Very polite customer service but extremely poor customer treatment. They are polite but disgusting with the way they handle their clients. You get an inferior service with a smile if you do not bring money to the table first, then you are treated like a second class citizen. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone doing business with these guys avoid renting any cars from them. Dollars first, customer happiness last.
