Very cool and chill vibe inside, people were having fun and I want to go back. A bit on the expensive end when you look at the prices though. π 10/10 would recommend to go just to look, and maybe buy a few things
I was here a couple weeks ago. The store itself was good and the staff was ok. I expected longer lines to get in and less items in stock since SS21 was over but I got inside in less than 5 minutes waiting and there were still very good items from SS21 in stock. Another nice thing I have to say of this Supreme shop is that they are also very generous with stickers (they gave me 8 of them). If you are in Fairfax itβs a must to visit this shop and also Golf Wang.
I have been shopping Supreme for a while now. The price is mid to high range. This location is great they usually have the new stuff in stock. Just wish for more of an friendly shopping experience.
Cool store but thereβs a line to get in and they donβt have anything other than size medium.
Went on a Saturday afternoon. As everyone says, there is always a line but its worth the wait. The associates were pretty laid back and helpful. Gave me feedback on how some of the pieces I tried looked on me.
Itβs a shame that a old school skate shop is now a joke. Only people that work at the shop can skate the bowlβ¦.. lol losers
Security guy let me in last ten min it was pretty nice of him! And the sales rep was also on game! The only thing they didnβt have size small in menβs. Damn! Not my luck for a chick trying to rock this brand.. other than that dope clothing.
Brought a friend who was visiting from another state. They are still requiring customers to wear masks. Since I didnt have one I wasnt allowed in. I was able to secure a mask after being outside chatting with the security for abt 15 mins. Went inside and found my friend and a few shirts for my kids. Some pieces I find to be overpriced while other pieces fall within industrys standards. Staff is very helpful and is expeditious is getting your requests filled. Just show them what you want from the menu bar and pay.
The guy who was checking me out at the register was just bad. He acted like he was too good or above the customer. Didnβt get a good welcome like how you doing, wassup, nothing. He didnβt even look at me once. I held my cash in hand for a whole min so he could grab it and then Instead I just paid with my debit card.
The LA Supreme store.Came in a Tue afternoon, not busy, walk in and bought some t shirts and a zip pouch. Not many products to choose from. Staffs are serious about folding shirts.Do not touch folding shirts.Shirts are really bad quality, but, itβs supreme, who cares, right? Some collaborations with La coste is good.Wonβt come again.
This store is super cool Ive never been inside but Im always across the street looking in LOL hopefully Im famous enough one day to get invited
Skate board, beach bum, hip hop styles. Nothing is worth a line or wait for this brand.
I just love the clothing store so much! I can come in, get great service, great clothes, and walk out feeling brilliant. They have all the most famous brands of clothing. Perfect!
Expect a line. Even when there wasnt a pandemic. Most things sell out online are still in shop for a bit unless its box logos. Chill staff. Love shopping with them
Hii Im suman
Supreme is Supreme. Itβs is unique.Had a wonderful shopping experience at Supreme yesterday. The staff is chic with style, knowledge and efficient. Love the staff outside the store. Super friendly! Big loveπGood variety with jacket, tee, cap, trousers, shoes, bag and accessories to choose from.
What a joke. you guys can do wayyy betterused to be there once a monththey became terriblesecurity host is a joke- thinks that if he have a earpiece he is a VIPyou guys lost one of your big customerill keep my shopping online.
Short line.. good choices.. still had some things from latest drop!!
THESE REVIEWS DESERVE 5 STARS. Just read a bunch of the 1-3 star reviews and they are hilarious. IYKYK and if you donβt go shop at old navy.
Exclusive clothes, high price but very unique designs, young people will love it
If u get an appointment to buy, you should be inside the store within 30min of your appointment. If your in the non appointment line you could be waiting hours it all depends on the popularity of that weeks drops.
Cool store! Our associate Briggs was very helpful and friendly. Covid protocols were enforced and appreciated. They have a nice selection of items and clothing.
People who work there are always having a bad day.
Wonderful and charming staffCLEAN STORE, MUSIC WASNT TOO LOUD AND SECURITY KEPT US ON THE 6FT MARKπ€£ππ€£IT WAS ACTUALLY FUN WAITING IN THE COVID LINE THANKS SUPREMEπππππ
Although we had to wait a bit, the cashier was so kind. Grateful π.
Had money to blow could not get in security was acting weird
Only good experiences here. Love the rotating inventory. ahead of the curve with the lines. Gets to stressy when thereβs more then 10 people in the store especially when theyβre just window shopping.
Expect a line unless you go in on a non busy day. People always complain about the fact that there are lines here but it is normal. Its a small store and security is also there to help move the line and protect the store and employees. If you sign up for drop day (usually a Thursday) and you come just know it is hectic and there are lots of people. You will be in line for 2 hours plus depending on how popular the items are. Expect things to sell out by the time you get in and expect a chance at not being able to obtain the items you want. Overall the staff is pretty friendly provided you arent being rude or grabbing everything off the shelves. If you are in LA and you are into fashion or street wear check it out.
This is my 5th time here this season2020, their customer service is outstanding plus you just gotta bring a list and theyβll find/bag the items for you. SUPREMEπ―
We Ike the brand but this location stinks. So cocky. They make it understood that you need them more than they need you. Employ bouncer types to work the ever present line. Thugs. No selection, whatsoever. Theyve allowed the professionals to scoop up the product. Stick to the online shop for drops and just wave at the suckers as you drive by this shop.
Everyone was like very nice and helpful from the security up front to the shop. Will be back.
The greatest skateboard/streetwear brand & shop of the last 20 years! This was the first Supreme store opened in the state of California and still thrives to this day! The store also boasts one of Supremes signature brick & mortar store features...The bowl! A giant wooden swimming pool shaped skateboarding bowl right in the middle of the store! Its an amazing sight to behold!
What can i say its Supreme. If youre lucky enough to get a spot Thursday congratulations. Always looking forward to Thursdays drops. Supreme always bringing the heat
If you want to have the latest and the greatest! You know you have to take a quick trip to Supreme. Great team, GREAT merch. Do yourself a favor and visit Supreme.
Gave out numbers. Me turned they would open at 11. Standing outside for 35 mins and no one shows up. People were standing outside sweating like crazy because its freaking hot. Website even said they were open. I suggest to give the right info. Thats misleading info given. Smh!!!
Super busy room sat on the bench and was stared down by the skater sitting on their skating stuff.
I went to supreme on a Saturday. The store had a really cool vibe. The staff was good. Also there was a medium sized line, but people were let in quickly. Overall a extremely pleasant experience.
Great store and good employees and were being Aware of COVID
Unnecessarily rude security. Repulsed at the idea of even shopping here. I would rather shop for supreme online.
Great clothing and quality, A bit over priced though.
I was really hoping I could come in and get some cool shirts but the whole place was a mess and on fire. No employees, no merchandise. Not a good look.
I went today with my 12 year old son who is way into Supreme brand. Parking sucks as was expected but we drove a couple times around the block and got really lucky finding a spot literally less than 20 feet from the Supreme store. There was a line but it was rather small, Id say about 20 or less people waiting to be let in. Got in line and it only took less than 15 minutes to get in the store. That in itself was awesome because after reading all of the reviews on here, I was expecting an hour or more wait time. The store itself has a nice vibe, very clean but smaller than I expected. The worst part was the lack of product available. I certainly expected nothing from recent drops to be available but every t-shirt on display and hanging up was other brands and NOT ONE ACTUAL SUPREME BRAND T-SHIRT IN THE STORE! Very disappointing considering we drove over 3 1/2 hours total to and from the store. I at least thought there should be Supreme t-shirts to be able to buy. My son ended up picking a Supreme beanie and a package of Supreme boxers. He was happy with the experience but thought it would be different. Anyway, we didnt encounter any rude employees or security guards but the two guys working the registers left a little bit to be desired. I mean, yeah we get it...you work at Supreme and your cool but a little friendliness or something would have been nice. Although it was a bucket list item to actually visit a Supreme store, I will most likely be sticking to buying online and from resellers because of the lack of product available at the actual store.
Supreme does their best to organize the lines, but itβs understandable theyβre Supreme and a lot of hype surrounds them. Excluding all the kids who act up in line and the wait time, the actual experience inside is worth it. The staff is pretty down to earth and appreciative of customers. The skating bowl is nice. Supreme doesnβt have sold out signs instead they support other brands and sell their items.
Now I know what high dollar and zero purpose merchandise looks like. A mindless adventure awaits. You might enjoy this store if it werent for the U.S. National Wackamole Champion smacking your hand if per chance you make the unforgivable mistake of looking at the folded version of a t-shirt that could otherwise be viewed in singular form and hung on the adjacent rack. These kids have seriously grown up. If I could get my kids to take clothes folding as serious as Supreme does, my house would be immaculate.
It is not bad. If you go there, you may meet many people in lined. It is unique shop only 3 in the America, so I recommend you to visit once in your life.
I will willingly wait in long line for 2 stores, and 2 stores only: supreme when theres a new drop and Walmart on black Friday. thanks for being dope
Went on a Saturday and there was a 20 minute line to get in. Staff was surprisingly friendly and helpful and selection wasnβt too bad. No major hype items left but a decent selection of Supreme goods as well as other skate brands. Always fun stopping by when Iβm up in LA.
I was at the store and on the rack there were clothes and I just took one off of the shelf and on worker said βNo buddy you canβt touch those.β And my mom said, β well then why canβt you guys put up a donβt touch that sine.β And he just gave her the devil look. The cloths donβt fit because the sizes are bad. Long long. And we went over to the Bape store and it was a little bit more expensive but nice employees nice clothes better stock than supreme and it was great. They also gave us fans because it was a hot day.
Supreme L.A. The people who work there are the worst Ive seen and they treat fatally the buyers who are supposed to buy and advertise the brand. According to my own experience I do not recommend it at all, but for the workers of the establishment. They should change all the guys that are there. To enter there is a queue and you can not be near the store because, according to them, you block the street and they have a queue that occupies half a sidewalk. You are in the place next door and they approach you to throw you away.
I really like the shirt i just bought in here! Awesome staff and great quality! Awesome!
Its Supreme. Go on a Thursday and wait in line. When youre at the till checking out on any day, say whats up brah. Thank me with likes.
Parking hard to find. Always a line to get in! Prices very high. Looks like some targeted marketing. Place crowded by teenagers/ youngsters not sure how they can afford to pay these prices. Not sure what good it does to society by manipulating youngsters.
Love it
They have some great clothing, a bit pricey, but so worth it. The staff are pretty dope and they kinda know their stuff too.
Honestly Iβm going to start by saying Iβm a huge fan of Supreme, Iβve purchased online multiple times. This was my first visit to the store on Fairfax and they wouldnβt let me in because they were closing soon. I showed up 30 minutes before they closed and was told that I couldnβt be let in. I drove about 2 hours in traffic just to make it in time to be turned away Iβm ready to burn all my Supreme gear horrible horrible customers service. I wonβt ever come back.
You have to stand in line to get inside of the store. The selection is very small and expensive. However, the employees were fantastic and friendly! They didnβt even charge my children for the stickers they wanted! It was a nice experience and worth the 45 minute wait for my sons since this was number 1 their to do list for LA!
Always hard to find the size needed and no cash refund... Ive had store credit for the longest time. Gone to the store a few times but always out of size on the good looking clothes
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Got a 5:45 time slot and I would not have even came if they didnt ban me for not showing up. Drove 3.5 hours, stood in line for 2 hours. Then security tells us to come back tomorrow. How you gonna give time slots and dont have product? What a way to run a business. Trash.
Perhaps I was taught by Google Reviews and Yelp for theIt βShopping Ruleβ prior to my visit, my shopping experience was good enough.Instead of calling it a store, I would rather call it a βShowroomβ that all available products are displayed and you ask for your sizes before the staffs could get them from the back for you.
1 star! We drove 2 hours in LA traffic on a Friday to get some Supreme gear for my nephew. We arrived at 6:40PM the store closes at 7PM the 2 bouncers didnt even allow us to enter the store at all.Inside was a bunch of rich spoiled entitled teenagers just hanging out not even shopping or looking at the clothes or gear, yet we had $1,000 cash in hand to blow on Supreme gear and we drove all the way out there for NOTHING!If you are going to deny paying customers with a lot of cash in hand to even enter the store at 6:40PM then change your close time to 6:40PM thats false advertising.Either that or tell your bouncers to let people in until at least 5 minutes until closing. Again I had $1,000 cash in hand ready to buy gear for my nephew and myself!
The Supreme store was bittersweet for me. I definitely recommend knowing what collection they have in store because I made that mistake and did not find what I was looking for, also know that since there is only what is on the floor that they may not have your size, when I got in the XS and S were already gone. The reason that I am giving this high of a rating is for one person. The incredible security guard who manages the line outside. He was an sweet gentleman and was very kind, always reminding those that Yes this is LA it is hot please make sure you are drinking water I would say though he is a sweetheart until you try and mess with him or disobey orders. I have big respect for him.
Dope. Been a hypebeast for a while but never was able to go down to LA and had to order. The staff was amazing and you just gotta follow directions. All the people saying the staff suck just dont appreciate that they are actually helping. Store was great and prices were perfect for the quality you get. Definitely go, hut dont go on a Thursday unless you are way into the brand and wanna stand on Fairfax for 6 hours
Rude security staff
For such a good brand, everybody expects better customer service, people who work for suprene are just terrible and rude. They dont have a direct line to talk to them, they never call back, never reply e-mails, i even called the one from new york and a lady finally answer, couldnt help me with my question and didnt even say have a good day or bye she just hang up like if i was bothering her, which probably i was but thats their job, customer service... im not giving a penny to this guys, thanks for nothing supreme.
Supreme was cool in 1999
The only store in LA. Cool store but limited merchandise. Expect to wait in line . Worth checking out though if youβre visiting LA. The store has a major sale after the 15th of July.
Not a regular shopper here but when it comes to their new items dropping in store, I must be registered to even get in! Talk about the process!!! Good luck getting in when new items drop.
Orchard boston lets you skate their pool. Supreme doesnt
Not bad
This store is the worst. Sales people are pretentious and mean - cant tell you the quality because theyll scream at you if you touch anything. I would give zero stars if I could.
I like some of there clothes but in some drops not the best but there bags are nice but the shoulder bag is comfortable when you wear it and the other thing the sercury at times are rude and mad dogs you like if there the sh*t and rude and when I was there recently one of them pushed towards the line but I wasnβt going to get like yet because I was going to another store while my boyfriend was in like and the security didnβt even apologized and he even laid ahead on me to go in the line once again didnβt say sorry and I was very upset and mad by the fact that the security did that and had no manors at all and me and my boyfriend tried to go to the line the day before and it was 30 minutes before closing time and they say no sorry you canβt be in like cause weβre about to close all rude and disrespectfully and that made feel upset once again....but the cashiers in the store are very respectful and nice and Iβm give 2 star for the security rudeness because it made feel like I donβt want to buy anything there at all and for the past few times Iβve been here the security is always rude and feels very uncomfortable, unwelcomed, and unprofessional and other than that itβs an okay place but you have to wait to go inside for to buy something or just to look at the clothes, bags, hats, and shoes
Worst service. Came here 20 minutes before closure. They cut the line.
Awesome experience. Only complaint is that the staff were always chatting and when I tried to ask for a sizing of a shirt the guy told me to go away. Hot weather at certain times of the year. Come around spring or December for 80-90 degree weather. Most likely a wait in line is guaranteed but is always an hour. I would say come on a Monday, Tuesday or Friday. Die-hard fans always are waiting in line for drops on Thursday. You wont get most of the drop-items but there will still be some shirts or hats that will catch your eye. I have been a few times and the store is very well cooled down for hot days. Good prices, Good street also.
It was cool, workers were nice and it was a great environment for hanging out as long as its not a busy day.
I dont really get whats up with the bad customer service reviews, the customer service was great. when i walked in the store, one of the employees greeted me and asked me if there was anything i was looking for. they also let me use their fitting room in the back of the store. the employees were nice guys and i had a good experience for my first time at supreme.
I liked the experience of the store, it was a very nice and chill store. The workers are very friendly and the security guard was very chill. The workers are all just casual skaters, not rude hype beasts. You will most likely have to wait in line to get in, when i went it was a 2 minute wait. The stuff there was relatively cheap and not a million dollars like everyone thinks, shirts are 36 and hoodies and jackets and pants etc are 80 and up. I highly dont recommend coming on Thursdays unless you have money and a reserved space in line which you can get every Tuesday on the supreme website.
This place is horrible! The sticker they gave me said I love Satan! This is horrifying. My shirt even said the s-word. Please dont go to this store.
