Very nice staff and great luxury products selection

Placed a pre oder for some Vans 1.5 month ago, was waiting in line 3 hours just to place it, because employees were working like at least twice slower then the other store does. After I placed it they said like 2-3 days - u will get the shoe. After a month and after 2 times going there they said that there was a problem on their end and they canning full fill the order and wil issue a refund (image they didn’t call me and let me know, it took me couple hours of personal time to get there and talk to them twice before we came to a Refund point). After that they said ur money will be refunded in a week (didn’t give no refund receipt how they supposed to). So it’s been 2 weeks already - still no refund - so I guess time came to take this to small claims court !!!

Love the designer selection and the architecture by David Adjaye is spectacular.
