I had a fair bit of questions before I was ready to order and the staff has been very patient, polite and professional through all communication.The item they showed me in images looked to be in great condition and just what I was looking for.I’ll update my review once I receive my items as well.

Carol and her team are awesome. They were able to solve a problem that I was running into for weeks. Diagnosed, replaced the faulty OEM part, and fixed a firmware issue in a day. Very reasonable prices, friendly + knowledgeable staff, and overall the super hero youd hope for when youre running into computer issues. Highly recommended :)

I bought several G5 Macs from DV Warehouse in 2012 and received them in great condition. Only thing was they were missing the PRAM batteries, but an email to them and they quickly sent me the batteries needed to boot the machines up.

You can buy any Apple part here and no one is going to tell you, Sorry, you cant just buy the part, you have to let Apple repair your computer. Not only do they have great inventory, they have been the most competitive price also. If youre fortunate enough to live nearby, you can turn a critical repair the same day with local pickup.

Spent several hours searching for display assembly for my Mac. Placed order and chose to expedite purchase. The screen I found was a brand new screen not a refurbished one and low and behold I get a call 12 hours after order saying that the inventory was wrong and I will not be receiving brand new display assembly but we have a refurbished one. First and last experience with these jag offs

I have an early 2009 mac pro that has a busted logic board or chip board. Ordered the logic board from DV Warehouse because they had good prices and have a lot of items in stock. Item showed up as advertised and seems to work -- no complaints! Unfortunately, as I found out, its seems that it is the chip board that was bad, not the backplane board, likely due to a missing heat sink anchor causing something to overheat. Ill keep the board though since a computer of this vintage will only get more difficult to get parts for (I like having a pretty fast mac with a top of the line video card for playing the newest games, which you cant do with the trash can macs). I just ordered the chip board from them as well, well se how it goes.

Ive used DVWarehouse a few times in the past (mail order) and never had any issues...until an iMac power supply failed while still under their so called warranty. They then showed their true colors. They were so difficult to work with that I eventually gave up (I imagine this is what they were hoping for).I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I purchased a mac tower and a mac mini from these people last year. The mac mini came with a non-working keyboard. When I called, they sent a new one via Fedex, which arrived the next day. It worked but it wasnt the same kind of keyboard. The first (defective) one was aluminum, with a light touch. But the second was a plastic keyboard with clunky keys. I explained that I wanted the keyboard that is original to that computer, so the next day, I received an aluminum keyboard in the mail.This year, when I decided to add some memory to my tower, I discovered that somebody had installed the wrong sliding hard drive holders in bay 3 and 4. It had been a long time since the purchase and I couldnt even find the receipt.Expecting a battle, I took the computer to their store on Seward. Five minutes later, I was driving home with the correct holders in my machine.When you purchase a used computer, youre never going to know exactly what the previous owner did,. Thats why you need a company like DV Warehouse, that will stand by their product, when you inevitably have an issue. I recommend them whole-heartedly!

I dont know how helpful my review will be, because my experiences are not all that recent, but I have bought two Apple laptops and a small range of parts from DV Warehouse and I have been thoroughly satisfied each time. The parts were hard to find elsewhere at the same price, and the laptops came as advertised and have lasted a number of years. I am typing this on an early 2008 MacBook Pro that I bought in late 2010. I had to replace the battery and in late 2013 I had to replace the logic board.The plastic parts on the screen frame are starting to crack off, but that is more a function of the number of international trips Ive taken with this laptop than anything else. If I thought I could fix it for less than half the cost of updating (probably through DV Warehouse again) I would repair this workhorse that has had no problem running El Capitán.I am a little surprised that people would use the term scam artist to refer to DV Warehouse. I have dealt in the past with some truly devious scam artists selling Apple parts/laptops, and DV Warehouse has ALWAYS been easy to deal with and has stood behind their products. When I look for Apple laptops without the price tag of Apple Store, I always think of DV Warehouse and OWC. Other than that, I cant think of anyone I would automatically trust.

Stay away from this company.....They supplied me with a faulty part and then refused to give me a refund, claiming that it was not the part they sent out, Finally I had to open a case with Paypal, who investigated and decided in my favour. I think DV Warehouse is a con job....stay away!

Constantly ship faulty or damaged parts and then make the customer pay 25% restocking to take their broken faulty parts back. Avoid these scam artists at all costs.
