Excellent customer service! These guys pay fare market value for your old tech. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

They will only pay for newer operational machines in working order. They lie about paying you to “recycle” items “even if they’re damaged”. Wasted my time and gas because the reviews are extremely misleading. If you just want to recycle your stuff free all good, but don’t go out of your way thinking you’ll get cash for old or damaged items. Just take them to a local e-waste place.

This place is great and trustworthy! I’m a long time customer (since 2013) and they have paid me for two of my old Mac computers and also a computer monitor over the years. This a brilliant and innovative idea! When I went in they priced my items right in front of me and it took just a few minutes. I was travelling for work and couldnt come back to pick up my items for way more than the 14 days. But I called them and malia was super helpful and said they would hold them til I came back from work. When I came to pick up my items James and Jose were super kind and had all my items ready to go. I highly recommend this place for all your electronics!

Went in and was greeted by a friendly staff. I filled out one sheet of paper with some basic information about myself and my items. I chilled outside on the sidewalk because the weather was nice and I like to creep on strangers. Anyway, I was called in after about 1 hour and 15 minutes from dropping off my Sony Xperia Z5 Compact and was offered a cash quote which I happily accepted and that was that. Prompt and friendly service.

If you have electronics in your house that you are considering throwing in the garbage. These guys are perfect to give you some gas money. Outside of that they will try and low ball you ridiculously!! Staff is professional though.
