Everyone is really friendly in this store. I’m giving my experience five stars because of the store member Krasimir. He helped me tremendously with choosing a shoe. I’m flat footed so he went in depth about the shoes that are best for being flat foot while also engaging in different workouts. If you visit this store, ask for Krasimir. He gave great educational advice behind the Nike shoe and workouts.I ended up getting Nike free run and they feel incredible on my feet!!!! Thank you to everyone at this location for your help❤️.

Nike always had all the good and their prices are reasonable here. And the staff here are super friendly too.

My daughter wanted to buy some new kicks. Took her to this one because O heart they have great service. It was absolutely 💯 true. The sales rep even assisted us with getting our 15% coupon 👍 Clean and easy check outs.

Man at the front desk is not friendly, I will rather recommend Nike Santa Monica, same stuff but better service

THE Nike store. Theyre taking all the proper safety precautions, limiting occupancy, requiring properly worn face masks, having sanitizer readily available, disinfecting surfaces so on and so forth. They have lines waiting outside of the door at times but they still move fairly smoothly. Large selection of shoes, clothes and gear for men, women and children. Elevator for the 3 floors. One thing I like is the anywhere checkout you can have similar to the Apple store. The building setup is nice. Attentive staff was still in place. All in all it was a nice experience.

Three floors of nike! but, despite the beautiful, large space the selection of actual clothes was pretty limited! zero tennis stuff and not too many sneakers, either. but, staff are super helpful and friendly.

Cool, unique Nike store. More high end, fun to walk through. Good views of the Grove as you ascend.

Its not a discriminating place. You can see it, for example, the mannequins are bigger than the normal-sized. The Nike shop is very interesting because of the new collection of shoes and clothes. I think its important to show that we shouldnt discriminate fat people or discriminate them only what they look like 🙂

The kids selection is almost nonexistent but the employee that helped me was awesome. She had a great attitude and smile the whole time. Yes the selection wasnt much, but people make the experiences and I cant say enough good things about my experience. I was able to find two pairs of sneakers for my daughter!

I’m not positive, but I believe this Nordstrom location is smaller than others, and therefor lacks some of the products you can normally find at the larger locations. With that being said, it’s still a great store. Being located in the Grove means plenty of parking and the selection is still substantial enough for me to be able to find some items I like.

Employees are super cool and hip enough to ignore their customers request. I thought I was in urban outfitters!!

Nice store, very helpful staff experience when asking questions and trying on shoes. Didnt have my size and color, but still had a good experience.Ive been here a couple times in the last couple months and they rotate their inventory around a decent amount with a nice variety.

They do not sale extended sizes in store only online. An entire population excluded, so sad!However, we had a nice time and just went home to purchase what we were looking for

One of the best Nike stores Ive been too. They have three flores and the prices are not too steep even though theyre in a premium location.

This is probably the best designed and laid out Nike store next to the main one in New York City in midtown. This store has practically everything the average or even intermediate shopper would require, shoes stocked to the ninth, walls and walls or apparel and accessories for every niche. Employees were extremely friendly and all around helpful as finding what I was there to actually look for. Super pleasant experience and builds on Nike’s solid customer satisfaction practices.

Selection could be so much better. That aside, my problem is that I had an issue with a gift card issued by this store. Called twice and spoke to two different managers. I was told I would receive a call back both times and never did.

Went two days in a week. shoes for my girl then running shoes. So at the kids corner looking for jordans there was literally only one worker there. She seemed kinda stressed since there was whole families there. She welcomed me, asked what shoes nd size I wanted wit like 5 boxes in the arms. came back fast with 2 plus mine. That’s all I could ask for

I just got myself the cutest pair of casual/ workout shoes here! They had a sale on this all white pair f Hurraches I had my eye on for awhile and I finally decided to pull the trigger and get them! They had my size available and not only do they look great, but they are so comfortable!

Nice quiet and very respectful plaza. Stores are clean and parking is very nice.

It can be tough to maintain an active lifestyle, but I’ve found that buying a new pair of shoes is often the catalyst I need to reenergize my daily walk routine. I was long overdue for a pair of walking shoes and I found a great pair at this Nike store! I also found some very nice apparel that I hope will provide me just the motivation I need.

This is one of the better Nike stores in all of Los Angeles, in my opinion. They stock so much merchandise for men, women, and children. Clothes, accessories…. And of course let’s not forget about their massive selection of footwear. I could practically live here!

If your looking for new releases this is the place to go

Poor customer service from one of the sales reps. I was returning a pair of shoes for exchange. Said rep brought out the size that was needed and walked away. Didnt even check to see if the shoes fit properly. Spoke with the manager who was also a child and I dont think the poor customer conversation we had will go anywhere. Ill choose another store out of my way or use Nike.com from here on out. The rep actually walked away to have a conversation with another group of sales reps and totally ignored or forget about my needs.

Well laid out store - could do with more staff

This is an excellent location. Bryce, the sales person gave me just to help I needed and I selected navy and tan Nike react presto’s. Very comfortable with lots of support.

Best prices with service, prompt delivery and quality products. Came here with a full wallet left with it empty and hands full of boxes !

Its a good location, they are practicing social distancing. The store is really clean and while we waited outside in the sun they offered everyone in line water. Unfortunately they were out of stock with what I wanted but even then I do not regret the visit

The staff here are always so helpful and they seem to be really vigilant about HOW you should be wearing that mask, and how many they let in.

Waited a whole hour in a half for a shoe release just for the employee to tell me and 20 other people who were waiting just as long that they didn’t have what we was waiting for and the employee waited 3 mins before they opened to share this information even though several employees saw us waiting outside and could of said something sooner. Complete joke of a store and employee staff.🤡🤡🤡🤡

Quick and the valet parking was on point when time was what was need.

Makes me miss Nike Town in Beverly Hills. Big 3 story location but its mostly flash and little substance. The running shoe selection is down to almost nothing. Even worse, There arent true shoe expert who can tell you the differences between the continuing changes in the Nike lineup. Good place to shop if you only want walk-around wear but no longer an athletes running store.

The place is really beautiful and no traffic problems whatsoever.The shops and shoppers around are nice also the sellers really good service giving.No trash on streets or any garbage / problematic stuff around at night.The only down is the prices at most shop but consider the place it is to be expected.

The staff are super helpful. I had to make two complicated exchanges of online purchases and the girl who was helping me was so kind and gracious. Definitely coming back to shop in person at this store.

Been there many times, never really impressed with the store. Called today and was greeted by completely unprofessional customer service, which employees laughing amongst each other while trying to figure out the answer to my question. Will never be purchasing Nike products again, except for jerseys for which I really dont have a choice.

Good selection of athletic gear for men on the second floor. Limited smaller sizes, this is L.A. after all, if it’s not tight than it’s not worth wearing. Checkout was very quick as most staff could process payment. As an alternative to getting cliches tacky souvenirs, get a yourself a Nike LA T-shirt or a pair of knee high socks. It’s like Nike uniform nation for LA boys.

This location in The Grove is probably the nicest Nike shoe store I have seen. Nice layout. Friendly staff. Not too pushy. Great selection.

Nike shoes are the gold standard in athletic footwear. There is a reason why so many athletes wear them and it’s because the quality and performance is truly top notch. I got a new pair of running shoes for the LA Half Marathon so I’ve got about a month to get them broken in. But this store has a great mix of different styles and colors that will please even the pickiest sneaker shopper. And not only shoes but the store is packed with so much different athletic/ casual athletic apparel you could spend hours looking around!

This is an impressive flagship in the former Abercrombie & Fitch space. It has all the Nike merchandise you could ask for and several floors of helpful staff that are ready to help you pick out the perfect item for your needs.

They had what I was looking for and more, the selection here is about twice as much as other Nike stores.

I have a great collection of Nike sneakers (Air Max 1s, 95s, 97s, 98s, 270s, Vapormax and Vapormax Plus) half of which I bought at Nike The Grove. I have to say the service was great a couple times at the beginning but dwindled down ever since. Nowadays I prefer to just order them online. You get a Better selection than the store and you don’t have to deal with the LA traffic. Plus the shipping is super fast!

I lost a blue jacket 2 nights ago at a theater in Playa Vista. So, I found a light blue one for tennis (actually for casual use) & purchased a gray hooded sweatshirt after browsing for several minutes. But finding the right pair of sneakers unsuccessfully proved to be challenging as I checked for strength at the bottom prone to disintegration. Thank you!

They get all the great releases here and the staff are awesome too. They have some of the best selections.
