The owner is always helpful. I have known him for years. Has great findings for any Celebration. Maybe out of 9 years I have known him I have had 1 small issue w this store but I believe it was just a mistake. Didnt stop me from returning for every event.

Service was mediocre but you dont come here for the service. They have excellent prices and a wide assortment of celebration accessories.

It has cheap things but what I did not like was that they do not want to sell you 1 piece, I asked about cylinders and the employee did not want to sell me 1 piece, I do not know if it is the employee or the owner. But next to it is another store and there if they sell by piece ..
