Completely unprofessional I was quoted a price by one sales rep than the next day I go to buy the item and theyre trying to charge me more. Even though I had the email with the quoted price, had already purchased a shipping label and sold the item to my customer based on that quote they still refused to honor it. Time to take my business elsewhere.

They had a craigslist ad and when I went there they charged more. I needed so I bought it. When I opened it, they gave me the cheaper shorter version. Messed with my business. I would return it, but they ripped me off twice, no way Ill drive back all the way there in a bad area for them to say all sales final. I recommend going anywhere else, but here. I talk to the possible owner ( there was 5 employees and the issue went to him) who I complained about the wrong advertised price, he didnt care and was cocky about it picking up his pants while he talked and side smile. I bought it, because I needed it, man...$450 cash. I just checked and their posting with the incorrect price is still up after a few weeks of my complaint. Seems like click bait.

ITS HORRIBLE, THEY SCAMMED ME with some Alpine speakers for 70$. Not even a hour later I drove back with my receipt in hand, trying to return them since WALMART HAD THEM FOR 40$ & they refused to give me my money back and proceeded to threatened me with calling the police because I was disturbing the peace. I love supporting small businesses but this is a perfect example why they go out of business.

These guys are thief. They sold me me v2 speaker and delivered the v1.They refused to refund me the price difference on the speakers.Tried to resolve the issue with the owner but he never returned my call or emails.Reported them to BBB and I will put them to small court claim.

My autistic son had a birthday on Sunday the speaker arrived we paid $200 for the box was busted up I charge it to speaker for 8 hours and every time I connected to Bluetooth it automatically disconnected it still doesnt work to this day and I cant get anyone to answer neither one of the phone needless to say the birthday party was cancelled on Sunday due to the defected speaker Im completely unhappy my life was ruined on Sunday and I would appreciate it if someone would replace the speaker with one that works I never even got to use it

Bought a set of Mr.Dj powerd speakers,they sent me used equipment for new price,compensated me with a longer warranty,ended up having problems right off the bat with one now they want me to pay $200 to ship it back for them to fix there own mistake,bad customer service,they didnt call me back twice in a row when they said they would and they acted like I was just trying to scam them both times even tho I showed proof of purchase plus provided all information asked for.My advice stay far away from this company they dont appreciate their customers!

Terrible customer service. Bought a mic stand and it broke while putting it together. Brought it back to the store and they wouldn’t give me my money back. Then they brought out the same mic stand to show us it was fine and that one broke in front of 4 employees and me. They still wouldn’t give me my money back... shameful.

About a year ago I purchased several Absolute sound system USProBat15 from a local supplier. This company is listed as the US Distributor. The side handle on the units were not very sturdy and broke off soon after purchase. I contacted this company by phone and spoke with a person identified as Jesse. He said he was aware that these handle were not well made.He said he would send me replacement when they came in. This was also confirmed in an email to the company. After several months waiting, I did not receive any handle replacements and my emails were unanswered. A year later I contact the company and was told this is my problem because they do not have replacement parts available. (discontinued product). Do not buy from this company, either in person or at any distribution site. They will not support their products or follow through on their commitments.

Extremely rude! Not to mention, I got completely ripped off! They came up with a random price for my speaker wire. Nothing had price tags. One of the workers then told me he couldnt take credit card on a $25 purchase. Absurd! I then looked online and found the same product for $11.BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!

Well I purchased a subwoofer called the EVW 3000 12 inch and lets just say that the packaging it came to me in was mangled, the black box that the subwoofer comes with had multiple cracks on and in it. I still attempted to use it to see at least if the sub would work and it does but not to its full potential because it made a popping noise whenever the bass hit. Not sure if its technically blown from the get go. But at least I am getting a replacement to see if this one will work. I have faith in the company and I wrote this review because I feel like people need to see how this company handles things.

One of the worst purchasing experiences ever and Im 50 years old, customer care is inadequate, unable to get replacement merchandise in reasonable amount of time.

After sending a returned item bought via a third-party service, two months later when I called about the returned item was when the refund came. Before returns are accepted, a return number is given which was on the label. Poor customer service and no way Ill buy from this business or recommend to anyone.
