The dresses at this shop are gorgeous and versatile. Vivienne Atelier was the fifth bridal shop I visited, and I was impressed with the abundance of dresses and styles they carried. Shauna was my stylist and was considerate, sweet, experienced, and great at helping me throughout the whole process. I found the fit and style I was looking for, and I’m excited to see my dress after the alterations are finished. Thanks to Shauna and the rest of the team. 💗

My experience at Vivienne Atelier was amazing! The dresses were beautiful and I had the best stylist, Shauna!Shauna was the BEST stylist in all of the 5 bridal shops I visited! She made the appointment so fun! She made me and my guests laugh so much! My mom even expressed wanting her to come to the wedding because she was so entertaining! On our return visit, we wanted to be there when she was scheduled because we wanted to see her again.She also made me feel so comfortable. I am a plus size woman and she helped me feel comfortable about my size in how she treated me. Other places I went to made me feel HORRIBLE about my size. When I went to other places, they said they could make a dress in my size, but all of the sample dresses were too small for me to even figure out how it would look on me. Vivienne has plus size dresses that are beautiful!! I could actually see what the dress would look like!Shuana had a lot of experience and expertise that helped me understand what dress I should pick. She helped me pick out dresses that were a more casual style, as I suggested. Those dresses were beautiful, but once she heard I was having a 400 person wedding at a more formal ceremony site, she recommended a grander style of dress so I wouldnt get lost in the crowd. She was very light hearted about her suggestion and not pushy, and she was right! I realized I DO need a grander dress! Her experience with wedding dresses really helped me pick out a good dress that fit the wedding style. I am so thankful for her recommendation! She picked out the wedding dress I choose for my wedding! Now, I will be getting a beautiful wedding dress that fits my venue. Shuana made me feel so comfortable and made me feel so good in the dress. I bought my dress from Vivienne and I am excited for when it comes in!If you are plus size, I recommend going to Vivienne and getting an appointment with Shauna. She is the best! And Vivienne has BEAUTIFUL dresses!! Even if you are not a plus size, I recommend Vivienne dresses they are so beautiful!

Went I came in to the store most of their employees had their masks down and were not supper welcoming, I decided to stay and do the appointment.We were assigned a guy and he started asking questions: if I had gone to other shops? What is my price range? I told him that it was 1,000 - 1,500 with a tone he said that their dresses started at 1,500… I told him that is no problem I had the support of my family and we could go higher, I’m an honest person so when he asked me If I already had a dress I said yes, but if I found something better I would buy it on the spot!During the appointment he was rushing me, opening the blinds without me telling him I was ready, his mask was down and he was always pulling my waist hard “to show how the dress would look in my size” as a plus size woman it felt like he was showing how it would look if I was slimmer, cause other stores will pull the dress slightly to help imagine the correct size, not pull me!!! After 3-4 dresses I had enough and got dressed and left!I bought my dress in davids bridal in Burbank and I also had an appointment at Cocomelody downtown they have way better service and they follow covid protocols. Please go to other stores or If you get assigned this employee speak up and ask for a different one, I suffer from anxiety so I just decided to leave :(This review is mostly for that employee but to be honest that store did not give me good vibes.

I started following the Vivienne Atelier IG for a few months and it was a pleasure to finally meet Gabby in person. She just had a very positive vibe and loved how helpful she was. She listened to what I was looking for and was able to pick out dresses that fit my style.I was able to say yes to the dress! a dress that Gabby helped picked out for me.

Amazing experience! Found this place on Yelp and made an appointment due to all the rave reviews. I had an appointment right before at Cocomelody but it started 20 minutes late even though I got there on time. I felt super rushed the whole time and the dresses were super worn out and disgusting. The quality was also really cheap (you get what you pay for.)Mario was assigned to me as my stylist and within the first 5 minutes or so of arrival, he asked me what kind of dresses I was looking for and if I had seen any dresses that I liked already. I had saved some of the dresses that caught my eye from their website. They have a lot of unique dresses from Australia and the UK that you can’t find anywhere else in LA. He was a great listener and attentive but not pushy at all while my friend helped me try on the dresses.I tried on one satin dress that I really liked the fabric of. He mentioned there was a similar dress in the same fabric which he brought over within minutes for me to try. I swear he’s so quick on his feet! I ended up falling in love with the dress and said yes to the dress. I was only the second person to try it on so it was sparkling clean. It also fit like a glove!The only con is that I wish they had more natural light coming in through the building so that you can see what your dress looks like in the sun.Needless to say, I’m super happy with my experience at Vivienne Atelier thanks to Mario’s help. Definitely request him if you happen to make a weekend appointment!

I came in thinking that I was going to casually try on dresses not knowing I would find the one. Mario was the BEST at assisting me and guiding me into the perfect dress. My family and I cried like a baby the moment I found the one, which I will add was nothing as I imagined I would pick. We all agreed Marios help made the experience amazing and he was so helpful and made us feel comfortable.

What an amazing experience! THANK YOU GABBY! Gabby was my personal stylist this past Saturday 3/27/21 for my bridal appointment. I had appointments scheduled at 4 different places that day. Vivienne being my second. Upon arrival the staff was super friendly and helpful. My maid of honor and one of my bridesmaids were with me and they too felt very welcome. Gabby asked what kind of styles I liked, what type of venue my wedding would be in, and what kind of vibe it would be. I showed her a few pics of my inspiration and what I liked from the prior shop. Gabby brought me a few dresses and they were all beautiful in their own way, but I fell in love with one in particular. She made sure to adjust and clip everything to fit my body perfectly before standing on the podium to see the full dress. Her attention to detail was impecable. I went on about my day to the next appointments, and I just could not stop thinking of the experience I had at Vivienne Atelier compared to the others, and not to mention THE DRESS I fell in love with. No other dress or stylist compared. Immediately after my last appointment of the day I called Vivienne Atelier and told them I wanted to go back and order my dress. I went back, they took my measurements, and let me try it on one more time. The shop was great working with my budget as well. The dress has been ordered! I hope the rest of the transaction goes as smooth as this first experience. At the moment the only downside is they do not have a seamstress within their store, but they did mention they have one they work with and send their customers to. I highly recommend this bridal shop. It was everything I expected and more.

Me and my mom drove from two hours away to see the dresses here. The reviews were great and they said they accepted walkins when i called.The lady came out and said that they aren’t taking customers because they’re doing inventory yet they had customers shopping. She then asked what i was looking for and i said engagement dress. I didn’t get a chance to explain that i planned on getting a wedding dress that was more ivory or cream to use as an engagement dress.She said well whats your budget and i didn’t get a chance to answer before she said “because our dresses start at 1,500” she then looked me up and down completely. She then said after looking me up and down obviously “i can give you the name of some stores that are more your range”My blood boiled and i have never been treated so rudely and felt so discriminated against. Perhaps it was because my mom wore a hijab, maybe they are islamophobic.I was wearing expensive formal clothing and I had makeup and hair done because it was supposed to be a special day for me. As a future bride, dress shopping is supposed to be an amazing experience. My heart was shattered that I was spoken to so rudely. F

Came here with my mom and loved it. The experience is great, very safe and they have a ton of dresses. I didnt feel rushed. They followed all Covid guidelines and I felt very comfortable.All the ladies were so welcoming and made you feel special. Each bridal suite were perfectly set up and spaced from one another. Beautiful bridal salon with so many gorgeous dress options. I LOVE my dress and the level of customer service Ive received. Theyve made the whole process as seamless as possible. The best part about my experience was my consultant, She was absolutely perfect, knew just what would fit my style and body type, and was so sweet/personable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients as she remembered everything we talked about during my first appointment. I am impressed with Vivienne Atelier. Everyone here has been genuine and kind. I tried on 7 gowns and actually said yes to the second gown. The shop itself is gorgeous and the dressing area is super cute. My bridal consultant was amazing. She made me feel confident and comfortable. She made me and my friends laugh. She did not rush us or pressure me into purchasing. She even encouraged me to take my time and shop around if I wanted to but I had such a great time that I knew my gown was the one and I said yes! It was even way under my budget. I highly recommend Vivienne to future brides!

Also, from the time I entered the building, all of the employees were welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable. During my appointment, I was assisted by Jasmine. They took such care and attention to listen to what I was looking for and even assisted with me picking out some dresses to try on along with headpieces. Vivienne was the first bridal shop that I visited and the experience and atmosphere (along with the amazing dress selections) made me not want to look elsewhere! They carry designers that I wasnt able to find at other locations and have great pricing and discounts. The team at Vivienne was very flexible and accommodating, even though I was running 30 minutes late for my appointment, and knew exactly when to offer input and when to take a step back and let me make my own judgement. They were all very professional, and extremely friendly. I love my new wedding dress and would recommend them to anyone!

I went to this bridal shop and they pretended to be cocomelody went through a whole fitting with me when I on multiple times said I was there for a cocomelody appointment which is 7 floors above them.They did all this to poach a sale.I flew all the way from Ohio to Los Angeles with my mother,bridesmaid we rented a car,airbnb only to be deceived when at any point they could have told us we walked into the wrong store. I wasted an entire trip. This was so deceptive and I now have no opportunity to try on the dresses i flew across the country for and am seriously heartbroken.Shame on you! I would never reccomend this store spend your money elsewhere!

Picked up my dress today and Im so happy with it!! Not gonna lie, I was worried since this is the first custom anything Ive ever done. The team has been a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and strive their best to achieve customer satisfaction. And I am completely satisfied! Theyve kept me updated via email throughout the entire process and always asked me for input on specific design decisions (like special lace and beading). Luckily, today was my first fitting and it fit PERFECTLY! I was nervous because of the change my body went through since I first came in for my measurements, but my dress is beautiful and comfortable! Needless to say, I didnt need any major alterations. Lucky, lucky, me!At times I did feel unsure of my initial decisions, but they always had input and recommendations to make my vision come to life. I cant tell you enough how happy I am with the turnout (and turn around time). IMO, its a great price for the customization - when you think about it, the dress is made to YOUR measurements and YOUR proportions. They arent cutting off detail at the bottom like most off the rack places, because they make it to fit you! They know what theyre doing, and even ask ahead of time how all you think your heels will be to make the length of the dress just perfect. On your first visit, just bring in pictures of all the dresses you love and are inspired by and they will work with you. Trust the process!! I will say though that there were times where I was unsure of their recommendations (because I dont have that designer eye and its hard to envision everything coming together when youre nervous about a custom order). But the finished product will leave you feeling elated! Thank you team, you ladies are the best! Ill post pictures after the big day!
