I love Ripndip so this is my bias. I just basically love everything of this brand. I found T shirts, sweatshirts, beanies, caps, socks, masks, car freshers, and even toilet paper here. The store is big and they organize the store well. The T shirt quality has been improved since it was not really good that I stopped shopping for T shirt from Ripndip for a while. Ricky helped me with my order and he was super helpful and kind. Recommend this shop for all the street style friends!
Always a fun place to stop at. Super friendly staff with the chillest vibes. They don’t push anything the stuff sells by its-self. Good mix of classic street-ware, and some more risky pieces (they either are big hit or mega-miss and that’s not a bad thing) always leave there happier than when I came in and never have had any problems with a purchase

Staff here is very warm and welcoming. Bobby is the man🔥💯 He helped me give his opinion on which size of Childs Play Knitwear Fall sweater suits me better. I also got a Free Nermal Dice from Ripndip today. Their fall collection is super dope. Do check this place out. The store looks super trippy from inside and the outside as well.If you have a personality to wear bold/flashy colors and some clothes that are subtle yet still over the top eye grabbing then surely check their collection out. So ripndip had been one of my favorite years for the past few years & I was excited to finally go to the store yesterday. My friends & I went in and it was such a beautiful store but that customer service was horrible. Both girls looked like they didn’t wanna be there & one of them were giving us nothing but attitude for no reason at all.

Worst shopping experience. *Select Any Sheet Of Grip From Our Website For Free When Ordering A Board (must add grip to your cart)* is a lie. I bought two decks and they refused giving me second griptape. STAY AWAY.
Ordered three long sleeves online according to a previous purchase at Simons. The large was 3 times bigger than the one bought in store... We then told them we had a problem, they answered fast but did not compensate their mistake. Then we had to pay more than the set fee for the return, which was 28$CAD... then we had no answer for weeks, until I sent another email asking how the process went. They forgot to advise us that the long sleeves arrived at their warehouse... We got the coupon to order them agaiin and had to pay for the shipping fee another time. Also, the tees are not the same fabric... anyway I don’t recommend this store whatsoever, although they give sick stickers which is why I gave them 1 star.

Awesome store! I brought my autistic son Paul here while we waited in line for 3 days for the supreme drop (Like i said, my sons autistic) and they gave him FREE CLOTHES! Theyre amazing, Henry helped us out. The owner was awesome too! Highly recommend this store! Cx

Dope store, went today and customer service was great. Very nice dudes and willing to help. As soon as i walked in they asked me for specific sizes and what i was looking for. Overall a clean design and an excellent experience. 100% recommend to stop by and visit before they close up in September!
While being a great store full of S W A G me a british male struggles to get the products I want as what I am after is difficult to come across over the pond. After ordering a black rubber stamp polar fleece hat and having to pay a fair 10$ shipping charge I was shocked to find an additional charge of £14 or 20$ to collect this from the post office. Anyway pretty disappointed with this as there was no info or warning of an additional charge however I do love the hat and will continue to buy their stock and recommend their products to all my mates. Probably just play it safe and buy from local stores from now on.
Amazing store design and at the same time had a very easy and creative layout to find cool items for sale. Overall it is a place to take pics and admire the dope pieces of art on display. Great job!
Went in after shopping at Aape and Supreme where I expected to find the worst employees... I was wrong. Everyone at Rip n Dip treated me poorly and didnt attend to anything I needed regarding help. When I was checking out, it took me too long because they kept going off and talking amongst themselves as well as rolling their eyes when Id ask for prices on items that werent marked. Ive always loved Rip n Dip online but coming to the store for the first time was honestly disappointing. Never going to return again.
Yesterday I went to the store. it was a very cool place. All the staff were nice and very helpful. My only tiny complaint is that the long sleeve shirts are not as nice of a material as the short sleeve ones. Another thing is that the water gun I bought was cracked and there are no exchanges or refunds. But over all a very cool store.

Wow. Horrible experience. They have no return or exchange policy and they pack everything for you in the back, don’t let you try it on. My receipt was highlighted for each item as if it was double checked. But no, low and behold they gave me large shirts when I asked for a small cuz I’m a tiny woman. Since everything was packaged in the back and handed to me in a bag after payment, I didn’t think you guy would get my purchases horribly wrong. Now I have several items that don’t fit. I spent 200$ in the store. Can’t return or exchange for the actual size listed on my receipt. BS. Awful business model.
This store is one of if not my favorite brand and store. The employees are very welcoming and friendly. The scenery is hilarious, but amazing. Bought about 5 shirts, and enjoyed my visit. Luckily I came at opening time so it wasnt the busiest, but I was sad to leave. I would definitely recommend this amazing store to anyone, thanks ripndip :).

I was happily greeted upon entering the store and the merchandise was entertaining. The one and only reason Im giving a low rating is a rude staff member. I asked for a flower balloon for my wife and he was carrying 4 but said There are plenty on the floor, these are mine. I said ok and got one. I then see the guy hand them out to other customers. I probably wont go back and heres your low rating for bad customer service.
Came in and saw a cool jacket. I asked to try on a different size because the jacket didnt fit me. They said they cannot let me try on a different size because all their other sizes were sealed in the original plastic wrap. This store does not care about their customers who want to wear their clothes. Instead, they care about Hypebeasts who will buy and sell their clothes on the secondary market. Why else would they not let me try on a different sized jacket? Easily the worst customer service I have ever witnessed while buying clothing. I would never shop here again.

Terrible Customer Support. Payed $40 for 1 day shipping on their online website and still havent received my order and it has been 5 days now.Tried contacted them about sending me a tracking number to see whereabouts my shipment was and never received one.Also ordered pants that clearly stated 2 left in stock and after waiting the 5 days finally received an email saying they didnt have any left in stock in the size I wanted leaving me to downgrade in size which wont properly fit me.

Staff were so rude.I knew ripndip for few years and Ive got some socks and shirts from online.Also my fav Japanese rappers NENE&Ryugo were wear ripndip so I was very looking forward to visit the shop in LA.My friend wanted to try some sandals but he couldnt speak English so a staff put everything in the cart on iPad by mistake.It wasnt anybodys fault but after that staff came to me with attitude said we dont do cancel normally.He did canceled them all,but my friend havent even check them yet so it was very hard to understand and very upset about their terrible service.None of the Staff said Hi when customers came in,they all looked lazy af.I really loved ripndip but u gave me a bad memory of trip far from Japan😔
