The mall here is awesome. Youve got to check out the seating area over by the food court. Upstairs on the second floor of the open air mall. Theyve got all these little couches and seating areas and tables and fire pits. Yes, you read that right, fire pits. I highly recommend checking this place out. I also recommend going at night when the fire pits are lit up. Great place for a mini date with your wife or girlfriend.
Very clean upscale mall with lots of great places to shop or eat. Probably my favorite outdoor mall I love the design of everything here. The place is clean, well maintained and the bathrooms are nice too. Great place to bring the family on a weekend. Parking in the structure does cost 4$ after 1 hour
Westfield Century is hands down one of my favorite places to walk in the light of the famous southern Cali sun and experience the world famous Los Angeles past time of retail therapy! But wait! Theres more!Over the last 25 years this place has reinvented itself in the most fantastic ways...From its humble beginnings - or at least from my first time coming here in 1998 when its enormous underground parking lot was used by me and friends as overflow for the long dead Century Club - Ive witnessed it undergo no less than three soup-to-nuts ground-up renovations and all three times it emerged from its construction cocoon as something beautiful and extraordinarly unique. In its most recent rebuild from 2018, Westfield Century emerged triumphant, having transcended colloquial mundane terms like shopping, restaurants and mall. This place is something to behold! A vast 3 story outdoor collection of some of the greatest retail and entertainment venues on the planet; everything from a high end Sunglass Hut, to Del Friscos (one of the greatest steakhouses on the planet!), a VR technology marvel known as Dreamscape, and the only IMAX 8K laser projector theater on the West Coast.I cant say enough good things about coming to this place. Im here every week and it truly is one of the great landmarks of the new LA and a sensory overload where celebrities and people from all over the world come to see and be seen.And... They are small pet friendly with their own dog park! Now, just to be clear, LA has a dizziyng array of amazing outdoor malls - hell, the very definition of the outdoor mall was written here - but then in 01 that definition was rewritten with The Grove in Beverly Hills. Now, once again, the Westfield Century City gives us the new benchmark!
Coolest mall to people watch.Mostly outdoors. This mall has DREAMSCAPE !! Its an interactive Virtual reality experience like no other. The dragon ride seems more for kids. Ive done Blue and train your dragon.
The Westfield group builds the best indoor outdoor shopping experiences you can have. The one in San Francisco is just as great. They have all of the luxury brands I buy its convenient and modern. I had such a great experience I didnt get the greatest pictures but I have it a go on the way out.. lol when I go back (which will be soon) Ill get better pics.. Cheers 🍻!
I love this mall since I was a kid. We always went here after church with my parents and siblings. They had so many restaurants and clothing stores to choose from. The entire place is very tidy, even in their restrooms, and it was huge and spacious, too. This is a great place for food explorers and shopping goers. Hope they will stay longer so my kids will enjoy this place as I did.
The holiday season includes many festivities including tree lighting ceremonies. I was looking forward to the Light the Night event at the LA Centre on Dec. 7th. It was a community holiday celebration held under the dome. But this was no ordinary tree lighting. This was a lighting of an inverted Crystal Tree that was hung from the top of the dome. The tree was wrapped in crystal strands and brilliantly lit with white LEDs.
PACKED, so many people. It brought me back in time...with a worry free (covid free) Distant memories
This shopping mall was ideal for my daily needs. The products, as well as the entire mall, were outstanding and stunning. Furthermore, the bags, shoes, and clothes I purchased were all too lovely and satisfying. Even the shops and restaurants on the lower level were interesting and enjoyable places to spend time. This malls atmosphere was fantastic. It was trendy, tidy, and brand new.
Beautiful mall in Century City which has a myriad of high end stores like Bloomingdales and Macys, and also has the great Eatily, a very fancy Italian market, which includes a bar and restaurant. This mall also has a Gelsons Market and a great hamburger joint called Shake Shack.Parking is really expensive, so try to get your ticket validated. Great mall. A must see!
I love the Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom here! I also love just walking the mall because it’s beautiful. They have really high end stores and the parking isn’t too expensive. It’s 90 minutes free then you can validate at gelsons! Also the Gerson’s here has amazing Poke. I usually stop by the coffee bean and for a little walk & retail therapy🥰
Love the overall look and feel. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Great movie theater. Plenty of parking
Beautiful shopping mall. The place is lovely. Very relaxing to shop. Nice seating area.
I’ve been shopping here since 2002. There have been so many improvements over these years, it just gets better and better. Wintertime is magical. Summertime is fantastic. Employees are kind. Parking attendants are super nice. Parking can be a pain—there just aren’t enough spots on the weekends. But at least they realize it and have been making improvements there as well.
I remember the 1st time I shopped here with my family was back in the mid 2000s. It was a different back then and they changed the shops Im sure. I even saw the Amazing Spider-Man at the AMC in the summer of 2012 with my dad the first time. Surprised they have a Disney store too. I dont live in the area but I come here sometimes when my family has time.
My first time there, my 10 yr old grandson recommended it because he had lunch at the Atlantic City, NJ location. The service and food was good. It was a little more pricey than I had expected; $145 w/o tip- Chicken Strips, 2 Sandwiches, Fries, 3 Beverages 1 w/o Alcohol.I enjoyed it and so did my grandson, thats all that matters. I will visit again.
Probably one of the best Shopping Malls out there. It’s very luxurious, clean, organized. Parking was not a problem. There are many great stores to choose from. I would recommend coming a bit early to avoid crowds. There are many seating areas and a beautiful play area for kids. Would 100% come back without a doubt.
The mall is beautifully designed and clean. Got validation but paid over $12 for staying longer. Just watch out for your time.
The best shopping center in LA in my opinion in terms of spending a good time. Lots of options for shopping, eating and entertainment. While enjoying the interesting architecture and lovely seating areas.
Fun place. Lots to do. Prices could be a smidge less.
The mall was so crowded on Saturday afternoon that I drove around the parking lot about 45 minutes looking for a spot, and it took about 30 minutes to get out of the lot when it was time to leave, and parking costed me 7.00 dollars. Very frustrating, but the mall was nice otherwise.
Need a whole day just to see all the stores. The entrance is deceiving but as you keep walking it opens up to a futuristic architecture which expands to the right. Its really quite beautiful.
Parking is absolutely ridiculously priced. Ive stopped going to shops & restaurant here. Most do not validate & the rates are super high. Lots of better malls to go to instead of this.
Beautiful shopping mall. Had to visit my favorites, Eataly and Laderach Chocolates.
One of my most favorite malls in Southern California. There is a lovely array of shops and the design and landscaping of the mall is so thoughtfully done. Very tasteful.
I havent been at the new mall since the remodel. OMG its so much better. I will definitely start going back to that mall. After all Bloomingdales is there. They closed Santa Monica, but that was actual pain to park.I love the Century City Mall.😊😊😊
I absolutely love this mall. From the excellent variety of shops, the chic decor, the friendly staff, delicious restaurants, its a delight! But my favorite part? ITS SO DOG FRIENDLY! Ive never seen another mall who caters to the furry best friends as much as their people.Higher end shops, so keep the quality in mind!
Lots of people on weekend.I could feel nice vibe over there. Its a perfect place to shop in West LA area.
Very nice mall I have liked this mall ever since I was a lil girl
Great mall for shopping. Gets a little bit crowded sometimes and it’s got target and every store one can think of pretty much. My favorite mall.
Glad I made a stop here for Din Tai Fung. We end up shopping 3 hours here after lunch. Lol
This shopping center really has it all, and Im grateful because I got everything I wanted here. I had a nice time strolling around here, checking out various shops and meeting new people. This mall is a great place to shop and spend time with your family. Thank you incredibly much! You guys are fantastic!
Great place to hangout... shopping. Eating..
I am not a mall person in any sense of the word. However this place was incredible. It was beautiful and outdoors so you could see the skyline. They had little heaters stationed all around so you could sit and heat yourself up. They also had a huge food court with live music. They also have this place called Eataly that has a ton of imported Italian food. Really an incredible mall.
Beautiful and elegant outdoor mall. Has some the best shops you can ask for. Be sure to transfer some money into your checking account though because these prices are not for the faint at heart. Restaurants are very good as there is something for everyone. The customer info kiosks are very handy to locate stores and restaurants in such a big mall. Definitely a destination to go to if youre in century city... oh yea, cant forget Eataly!!!
I was astonished by the mall, which gave my heart happiness. When I got to the mall, it was worth their safety. Everyone was clean and smooth. In the area there could be no pollution floating and dispersing. They sold outstanding products, clothes, equipment and amenities, so there were plenty of people in this mall. All of their staff worked well, lovely and comfortable. Soon, see you!
This place has everything, all second floor is full of good food concessions, it has way many choices from a quick snack to a delicious steak, great restaurants, excellent stores for shopping and great movie theater, what impressed me the most is the beautiful resting areas all around the place, so cozy and comfortable.
This mall is really beautiful and high end. Great indoor-outdoor hybrid, multi level walking space and plenty of interesting features to engage you between stores.
Amazing mall!! I guess coming from a small city in Utah. Beverly Hills has the wow factor at this mall!! Everyone should go checkout the Breitling store! Beautiful watches!
I played at this awesome restaurant called Del Friscos. It was easy to get in and out. It was vast parking and it was simple to find.I called the restaurant to get here to park.Anyway. Very upscale, classy! High end vibes all over! : )
Beautifully designed mall with a blended outdoor and indoor feel. Plenty of space and usually not too crowded. Best variety of food options accommodating any budget or taste
Great outdoors shopping center. Lots of hand sanitizer stations which is ideal in this day and age. Store selection is fairly good and theres always a few new ones to check out. Additionally, I love their smart parking feature which scans your license plate so you dont have to worry about stopping to pay for parking on the way out.
Theres so much to love in this place. The shops, so many restaurants to eat at and i love the ambiance of this mall so relaxing and cool i love all the greens they have all around the mall and theres a place for young kids to be kids were parents can relax while watching their little ones. The place is classy yet casual and thats cool 😎
Very nice mall, just be careful when its raining 😅
Parking is confusing and clustered. Some exits are closed causing bottlenecks. Exit signs need to be larger. Handicap signage needs to be more direct. $3/hour seems a little much when you spend 10-15 minutes trying to find and/or leave a parking spot.
First time in Century city and half of the stores were closed due to a power outage. Overall this is by far the fanciest and most well designed Westfield mall Ive seen. The only thing I didnt enjoy was that most of the stores were just for the very rich and yes I understand its in a very wealthy neighborhood but still at least put a hot topic, Spencers, and other stores that the middle class can afford.
Great mall with a lot of popular shops. First hour parking is free, which is great (but it will also take you quite some time to get into the parking lot and find a spot)
Unfortunately century mall is a very unsafe place. We were having dinner at the outdoor in L café yesterday and a 3 AA teenager Stole my phone from my bag. Being an open mall and specifically this café is near the exit they manage to run away and unfortunately the police and the mall security couldn’t do much. My understanding is this is the second stealing incident in the same mall just this week. Sadly The parking garage charged us for $14 because we exceeded that “validation. Period “ Even after explaining to them what we had to deal with!!!
Nice place for to go eat out and good classy choice to get clothes enjoy your time with biggest pocket 😀 .Good luck
Nice place I was able to find everything which is always good
Helps if you are aware of taxi pick up & drop off points beforehand as this mall is quite large & can get confusing
I do a great job of always keeping fresh new concepts and ideas in the central atrium area very good store selection lounge spaces and social distancing these guys are doing it right
Very nice place for shopping and having food, lots of choices from shops and restaurants. Best cinema in Los Angeles, good parking lot, valet parking, I love the marketplace good organized and clean almost everything is available.
Hundreds of shops at your finger tip, including some pretty decent restaurants. There is a huge car park underground and I had no trouble finding a parking space. Most shops were open until quite late in the afternoon. Even when there is a lot of people, there is plenty of room because the place is huge.
Absolutely wonderful stay at the Fairmont Century Plaza! 5 star experience in every way.
Excellent!!! Definitely didn’t know what to expect at first but it was an excellent drive through experience. The lights color and art were all awesome.
Its so beautiful, and unique. Its ope and fresh. I love it more than one should love a mall.
Westfield Century City Mall is probably the best Mall in Los Angeles. Make sure you stop by Dreamscape for an incredible virtual reality experience.
A next level mall experience. Not only does the this mall have the best shopping, the whole atmosphere is incredible. It’s a place you can make a full day of, between shopping, restaurants and all the ways they continue to activate the space. The food is INCREDIBLE, and they always have something amazing going on in the public spaces. OBSESSED!
Love the outdoor setup. Good shops. Easy to lose your car to take a pic of where you park.
Opened in the 1960s, for decades the mall in Century City was an increasingly dated mainstay for local shoppers. Located right between Beverly Hills and West LA the location was as perfect as it gets. During 2015-2016 the long expected makeover began, and we all patiently waited and anticipated what would be unveiled. Well we certainly were not disappointed! Finally the Westfield Mall truly represented the modern upscale environment one would expect in the corporate center of the entertainment industry. What you have is an outdoor mall, now doubled in size, that feels like youre indoors. The decor and seating was perhaps the nicest surprise - many more places to sit and enjoy your time. As a family we were very impressed by the family restroom, which is kept very clean. The food court is massive. And as if all this were not enough - we got our own Randys Donuts! Some things are worth the wait, and this certainly was. Best of all we dont have to wait through another makeover for at least 50 years. The only sad part - we lost Pink Taco. Regardless, this is the ONLY mall for us, then and now.
Beautifully upgraded shopping center with more than everything you could want in this lifetime!
Amazing place! Even if you don’t wanna shop, just go & enjoy the weather, food, and walk!!
All ways good
Best mall in LA - parking is rough on the weekends but if you get a spot it’s worth the $4 fee!
Great place to shop and browse around. Good food and stores to being family and friends definitely recommend to go
In spite of this pandemic, it is quite good to see that people still go out and enjoy place like Westfield Century City. All masked up and moving around, loving the views and the welcoming setup of this shopping complex. Browsing the stores, ordering food and lining up like sheep at the Apple store...Ha-ha-ha! (I was one of those, so dont get sore!)Parking was plenty. A little patience with driving around and looking for a spot, but youre bound to find one. We were lucky enough to find one really close to the escalators. And the parking was not that expensive (compared to some horribly cramped structures in SFO that cost as much as a home downpayment). And if you still find the need to pay less for parking, they do offer validation at the stores...I enjoyed just simply walking around the complex. There was so much to see, and so little time to see it with. I have to come back and see more. It was my first time to visit, and gladly enough, Westfield Century City did not disappoint!
Services was quick (we went at 1p on a Wed). We got dessert only. Everything was good. Definitely worth going to at least once.
Great mall! Plenty of nice places to sit ans relax in between your shopping.
Definition of a nice mall! I really really like going to this mall and the design of it was just amazing! There are so many nice stores and there are so many places to eat. I definitely will be coming here over and over again for as long as I can
In the event that you are considering purchasing any family products, beautifying agents, and so on, kindly visit this shopping center first before you go elsewhere. I purchased my aroma and new cosmetics pack here, it was of acceptable quality. Very decent! This spot is enthusiastically suggested.
Exciting shopping, dining and entertainment mall. Extremely well sorted shops for everything you may want to buy. Lots of spaces to sit down and relax or meet others. Perfect clean. Great shopping, food and entertainment we definitely want to come again.
Nice place with valet. I went to the Sugar Factory and had a good time then walked through the mall. The live music was great.
All I need is okay here! In my house, particularly in my kitchen area, I find many things that have been really helpful. A fresh plate and knife. Outstanding product quality! In their assigned region, their workers were very polite and informative. No hassles whatsoever! Thank you for all the magnificent service, man.
Lots of places to explore and eat. Very nice. A little bit crowded on the weekends
Great mall to people watch . Alot art . Great food, scenery. . Lots food choose from . SB SOOOWOOOP!!
Confusing layout and no maps to be found. Was late to a lunch meeting and couldnt find the restaurant. Please do better.
Lucid Motors in Century City Mall
Outdoor and indoor shopping and dining—always looking and smelling clean, fresh and well scented.
Great mall, beautiful outdoor area. Good time to go, not super busy just yet.
Great mall but expect to pay for parking even if you eat at Eataly.
