As good as it gets! two computers fixed within 3 days, plus they even went the extra mile that i didnt even ask for and replaced my keyboard AND cleaned up both computers! super approachable, available, efficient, wicked techy smart, accommodating, very reasonably priced. Horrible experience rude as hell!! Lost my business for forever an my 8 other stores. Could not even answer a simple question kept putting me on hold. How do you expect to make money when you want even talk to a customer??? I hope the owner fires whoever answers the phones cause if my website received an email like this from an owner of 9 car audio stores in MS I would definitely fix the problem.

Do yourself a favor and remain away from this store. The staff is rude and careless. I called several times to inquire about a warranty and they kept placing me on hold over and over.

Great service
