Husband went shopping to buy present for mom. Drove half an hour to get here to encounter rude assistants who were too busy ‘posing & strutting’ to be of any help. They were rude, entitled & offered NO SERVICE. Came in here with the intention of spending a good amount of money - left without buying anything because of the 2 twenty-somethings who thought that ‘attitude’ was good replacement for proper service. Thinking you’re a model doesn’t mean you get a paycheck for no work. This is just sad.

Beautiful location lots of beautiful women like the manager. She is very nice like all the other women working here. Get some wine before you shop since there is a wine boutique in the same store.

Great location, cool clothes, stuffy, entitled, snotty employees who have absolutely no clue how to provide any customer service or assistance. One’s dumber and less competent than the next. It’s truly mind boggling.

I was thrilled last week when I went to Malibu for the week to visit friends and got to go shopping at the new Fred Segal store. WOW, well done yet again! I never miss the one on Sunset when I am in the area. Now I have 2 stores to roam through when I visit California.True to your culture, I always find new designers to add to my eclectic wardrobe. Hats off to whomever does your buying, you always keep things interesting, fun and fresh. Also your sales people couldnt have been nicer in helping me with my purchases and then shipping all of it back East...Just wanted to say thanks for a fun afternoon of shopping,Peg
