If you are reading this and are considering using them as your machine provider know this, I dont know who you are, I dont know your circumstance, but what I do know is you deserve better than what they provide.

This is absolutely a wonderful company Ive been using their services for probably 15 years. They are professional clean and they listen to you they listen to the issues when I call they always pay attention they greet me with good morning or good afternoon. Their technicians and receptionists are attentive to my needs. I wouldnt use any other company to come in do maintenance on my washers and dryers. Absolutely happy with their services I will recommend them on a blink of an eye.....truly amazing services they do⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very professional and safe. Called in for a repair, and was hesitant due to the virus, but Lindy said her guy will be extra careful as it is company policy. It was very important to me due to internal health conditions I do not get the virus. The man showed up with mask and kept his distance. Thank you for understanding!

Will make this short, because their response time was very quick. We live close, so that helps too. Dryer broke down and I could not afford a new one. Called Ronny and he sent a guy. The man showed up about 2 hours later. He fix machine and nothing wrong. Gracias

In January, I switched our complexs washer and dryer from coin op to mobile app based due to COVID and coin shortage. Dadson collected all the proceeds but never paid me the landlords portion. I called the office and spoke to Linda. She first said the company had some check-write issues. That was back in April. Since then, she had been avoiding my calls and emails. Six months had gone by and I have yet to receive my payment. Keep in mind that I am still paying for the electricity, water, and the space to run their washer and dryer. If you are considering a washer and dryer rental company for your investment properties. Please look somewhere else. Trust me, you dont the aggravation from these people.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We have multiple accounts and all their washers and dryers have repair issues 5-6 times a year. Their customer service is very poor. The repairman do not show up on their scheduled date. It takes sometimes a month to fix a washer or dryer. They are not a nice or reliable company to deal with.

If I could have posted this without putting any stars I would have...this laundry service isnt even a one star! I give them NO stars. seriously they still havent repaired the machines here at the apartments I live in, its been over a month maybe two and we have made MULTIPLE calls and I know several neighbors of mine who have also called and I just went down to see if they were working, nope. the coin slots on two of them have been stuck so long I cant even remember when they were not stuck!!!

Good luck with this company! Have been missing checks for over 6 months now and they won’t answer emails regarding this. They stipulate in their contract that they decide the payment schedule! 🤷🏽‍♂️ I didn’t choose this company, they put stipulations in their contracts for new owners of rentals to inherit their contract after purchase. So much wrong & crooked practices! I have been emailing Linda Doniz in particular, the emails just sit. Don’t start business with these unprofessional people, they are out to screw you every way they can! I highly suggest staying away, or if you really want to be in business with them, have an attorney review their proposed agreements!Update: Followed instructions from the Dadson’s response only to have those emails ignored too! 🤷🏽‍♂️

I have had a contract with Dadson Service and I continually have problems getting the revenue on the machines we lease from them. For the last almost years, I have received funds sporadically. I have send emails, called and talked to different people. I was told Linda is the manager, and after talking to her and sending her emails, she supposed to sort all of this out. I am missing several checks from Dadson Washer Service. She ignored that part of the email with missing checks and did not point to it ever again. I then sent her a list of the checks we never received. She ignored it again. Since we have anotehr building in the same city with the same number of units and we own the machines ourselves, I know how much I collect on the 2nd building. The one month collection from the other building equals to what I have received for Dadson in the last 1 1/2 years. They are clearly in Breach of Contract and I wanted to cancel immediately. She said I can not cancel until the 5 years contract matures. They have a very nasty attitude.

My washer has been broken for awhile. It had some sort of short in it, and would randomly cut off if it was loaded with a lot of clothes. I called for repair awhile back. It too some time because Cali has been so strict with the covit virus, but the washer repair man eventually make it out and he fixed it within a few hours. Some people have to be patient because this stupid sickness affected us all in some way. Just wanted to stop by and give my thanks.

I agree with every one star. Awful service and they seem unethical in polices and transparency. Makes me wonder how a company can be so awful witth the way the treat customers in todays marketplace. For example, the sneak in evergreen clauses into contracts. Dont be aware because dont use them and you will have nothing to worry about. They then make cancelling difficult which would probably be ruled unconscionable in court. The president (owner) is Rodney Leonard Goldberg. He is 80 years old and has been running it this way for a long time. Has many addresses one including Beverly Hills. Any review from a Goldberg is certainly most from Rodney Goldbergs family like the one 2 below. If anyone has a good business attorney please let me know. This company is ripe for a class action.

This company deserves 0 stars. Our building has one washer that has been down for 8 days. We call everyday to request service and are always given a different excuse. First the dispatcher forgot to schedule it. Secondly it’s the pandemic they are short staffed. Finally it’s due to our techs days off. That is a lie because they said the same thing last year when this happened for 5 days. This must be in violation of health code or service contract. If you are looking for a reliable company DONT choose this one.

I would give a -0/ first of all the staff is rude liars they give you people and tell you they’re in the accounting and you find out Another lie you’re speaking to someone in customer service or a field tech or even the janitor they don’t seem to want to give refunds on their very old equipment that constantly breaks down . It’s going on three months for my refund and every time I called they said the checks in the mail what type of company cannot refund 3 dollar check. OK, so where do I begin. I have lived at 6500 Yucca Street for 5 years now. During which I have obviously been forced to use the quarter machines by DADSON in our basement. Over the course of 5 years I will venture to guess I have lost around 60 dollars to their machines. This is just monetary value not time wasted or the inconveniences associated with it all. So I began sending Linda emails a couple years ago. I eventually called in and they said they would take care of it for me and to email [email protected] with all my emails I have sent so they could review. I did that and have not received a response yet after two weeks. I called again yesterday to see if they would resolve it and the lady just laughed at me. Did not even care to hear my story or to see if they got all my emails. This is supposed to be a SERVICE company and yet they care 0 about their end customers. Every single week I do laundry there is another machine with a broken sign on it. Obviously their products are not industrial strength. So I will be taking this matter further at this point.

**Landlords and property owners**: STAY AWAY from this company if at all possible. They are dishonest in all their dealings. You will most likely not receive a penny from them and will instead be paid in headaches. If you are in the unfortunate situation of having inherited them with your building purchase there is a way out. Give proper lease termination notice via certified mail 90 days before lease end. They will probably point to the Right of First Refusal. Tell them you will be putting in your own machines. They will likely say you have to buy the machines from them. Tell them you just had a few old machines lying around and will be using those. They will then say, the arent going to remove the machines anyway. Tell them to f*ck off. If you have done all the steps correctly you should be free of them.Its amazing how much energy this company puts into being terrible when they could just as easily offer good service.

I’ve used the Dadson Washer Service a few times and the ease of the cashless system is such a perk. Especially during this pandemic, the contactless use of the service is truly a blessing. Only so many people are using during this downtime and it helps the company has taken precautions to stay sustainable during COVID.

Dadson is horrible. Their machines constantly eat my quarters, they dont return phonecalls, their refund check, which took three months to arrive and was for HALF what they owed me, was uncashable - literally my bank wouldnt cash it. I have called numerous times and still NOTHING. I am furious. Their machines have stolen my money, my detergent and my TIME. And today, Sunday, I was having a lovely morning until BOTH(!) washers ate my money! This place is CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT.

Poor customer service. Linda is incredibly rude. Doesnt respond to email correspondence and when you finally get in touch via the phone she is defensive and obstinate. They raised our prices during a global pandemic and recession. They lock your building in with insane contracts that are almost impossible to get out of. Their machines are dated and break down often. If you haven’t signed with them: RUN FOR THE HILLS!

If I could give this company a -0 I would. When you call in the staff is so rude, unprofessional and dismissive with customers like they could care less what you want. I have been calling for a month for our washer machine and I keep getting the same response when I call which is, they are going out today, he was not able to make it out today, they are going out today I dont understand how hard is it for this company to adhere to the contract that is in place when it comes to repairs, but wont miss a day when its time to collect the coins out of the machines. I wish I could give them 0 stars...Omar transferred me to the corporate and managing department knowing that their voicemail is full since at least 8 months ago that Ive try to contact someone other that those guys who answered the phone that dont care at all about absolutely anything the costumer needs. I feel really sorry for my landlord that made the worse decision ever by hiring and getting into contract with this washer service! There are multiple issues with this company. First, they provide extremely outdated machines which break down ALL the time. Second, weve been trying to update our washers/dryers to include the app during the COVID 19 pandemic for tenant health and safety reasons. Weve expressed our concerns for four weeks now, and upper management has been unresponsive despite multiple phone calls and eight email requests asking them to address the issue. Nor have they provided us with a buy out option as requested if they cant meet our needs. Third, the lease terms are ridiculous. Ours basically goes for 30 years even though it was signed by a previous building owner, and despite our ongoing complaints about their poor customer service and the outdated machines which often break.

They are thief!!! They have been stealing my money until I caught collector guy to count the coins and give me receipt. So I get my check every 4 month and I’ve been getting least 100$ or no more than 165$. So since I had him counting the coins for the last 2 times and I received my first big check about 437$.I would have by passed if I was getting lower on water bill. On my low check I get high water bill and in this my first big check and still get same water bill. Stay away from them. I need help to get rid of them.

If I could give no stars I would. The sales manager is rude and asks for something when you want to renew your lease then says he wont renew it and its a binding contract, then hangs up on you. . He keeps putting more years on the contract. The machines are dirty and old. They wont replace them without us signing a extended lease for a total of 8 years. Literally have never written a review but I’m SO upset with this company I have to defend myself at this point. It’s been a week without a working dryer. Over 10 phone calls. No service appointment even though I call and ask for the dispatcher to call me and confirm the dryer will be fixed. I have never met a company that treats people as sub-human as Dadson. They should be ashamed of themselves. Their wrecklessness and rudeness towards other human beings will cause some nasty karma in the future. In the meantime- my clothes are still wet and dirty :-(

I am a resident in a building that contracts with Dadson. I generally try to avoid using the washers due to the multiple frustrating experiences I have had in the past. I have had no response in any of my attempts to contact them about malfunctioning machines or lost money. Today in a pinch, I decided to try their machines again. The washer froze and wouldnt start, I texted the company 4 hours ago- NO RESPONSE. Finally a neighbor helped me by holding the start button for 10-20 seconds and then pushed the start button again after it started flashing. Then I used the dryer- another mistake...after taking out 1/2 the load to dry on a rack (other neighbors had warned me that they have been trying for more than 2 months to get Dadson to honor their word and extend the drying time for longer than 30 min) my clothes did not get dry. What a waste. Lesson learned- AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Dadson- do you not hold yourself to higher standards? This is the reputation that you want to promote? I would rate zero stars if I could.

Dadson recently took over providing washer and dryers in my complex. The machines are over priced and continually break down even though the machines are new. When the machines break down any attempt to get Dadson to service the machines is met with silence. This company is trash. Do not use them if you want reliable, fairly priced laundry services.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I live in a big condo complex and we had these new washers/dryers installed by Dadson several months ago. Numerous dryers never worked, and repeated attemts to get service out here to fix them have gone unanswered. There is a new note on the same broken dryers every week I go to do laundry, each with the same problem/complaint. Most times I call the Dadson service department the voice mailbox is full and wont accept new messages, presumably because EVERYBODY is complaining and nothing is getting fixed. This company is literally the worst Ive ever seen with regard to service. DO NOT USE THEM.

The biggest crooks and cheaters. They dont split the laundry income like they promise (2 for them, 1.5 for you) and lock you into years of unpleasant dealings. They will have their lawyers fine tune their contract to make YOUR life as miserable as possible and legally make (steal) as much money as possible. This company is scamming people. The contract lasts for 10 years and after the contract ends, they automatically sign you up for another 10 years without notifying you. If you do not remember to cancel the contract after 10 years you are stuck with them for another 10. Who is going to remember to cancel something after 10 years and even if you sell your business the new owners are still stuck with the contract, and if you die your family is stuck with it. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH DADSON UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STUCK IN A CONTRACT. To make matters worse, customer service is incredibly rude! They do not care how they treat you because they know that no matter what you are stuck with them. This company is intentionally scamming people and knows that no human will remember to cancel. I have been using these guys for a while. Al I can say, that sometimes they do the impossible. For example 2 washers were fixed in half a day, in spite they had no part available for one of them. They got the part, and in a few hours it was working. If we had to wait a week we could have lost a some revenue. But its not a point. They are making our tenants happy, this is outlet main goal.

My biggest complaint is their lack of customer service. They make me feel like I am working for them and I am on their time. I manage a building in downtown L.A., and I have to hear complaints from my tenants. One complaint is not being able to recover their money, once the machine has taken it and didnt work. I have them call the Dadson 800 number and Im told they get no response for a refund. I had to call them repeatedly to make sure we were going to get our non-operating machines back up for tenant use. I suggested to the owners that we find a newer company. I wouldnt use them again.

Dadson Washer Service is horrible. The equipment in my building is constantly broken. There is no such thing as routine maintenance -- you know, just to check to make sure the equipment is in working condition. Both washers are down and someone has been messing with the coin dispenser because it gets stuck. It has been loosened to the point someone is going to break in and take the money. There is no such thing as having your money returned to you even when you let them know you lost coins in the machines. Horrible, horrible service (or lack thereof). I am surprised they have been in business as long as they have.

They have the contract one way sided that if you have lease them then you are stock with them forever. I hate calling in for my money!The customer service is awful. If you google dadson you find on mantra that the finance exuctive is Loranea Quevedo. I got no answer when I called. I want an explanation as to why i havent received my money. Its been 90 days.Do not sign with them,beware of the clauses they put on the very bottom of the contract regarding cancellation. It states that even though you give certified notice within the time frame it is still at their discretion to cancel.....which means never because they include an auto renewal.They also include a right of first refusal,which gives them the legal right to match a competitors offer.And finally the sneaky way they pay out if they ever do.They charge you a monthly minium on the machines usually $45 to $75 per machine. If the machines dont make the minimum they keep all the money.To ensure that they dont make it they collect twice a month and say the collect monthly.Lorena can be reached by dialing the extension #127. Dadson washing service is very slow about coming out to properties to do repairs. I think they must be terribly under staffed for the amount of work they need to do in order to take care of their customers. Also Dadson washing machines and dryers seem to need to be serviced quite frequently. Really poor customer service.

I have an account with Dadson Washer Service for my apt building. They have collected money from the washing machines on 2/4/2015. Today is March 30, 2015 and I have not received my commission payment. When I call, no one takes the responsibility. It is frustrating.

Slow to come and fix the problem, and then the same problem happens a few days later. The washer and dryers break constantly, and the tenets lose money. They are very hard to get a hold of.

We live in an apartment building they are the worst they dont care the washers and dryers break if they bring a replacement it is an old used one that does not work at all sad to think they are even in business many residents who are elderly are even taking laundry to a laundromat

DO NOT sign a laundry lease with this company UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They are dishonest, unresponsive, provide ZERO accounting and do not repair broken laundry machines. I suggest WASH or for that matter ANY OTHER laundry company but Dadson.
