My boyfriend and I are leaving for a cross country road trip today, and last night our car alarm started going nuts, our remote wasnt working, it was crazy. It was about 5:20 so we were freaking out cuz most places closed soon. We found Elite on Google and my bf called them. They answered right away and said they could have us in (even tho they were closing at 6). We hurried over, they took a look and fixed us up in less than 30 minutes, all the while being so helpful and kind. Real lifesavers! Thank you guys again!

This was the worst car stereo install and furthermore experience I have ever had. Im 44-years old and have been a stereo hobbyist for about 30 years, so when I say this was the worst experience, consider Ive had more than 20 in that time. Elite hacked up (with a hacksaw) the interior of my car, and the stereo resets constantly at 5-10-minute intervals when the subwoofer is on. They forgot to install multiple parts by their own admission, but that was weeks ago - they clearly have no intention of making this right. I gave them (them = Mark Rivera, the manager who lacks even the most basic business sense) another chance with another car, only to have them back out of the agreement the day after buying the equipment, leaving the car in disarray. Stay away if you care about your car or its sound.

After talking to many car audio stores/installers, I selected Elite Audio. Went with my gut, and SO glad I did. They actually talked me out of the system I wanted and into a less expensive system. I was Leary but SO glad I trusted them. Saved money and absolutely LOVE my new system. They were right. Way better sound, flawless installation, added a security system and back-up camera and it looks like it came with the vehicle. On top of that, came in under my budget and got way more than expected and saved $1,300 under the next lowest competitor and have a superior system. Service was outstanding and will be using these guys for everything moving forward. Don’t usually do reviews but these guys earned it and then some. THANK YOU!

I went in to get an alarm system. They quoted me a fair price, we’re fast with the install and they were really nice. I’ll definitely go back if the needs arises. I recommend them because I’m very pleased with my alarm system and the great service

Mark was extremely informative and really knows what hes doing. Came in to get my car amplifier retuned cause it was starting to sound hollow, but he showed me why I was having issues with it and also noted a couple of other problems I didnt know about and went on to fixing everything and the results were very clear. My car stereo sounds better than its ever been and all the staff were extremely helpful with keeping me updated with my car. Mark even worked overtime to get my car ready a lot sooner than expected. Would definitely be coming back if I ever need their services.

Spent 2K on new system. After I picked it up there was a weird noise. Took it back then to get that fixed. but there was some other weird noise coming from the speakers. The owner said it was my speakers blown. I told him fine, lets replace them. I had a weird feeling with this guy and took it to another place who explained the wires are not right and the wires are creating feeding back. He is not fixing it. Said Mickey mouse work

Worst customer service ever!!!Got recommended this place by my mechanic. Rude attitude, gave me an appointment at the wrong date. Then refused to talk to me because my appointment was not on that day! Folks here are very friendly and helpful. Though they quoted me 3 hours to install a stereo, it only took 1 hour! This is going to be my go-to spot for all my audio needs!

I had an aftermarket radio and air conditioning panel installed in a 2004 Honda Accord. The setup works perfectly, and they installed it such that it fits naturally into the dashboard. Beyond the actual installation, their service was wonderful, with very kind and straightforward technicians, and the woman behind the desk was very helpful in setting up an appointment and keeping me updated. Best of all, the whole thing cost about $100 less than what I was quoted at other audio shops. Would highly recommend.

Elite audio is the best! Got my windows tinted and quoted me the best price after doing my research for two days. Excellent customer service over the phone, the lady was super helpful and answered all of my questions. When I brought my car in the gentleman was very nice and they got started right away. My windows look fantastic and the quality is top notch 100%. I will definitely be back if I need another car tinted!

Absolute the best. I returned bc they were so knowledgeable and fast. They gave me a great deal and I expect to keep returning for my devices. I would recommend making an appointment, it seems Im not the only one that likes and trusts this place.Its a bit difficult to park if you need to wait for anything. I needed a simple part to put speakers in my car instead of looking at my car to see if the Toyota adapter he had would work he argued with me for 10 minutes saying it won’t work because my car model is not listed on the manufacturer’s website. So therefore it will not fit. I pleaded with him to simply walk 25 feet to my car to see if the plate hole line up, he said he didn’t have time. I said it would be quicker than arguing and visual proof would be better than the website which does not say it won’t work. I asked if he wanted to make a sale and he said not really and went back to work on an install. I got the speaker from the car and what would you know? The hole line up! So I took note of the part number and ordered from Amazon.

I had over 2000$ in work done that ended up costing me $800 in multiple replacement batteries over several years and an additional $400 to repair. Mark (the owner) seems like a straight shooter but will look you directly in to the eye and lie. He is not a person of integrity. They have the worst scheduling and customer service I have ever experienced. On two occasions I scheduled appointments and upon arrival was told I had no appointment. I called 8 times and stopped by twice to resolve this and Mark did not call back...at all. I had to keep showing up and was told youll have to come by early to catch him. I rarely leave reviews but I feel it is my duty to protect my fellow yelpers. Use an established company with corporate support for your alarm and stereo installation so your not hung out to dry if you have an issue. Dont trust your alarm or surveillance to this B rate small time business. In the end Had to pay them an additional $400.00 to fix the short they created in the first place and that wasnt even done right.

Elite provided a fast, reasonable and professional solution to replacing my car stereo. I wanted to hear Sirrus Radio and the stereo on my 2002 Mercedes station wagon wasnt able to work. Mark suggested a cost effective solution and within days he installed it and it worked beautifully. When I had a problem (it was all my fault!) he fixed it immediately. Got a fog light kit installed on my ‘17 Honda Accord. Mark was awesome! He was super informative about the process and was also affordable. He got the job done in a day, it required removing the bumper. It got tricky cause the kit I bought was after-market but Mark was able to make it work! It really helps to have professional with experience work on a new car! Mark did a great job and it loooks siiiick!!

I had a stereo installed in San Diego when I lived out there about 3 years ago and it just stopped working. I had gone to a couple locations for the past few months but was told I would need a new stereo as it was not repairable. I finally gave up and was willing to spend the $250 the other shops had quoted me. I stopped in to Elite Audio. After about 20 minutes of reviewing my car a technician explained my harness was loose on the back of the radio and snapped it back in place, IT WORKED! It was $25. I really appreciate the honesty and time taken to review and not just up sell me. Because of the savings I went ahead and got my windows tinted and it looks good.I will be back!

Beware guys of this shop so expensive and so rude to his customer, guys dont do anything there, also his job like mess, and theres not enough parking so your car will get dent or scratches Believe me. you cant talk to him about price because he his bad mouth.

These guys are absolute CROOKS!!!Brought a vehicle in to these crooks in MARCH to have a new Pioneer stereo and GPS system put in, paid $1400 in FULL, got the vehicle back and things were NOT installed properly or functioning properly, NOT connected to the steering wheel, which was a part of the original $1400 already PAID in FULL.We brought the vehicle back 4 SEPARATE times for repair, and kept getting the run around. The OWNER MARK said he needed to wait to get a particular part in, and kept stalling and delaying and making excuse after excuse. The OWNER MARK said he would install the small part for FREE for the inconvenience once it came in. Finally MONTHS later the part came in and we brought he car back to have it installed. First they said it would be $100, then when we went to pick it up they said it would be $225, after being told by the OWNER that is was going to be done as a courtesy. They refused to honor the agreement in place or honor their lifetime warranty or ANY or their shoddy work for that matter. They REFUSED to release the vehicle without being paid the $225 that we NEVER agreed to. They left our vehicle sitting out with NO protection on an open lot. We went and picked it up with a second set of keys.We have now spent almost 3 MONTHS getting the runaround from this SHADY owner MARK, who has held onto our key ring, which has other valuable keys on it, while refusing to get on the phone and answer why he was not honoring the agreement to install this small part and FINISH the job that was already PAID IN FULL. We have called and texted DOZENS upon DOZENS of times. He is NEVER available, NEVER returns calls or messages and has now insisted that the ONLY way he will release our keys is if we pay the $225 in CASH only. The worst experience EVER!!! I wish I could give them NO stars. These guys are scam artists. They did crappy work, they lied about the time it would take (which was 3x longer than they quoted), when I arrived with an exotic car they nearly doubled the price. Not to mention there were bubbles in the tint that made it look like water droplets. When I alerted Tony of the problem he offered to give me a refund if i brought my credit card in. When I had my credit card brought in, they said I had to be there with my car (which meant taking a whole day off to drive nearly 50 miles away). Tonys solution was to have the credit card company give me the return. They left SO much trash on the floor of my car. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with these shady scam artists.

Elite Audio is a great car audio store. I went in this morning with no appointment expecting my car to be there for at least a half day. I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Spyder GTS and I needed to have my stock AMP replaced as it was flooded during a crazy thunderstorm that came through at the end of September. My car had 6 inches of water on the floor and my amp is under the front passenger seat. Needless to say it was fried.A new stock AMP is $800 but I got one on online for $129. I went to Elite to have it installed and also have my rear speakers checked. Even though I didnt have an appointment, they started working on my car right away and let me know when their 10:45am appointment arrived, theyd have to stop working on my car and would finish it after they finished the appointment job.Their technicians are so great they got my new AMP installed and fixed my rear speakers in less than 45 minutes, before the appointment even showed up! They guys know what theyre doing and they do a FANTASTIC job. Fair, honest, quality workmanship and great ideas when you need to think outside the box are just a few of the descriptions Id use to describe Elite Audio.If youre looking for a great Car audio, tint and alarm store, look no further than Elite Audio.
