I love the new coin-free app! With Covid and the loose change shortage, this was such a smart move! I’ve lived across the street for 8 years and this place has always had excellent, helpful service. I attached photos of the app and how to download it.

Great place. Very clean and most of all they have a 24/7 person there at all times.

I like this place a lot cause but the smell of the washers is getting funkier each time I come. Some smell like sewage when you first open them. These machines and their drainage systems are in desperate need of deep cleaning.

This is a great place always clean the workers are really friendly and nice really helpful — but you gotta do something about the cholitos in the parking lot every time I go am stop and ask where am from- you ask me that 3 day ago 🤦🏽🤦🏽

This place is not very clean, I do not recommend it.

The laundromat on Santa Monica was my go-to place for years. Developers bought it and then finally shut it down. This coin laundry is in some ways nicer but I will miss the older one. Mostly people are wearing masks and trying to social distance and everyone is pretty nice. Also, no issues with machines, they get your clothes clean.

A great and friendly place ! Always clean and tidy even when it’s packed ! It’s a coin laundry but they do have the option of using an application that you prepay and then use your Bluetooth or scan the QR code to pay for the machine you want to use ! Also has ATM on site with quarter machine. Dryers are fairly cheap for drying ! 25¢ /12min . Washing. Varies but is reasonable to machine type small load-to multiple load types. Also love that it’s 24/7 so you can come at night when it’s not busy and be in and out without the worry of the rush!

I really enjoy doing laundry here. The staff is so nice and helpful. You have a couple options as far as price depending on the size of loads which are 2.50$ 3.00$ or 3.50$ . The obvious that they are always open is a nice option. The food truck usually parked outside is excellent. Also there is a vending machine for coffee and for sodas. Plenty of parking in its own lot as well as wheel chair access.

Ive been going to this laundromat for 3 years.. Recently Ive had some items stolen from the wash ( I leave it UN-attended), I was aggravated and began suspecting the staff had done it, because it has happened multiple times. Although the staff has always been overly kind to me.I went in and although we had a language barrier the establishments attendee patiently took at least an hour of his time to find me and go through the videos and show me what had happened all without me asking. What we saw is a Latino family (mom, dad, young daughter) watching me leave, strategically placing their laundry in dryers on each side of mine, looking around for me quickly and then removing my laundry with theirs. They then picked the items they wanted out of my load and then pushed it to the side in a basket that I wouldnt have found if not for watching the video.This speaks more to the cultural situation in Los Angeles then it does to the quality of the laundromat. The service was great. The security camera system is of great quality and I am able to identify the family.

I quite like it here. It feels nice, great help. The coffee machine be banging. But what’s the WiFi password haha? Great washes, the dryer does it’s job.

The one on Edgemont has the best customer service. At the Virgil one I have experienced non existent customer service. The person that works there hides or doesn’t care. Best to go where the attendant rocks (Edgemont)

It needs to be cleaned much more specifically the washing machines. Looks like only floors being cleaned.Bathrooms are clean and love the new coffee machine. The price is right. Thank you
