I appreciate that very much. I love that he went above and beyond for me, and I’m definitely coming back because the dresses were so beautiful and within my budget!!

I really recommend this shop. Ben, who attended me to find the dress I was searching for, was very kind and he didnt missed any detail in helping me to adequate the dress for my body. Although I didnt find the dress I was searching for, because the one that I like is kind of too simple. The quality of the dresses are top-notch. The thing that Im most pleased with is that the dresses are budget friendly without LOOKING like budget dresses. The WOW factor is definitely present.ALBERT assisted me and is AMAZING. I highly recommend you ask for him by name. He was very attentive and has experience in alterations, so he understood not only how garments are supposed to compliment your body, but also made helpful recommendations. I am pleased to say that I found my dream dress within budget, and Ill be returning to look for my bridesmaid dresses as well!

I had Piper help me find the dress of my dreams and she was absolutely amazing!! Only took me 30 minutes to say YES TO THE DRESS! I let her know what I was looking for and she was spot on! The dress quality is phenomenal and for the price??? There is NO place better!!

Probably about the worst experience you could ever have trying on pretty dresses. I was placed in the side of the salon without air conditioning, told that they didnt have any of the types of dresses I wanted to try on, and passed off to a Stylist with 0 experience and was told that I had to be okay with all of it. Stylist did not know anything about the dresses they had available and was unable to suggest dresses I might like. Stylist laced corset gown crooked, and was just generally not at all helpful in the experience. The modesty panel provided when trying on dresses that were too small was sweat stained, grey, and smelled gross.Honestly, go literally anywhere else.

Disappointed.This was my first experience trying on dresses. It was very clear that the shop was understaffed, and the employees were not able to spend enough time with any of the brides. All of the consultants were great, and I do not think it was their fault. However, management needs to make sure there are enough people on hand to help customers. Otherwise, good luck making a sale to anyone.Because the shop is on the 8th floor of the Gerry Building, you have to call when you get there for someone to let you in. When I got there, no one answered the phone. I called 4 or 5 times and was finally able to get through to a person (its no wonder no one was answering considering they were so understaffed).So, I started the appointment already stressed out. Then, because our consultant was running around trying to help 3 people at once, I also felt very rushed (our appointment also started late because no one let me in). He wasnt able to ask me about my venue, aesthetic preferences or anything. He just basically tossed dresses at me and then ran off to the next bride.Its very clear that he had an understanding of what they had in stock and what would look good on me, but the appointment would have been much more productive if hed had time to actually talk to me.

A friend introduced me to this store over two years ago, before I was even engaged (she also bought her dress here). Ive browsed many retailers since getting engaged, but I kept coming back to Cocomelodys options.I just visited yesterday, with a wedding date set for January 8, 2022. I came with three friends and my future mother-in-law. The store was still safe and compliant with COVID precautions. Piper was my stylist, and we immediately clicked over our similar interests, which made me feel much more comfortable and understood. She recommended one dress I never would have picked, which became one of the favorites. We had such a great time, and Piper was a gracious hostess and stylist and made us all feel very special.I did not pick a dress... yet. I will be picking from two final options very soon though (I need to sleep on the options, theyre both stunning), and I am so excited to do so! These dresses are gorgeous and and the prices are accessible without sacrificing style and quality. I highly recommend them, its worth a day trip to Los Angeles (my future MIL travelled up from San Diego to join us and loved the experience).

This place is a gem tucked away in a sea of stores you would expect to find in the LA fashion district. I came here on a rainy day and was able to book an appointment that morning. I thought I wouldnt find anything in my budget, but Clay found me some beautiful dresses to try on. Clay is the best! I ended up with a gorgeous ivory tulle, A line dress with a lavender underlay for $450 including taxes and shipping. It looks like it could easily be a $2,000 dress with the detailing. I didnt really want to spend that much but the dress was so beautiful and unique that I couldnt resist splurging a little extra. I highly recommend this place!

Maddi Helz was wonderful and made the process so easy and fun! Maddi was very sweet and attentive, her energy was very relaxing yet also gave the excitement and fun that a bride should have while searching for her dress. Maddi was great in suggesting dresses within my budget and style, and within trying on only SIX dresses and being my very first bridal shop I visited, I found my perfect dress! Due to COVID guidelines, it was only my mom, my grandmother, two brides who came together and their guests, and myself. I never felt rushed or pressured, which is a huge positive for me since I can get overwhelmed and be indecisive when it comes to making such important decisions, and was nervous to look for my dress, but thanks to Maddi and Cocomelodys staff, it went so smoothly and stress free. So I ordered a dress from a different bouquet months ago and it still hasnt shipped, my weddings in a week. I came here tried an a off the rack dress and was out the door in 30 min with my new wedding dress, its slightly big so Im having it taken in. But its very pretty.

Went for my first bridal appointment and it was amazing! They had dresses my size (16) to try on, which I was afraid they werent going have from previous reviews. Benjamin and the other worker were very helpful in trying on the dresses as well as offering their insight. In addition to helping me find my dress, they let me take photos of my friends finished dress to send to her.

I had a great time! The stylist was not pushy, and let me do the choosing and really listened to what I liked and didn’t. That was key. She also gave me and my family space when looking at the one! We also got a killer deal! Woohoo! Loved it!

I had the best experience picking out my dress. I had tried on some dresses earlier in the year and fell in love with one. I did lots of online hunting to make sure it was THE ONE. I emailed with stylists who were very helpful. I decided to go in for a fitting to ensure size and get answers to more questions. I met with Albert and he was just the best! He made me feel completely comfortable. Answered everything with so much patience and reassurance. He even threw in Friends references! My friend and I are avid fans and that topped off a perfect day. I am so thankful to have his help and look forward to working with him on alterations.

Just got my dress and it is HORRIBLE.. its 4 sizes too big and doesnt look like what I ordered. PLEASE do not buy from here and Albert never returns phone calls idk why the company hasnt gotten rid of him after so many complaints I see in reviews about him. My wedding is four weeks away and idk what Im going to do and alterations cost more than the dress. Also its made in China so low quality work. Dont pay attention to the good reviews they might be fake. Im regret coming here and hate my wedding dress. My friend who is between an 8-10 fitted into my dress and Im between a 2-4. I also maintained my same weight. I am a little conflicted about CocoMelody. To start, their dresses are hard to beat at that price point so I still highly recommend it if you are budget constrained. Some of their pieces had signs of slightly lower quality (material, unfinished edges, etc) but they all photograph great and this doesnt apply to everything they have.My biggest complaint is the experience when you go there. Expect it to be busy, have your appointment cut shorter than an hour, and receive very little help trying on and clipping the gowns for appropriate fit. While this is a budget shop, I think they could really improve on the service. I was also disappointed to find that most of the styles I selected and requested ahead of time were not carried in this location (which they didnt tell me ahead of time).In summary, you likely wont find better deals for decent dresses but youll have to put some more work on, and make sure you can bring someone with you to help out!

We were searching for my daughters wedding dress. The team their was so nice and extremely helpful. As she tried on dresses we were offered champagne and it just added to the wonderful experience of finding her dress. And yes... She said yes to the dress!

Ordered a Crystal rose bridesmaid dress from this company and it arrived a COMPLETELY different color than advertised on their website. When I asked for a refund they refused to fully refund me and took no responsibility for the fact that their website is falsely advertising the dresses. COLOR SHADES ARE IMPORTANT IF IT IS A BRIDESMAID DRESS! Ended up having to go through my bank to get a full refund because cocomelody did not seem interested what so ever in remedying this situation. I would NEVER recommend buying a dress from this place.. the customer service is AWFUL. Pics attached of the dress i thought i ordered, vs the dress i received.

I could not have asked for a better experience from a bridal boutique. I was looking for a dress budget friendly and this was the place. I had previously gone to David’s Bridal and hated my experience there. As soon as I walked in the door and saw all the gorgeous dresses I knew I was walking out with my dress. The customer service is beyond amazing. The staff are so friendly. My stylist helped me pick out dresses from what I liked online. I ended up falling in love with a dress she had chosen for me based on my likes and what accentuated my body type. My party that was with me was able to sit comfortably and have an enjoyable experience. We never felt rushed or pressured to choose a certain dress. When it came to place my order the manager, Abigail, was so accommodating and sweet. There were little things about my dress I wanted to change but they offer customizations if there is something you would to change. Like maybe the neckline from a v neck to a sweetheart. They would always just say yes we can do that for you. I was able to get my dress and pay for an alterations package once my dress arrives all UNDER my budget. I could not be happier with my experience and most importantly my dress. Still smiling because of how happy and excited I am. I highly recommend that if you are able to go to their LA store schedule an appt and DO IT! Their dresses are crazy gorgeous and the quality is impeccable. Just all around perfect bridal boutique.

I had an amazing experience at Cocomelody. The stylist, Jeremy, was very helpful and chose some great gowns to try on, including the dress! I was allowed to try in more than in other shop and I never felt rushed, I had Jeremy’s help and attention the whole time. Jeremy chose styles so well- including one I never would have thought to try but look amazing on me!The dresses were all beautiful and prices were lower than other stores

My wife went to the store with her friend to the appointment with this guy Albert who was helping her and she was really excited that she found the dress she likes and put it into an order. The dress was expected to come in the beginning of October. BUT. It came way earlier in the middle of September, made of different material and 3-4 sizes bigger. It honestly felt like the dress was previously made for someone else and returned, that might be another reason why it came earlier, they didn’t even take their time to make it properly. She said it was very baggy and didn’t look like the one she tried at the store. So of course she freaked out and started calling Albert to figure it out and this guy NEVER returns any calls or text. She called all numbers!! Customer service is horrible. She had like 20+ calls and bunch of messages.Yes, the manager reached out to her in like 3-4 days via email after my wife started leaving negative reviews on social media and saying that she wants to take them to small court. BY THE WAY, her bad review got deleted from official website immediately! So, the manager (I believe her name is Abigail) said that she needs to bring the dress to alteration department to take a look. What do you mean by that? What was the point to go to the appointment and take all measurements and you send 3-4 size bigger dress after? What’s the point of Albert then? Though out our whole communication process you couldn’t understand one thing.. YOU GUYS SENT HER A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DRESS!!!! So your alteration doesn’t need to be done on something that doesn’t look like what we paid for, don’t you think?Look, you know you messed up, we asked you for a small refund so we could at least partially cover our additional out of pocket alteration expense at another more trustworthy place, but you said it’s not gonna happen. You also said that you’ve been to small courts before, like it’s not a big deal for you, don’t you think it says a lot about your company and the way you operate if you have to go to small courts like that?After reading how many bad reviews they have on all platforms from girls with the same problems: 1) Albert never returns the calls 2) company lies to clients and send them cheaper material dresses 3) clients never get refunds  4) Alterations are horrible and they don’t fix dresses sometimes at all etc. We decided to move on and not deal with these people, save our time and stay away from more potential trouble.LADIES, please!! Study reviews on different platforms except for official website. Don’t buy from them at all, go to the bottom of their Yelp and look how many people they did wrong before their weddings. It’s just not worth it, find another place!

My experience here was completely different than the other ones I’ve recently been to. The space is great, even though I started sneezing soon after we arrived. They had scented candles lit, which I enjoy, but these tickled my nose too much. That has nothing to do with the two stars I gave them. Their website is amazing, but their store doesn’t have great options or that many. The woman who helped us didn’t want to be there. She barely helped me with my dresses. Thank God my girls were with me to help. I will not refer anyone to go here. Don’t waste your time.

I had my very first experience trying on wedding dresses today at Cocomelody and it was a wonderful experience. Benjamin was very helpful and answered so many of my questions. I also tried on several dresses (too many, I think lol) and he was friendly and helpful the entire time. His suggestions were on point, and I love every dress that Ive tried on with his suggestions. I didnt buy a dress right away because I want to make sure I take my time, but Ill definitely be back for a second appointment. Cocomelody was a great experience and highly recommend. If you can get Benjamin, that would be even better!

100% would NOT reccomend this place. My sister who is getting married in December, went to the store in July and got a dress customized. She ordered her dress in pink and it arrived last week in a coral that is way different from what she picked out. Obviously she panicked as her wedding is only 2 months away. She emailed her stylist 3 times. No reply. Called the store about 10 times in the last week. No response. Now she has to look for an alternate dress because the coral color they sent her is hideous.UPDATE:They FINALLY responded to my sister about 2 weeks or more later, BUT only after we started leaving negative feedbacks on their social media pages. My sister was asked to send her dress back from Cambodia to LA for a refund. When we brought the dress back, we were told by their staff that the refund was only 70%. But we wanted a full refund since it was their fault and it was causing so much inconvenice, not to mention my sister had to start looking for a different dress 2 months from her wedding. But the staff told us verbitam, it was, EITHER 70% OR NOTHING. Rude.They then deleted my sisters comments off their instagram and block her. They might reply to you on social media in a nice warm fuzzy way but behind closed doors and in private, they do not give a damn. After we left an overwhelming amount of comments, a staff named Abigail emailed my sister that she had to TAKE DOWN ALL THE COMMENTS AND FEEDBACKS ON THEIR PAGE, before they give the other 30% refund.To be honest, coming from a family full of females and having worked at retail oursleves, we have done a fair amount of shopping, and this is by far the WORST post-sale customer service we have ever encountered. After taking your money, they dust theirs hands off you.PS. Yes she did buy 2 dresses from you guys. The other dress was not that perfect either. People, what Cocomelody show you and let you try on in store is not the same quality as what you will get after you pay themSHAME.

We had such a great experience at Cocomelody in DTLA. From the jump Abigail was a huge help showcasing all the different dresses that my fiancé wanted to look at and try on. The vibe was really cool there as we were on the 8th floor of a classic DTLA cement building, just giving the whole experience that special and classic touch. Besides the atmosphere and the gorgeous dresses it was really Abigail that set everything over the top as she was professional, accommodating, personable and fun! Thanks so much for allowing us to take photos and videos during our visit and just making the entire experience so memorable. HORRIBLE! If I could give them 0 stars I would! The dresses they gave you try on are filthy, full of rip and poorly made. Yes the dresses are cheap but so is there quality. I highly recommend going to another bridal boutique! Do not go here. Oh and the parking is $15.

After an exhausting day looking for my wedding dress we made it to Coco Melody. It was by far the best experience I had in search for my dress. Dante listened to what I wanted and made the experience so much. The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. They weren’t pushy to make a sale or anything like that. The dresses at Coco Melody are THE best quality and extremely affordable. They have a diverse amount of dresses. I was looking for something rather specific and they had exactly what I envisioned in my head. THANK YOU ABAGAIL AND DANTE.

I went into this location in February very excited to purchase my dress. The women who assisted me was named Jennifer and the hour I was there she seemed to be in a rush to get to her next client they only give you one hour to decided if you liked a dress or not. I decided to go ahead and order a dress but Jennifer the women helping me order the wrong size and had a bustle added to my dress without asking me first. I would not recommend buying a dress from here. They do not have a customer service number they only have a customer service email and I have wrote to them everyday for the last week with no response. Save your money and go some where else.

Amazing service, love that they do custom dresses, and I said yes to the dress they made me! The color did NOT turn out the same as what I ordered, which was a pretty big bummer for me, but at least the alterations I wanted here done correctly. Ill just have to live with the color. Price range I looked at was $400-1,000. This dress was $1,200 with all of the alterations, taxes, and shipping from China to Alaska.

To find an exact same bridesmaids dress that looks good on everyone is almost impossible, but Coco Melody helped me accomplish that!Their choices are elegant and unique. What I loved most was the price and quality. You think if you are paying less, the quality will go down - but that was not the case!One of our bridesmaids even had an issue with a dress (alterations done elsewhere, not at Coco Melody), and they worked with her to get her a new bridesmaids dress quickly!I would suggest ordering all of the dresses at the same time, and have them delivered to the same address. They change fabric frequently and you could end up with slightly different colors/fabric texture.If you have all the dresses sent to the same address, there is only 1 shipping fee. Also, please make sure to make an appointment if you go on the weekend.They are really busy, and its not the biggest space so to avoid delay, it helps to make an appointment.I recommend Coco Melody, and will be recommending to friends and family in the future.

They are doing a lot of safety and sanitation measures to ensure brides and their parties are safe when trying on their dresses, but still remain warm and keep the experience special. Jade was AMAZING to work with! She listened to me describe my style, visually calculated my measurements, and immediately pulled out 3 beautiful dresses that matched my wishlist. She was kind and funny, and made dress shopping during COVID-19 such a fun experience for my mom, MOH, and me! I ended up selecting a dress at another boutique, but 100% to Cocomelody for their beautiful, cost efficient dresses and wonderful staff!

Loved my experience here! The selection and variety of dresses shocked me. I couldnt believe how many options there were from romantic to modern and all silhouettes. Parking on the street at 4pm on a weekday was easy to find, but it only ran until 6pm so I had to keep my eye on the time.

Coco Melody was the first and only Bridal Store I went to. They have a great variety of selection and were very helpful with finding a dress for my special day. I had narrow it down to two and wasn’t sure which one to pick. I told them my vision and theme for my wedding and they helped me decide on which one. I got mine custom fitted and the seamstress, K, was super helpful with making sure everything not only fit correctly but was comfortable as well. He even taught me how to walk in the dress! The price range is great and the quality was stunning. I got so many compliments on the day of.

I had a wonderful experience trying on bridal gowns with Taj! She totally got my style and was so sweet. A real pleasure to work with her!! She understood my desires and pulled dresses I didnt know or think I would love. Lovely show room of dresses. Kind and helpful staff.

They, finally, sent me the dress I ordered in spite of the fact (that after waiting 2 months ) I called to cancel.Suddenly, it appeared within hours ! I returned it. It was received with 2 days and in good condition. Now they wont return my money. Very shady people.

I paid nearly $1000 dollars for a dress and alterations over a year ago and still have not received the dress. My fiancé has emailed, called, left messages and no response back. We had to cancel our ceremony because of coco melody’s lack of communication and promptness.This is extremely unprofessional and borderline criminal. I understand that with the current circumstances things may be a bit slow but to just be ignored constantly is not a good business practice. I will never recommend cocomelody to anyone looking for a wedding dress.

I drove 3 hours to try on the A-line style I saw online and unexpectedly liked. They pulled up my profile and pulled the exact dresses I liked. Dante was a dream, and made me and my family feel comfortable. I will request him, when I go back to order it. Im so happy I found my reception dress, and it will be customized to my specifications.

I drove all the way from SD for a dress appointment since I fell in love with what I saw online. There was one particular dress I went in for but ended up getting something else that was better than I couldve imagined. The staff there are so sweet. I was working with Jennifer and Abigail and it was just a pleasure working with them. I was able to meet the designer of the gorgeous gown I got and I cant wait to get it! Shopping at CocoMelody was truly awesome. The ambiance is welcoming and chic, the staff is awesome, and the dresses are absolutely beautiful. When I go back, Im probably going to look for a gown for my reception and bring my bridesmaids to get their dresses. Dont miss out on the beautiful dresses here, they are stunning and affordable!

I traveled from Alaska to this bridal shop back in September and was styled by the lovely and talented Benjamin. My dress just arrived today and I couldnt be more happy. Excellent experience! We traveled 3.5 hours to the LA store. Abby the store manager was extremely helpful and found the exact dress my daughter wanted. Pricing was great, and Abby custom measured for the perfect fit so we wouldnt have to travel back for another follow up. The dress will be shipped directly to us. Saved so much money and got a gorgeous dress.

The Downtown-Los Angeles, CA Cocomelody store was such a great experience! I have visited this located three separate times, because I am just a indecisive person and needed time to make that big purchase. However, I never visited another store in the meantime because the service was amazing. The dresses where amazing. The ability to alter the dress to make it one of a kind was amazing. My Bridal stylist was Taj Jackson “The Best!” She was welcoming, Knowledgeable Of the inventory they had in store and great suggestions on different dresses that fit mine mean of the inventory they had in store and great suggestions on different dresses that fit mine needs. She wasn’t pushy to make a sale! She was patient and fun, great personality. She was a wonderful consultant, and made my experience that much more memorable. I made sure to call every time to book my appointments with Taj because she made me comfortable. What a great being and asset Cocomelody has with him there. He was so full of life, great spirits and always willing to help. He was natural and not forced customer service. Oh my goodness! I found wedding dress shopping to be stressful because I had a certain dress style in mind, but it wasnt quite in my budget. I really like designer gowns like Stella York, Martin Thornburg, and so on. However, those gowns were $1,200 and higher and I just couldnt commit to paying that much for a dress. I saw a gown I loved and I went to the LA Boutique to see if it was as good in person. The dresses there are so fabulous! The lace and beading is wedding done and I actually liked the dresses better than the designer gowns Ive tried on. I enjoyed how you can customize the color, size, and style at such a low price. So affordable & quality gowns.

I’m so glad I got my dress here. Everything is very affordable. They don’t offer alterations in house but that wasn’t an issue for me. They have an exceptional amount of inventory online but not all of it is in their boutique downtown. I loved that none of the sales reps were pushy and really left you to do your own thing unless they were needed. Clay is the person that recommended my dress and at first I laughed in his face! Then my “joke dress” turned out to be THE DRESS. They are great about making changes or alterations to the dress you order, such as removing floral accents that aren’t to your taste or if you like a top of one dress and the bottom of another they can customize something just for you. They ship your dress directly to your house so after you order you don’t have to make another trip downtown.

Staff was very friendly. The location wasn’t what I was expecting. It seemed a little too dirty for my liking. My biggest complaint is I drove 2 hours to try on dresses, I saved 4 pages worth of dresses that I liked and when I got there and showed them my favorites I saved they only had 1 of the dresses. A complete waste of my time.

I love this place! I hadnt tried on any wedding dresses in any other place, this was the first. I found them online and just loved the dresses. When I got to the store they didnt have any of the ones I liked online but Jade was so helpful and brought what she thought I would like. I literally only tried on 3 dresses and that was it, my party that came with me loved the last one, I also liked it but wanted to think about it. Went home, showed my dad and he said he liked the dress, I then said, ok thats it, he likes it then it should be perfect. The next day I contacted Jade on her personal phone which was very nice of her to give me, I told her I decided, she then helped me make an appointment and was excited to see me the day I got there. I did get there late due to traffic but they didnt seem to mind which I appreciate very much. The dress I feel is Super couture and lovely for a great price! Thank you Jade for all your help! And Cocomelody staff! I cant wait to post pictures of my fiance and I on our special day!

CocoMelody is great! Clay helped me and even though I did not decide to buy a dress he was still super helpful and answered all my questions. All appointments are only one hour, which makes sense, and I felt like Clay really allowed me to utilize my one hour of shopping. He made me feel very comfortable and he was super quick on getting me dresses! I am definitely planning on visiting again to hopefully buy my dress!

Please do NOT buy your dress from here!!!Their prices are cheap, but I their service is the WORST...my appointment to pick up my dress was a Saturday (a day before everything closed down)..I was desperate for my dress since there had been some changes to our dates due to COVID. I received a call from Albert saying that my appointment was going to be canceled due to the same thing and I asked if there was any way that I could get my dress. He said he was closing down the LA office but that he could meet me at the Azusa location, so he was going to be able to get my dress while he did that. I waited at the Azusa location for about 2 hours before he even bothered to give me a call and told me he wasn’t going to be able to make it. He said he would personally deliver it to me. I thought that was really sweet of him and I gave him my address. He texted me that following day telling me he had the dress and he would deliver it around 12:30-1pm. He NEVER came... I called multiple times, left him messages, texted, called from different numbers, and no answer. I tried calling coco melody but everything was closed and had no way of reaching him... not until I contacted coco melody through Instagram. He finally sent me a message saying he didn’t have his work phone and that he could deliver it the next morning.. After that I never received a response back... Abigail helped me out and Albert finally delivered my dress.... as he was handing the dress over, he realized the buttons weren’t sewed on... and he ran to his car to sew them on... he didn’t even bother to check the dress before he delivered it! Once I tried the dress out I came to find that NONE of the alterations were made.. and the several of the buttons fell off because of his poor job. I contacted Abigail once more asking for a refund for the alterations and she said Albert would be responsible for my refund.. again he’s MIA, no response at all from him. I have been checking in with Abigail numerous times and haven’t been able to get my refund... 5 months later and I’m still waiting... and she just sends me over to Albert and he NEVER answers. This is unacceptable.Please don’t come here, pay a little more for better service.. these people don’t care at all.

Went to Cocomelody to help my future daughter-in-law pick her wedding dress. I must say it was the most enjoyable experience because her stylist Angel was fantastic. She kept everyone entertained while she advised the bride what dress was going to be perfect. She kept the best dress for last and everyone held the Love It signs up. The best part is the dress was still under budget.

I was late to my first appointment and everyone was still nice to me I appreciated that very much. When I made the appointment I really didnt know what to think. The prices were too good to be true I couldnt imagine the dresses actually being good quality but they are!!! The quality is awesome I ended up choosing a dress and changing it almost completely so the price almost doubled but still way more affordable than you would imagine. Even the veil I bought was inexpensive and beautiful. I went when they had the small area so it was a little tight and the dressing rooms were very small. The good news is that they have since moved to a bigger location across the street and it is truly lovely place. I love this place so much I have been recommending it to everyone I know thats getting married. I even have a friend who made an appointment with them next month. I recommend this place 100% .

The apt was good until the end. At the end I was completely rushed bc they had more costumers and it was like they were hurrying me out the door. They took the wrong measurements bc I was rushed. When I tried to explain how I wanted to alter the dress, that part was rushed too. They didn’t explain it well to the alterations people, bc when I went it was all wrong. It’s been like a YEAR I have called, emailed, chatted online, left messages.. now I’m writing this review. We spent over $700 and had to cancel the ceremony and pictures bc I have NO DRESS that I PAID for. NEAT. How romantical. For the love of all that is holy, give me my dress to the T that I paid for- perfect alterations (I mean you had basically a year) or give us our money back.. with honestly a discount or some free stuff. I told everyone how the dresses were nice and you get them for cheap and for what you pay for a good experience minus the rushing me out at the end. But I regret all of that. How do I still not have my dress, or any response back????!!!!!!! I have cc receipts and pictures of me in the dress and a witness who was there w me. I have the previous emails of when this started and all my emails and phone calls reaching out w no response. This is ridiculous. Please respond and do what is right. It’s unfair what happened to me. Honestly, it’s sad.

I visited the store in LA and I found the perfect dress for 300! It was an amazing experience with champagne and a beautiful view of Los Angeles. This place is an absolute jackpot when it comes to price and beauty. Their dresses look like they could be thousands of dollars but they are SO CHEAP. They take your measurements and ship it right to your door within a few months. Brides on a budget, this is the place!

CocoMelody was the third place I went to find a dress for my wedding- I had no luck at the first two. This store had a big selection for my budget ($400 or less). I was able to find my dress and my veil within my price range. The staff in the sales and alterations departments were all friendly and helpful. Even when I had to call and reschedule one of my fittings, the staff members were kind over the phone. My two fittings went smoothly and I was able to bring my dress home with plenty of time before my wedding. I am very happy with my dress and I cant wait to wear it for the big day!

Coco Melody has a beautiful variety of wedding dresses. You cant compare them to any of the locations located at the fashion district. This was the second store we looked into upon walking down the alleys. Right away I knew I would find my dress here. I really loved the material. Well worth the price! I ordered a dress mid way through August and was told my dress would arrive at the beginning of November. My wedding is in less than 2 months and my dress has yet to arrive and its December 11th. This place felt very promising, but Im extremely disappointed.
