THEY ARE HORRIBLE ! KEEPING OUR PACKAGE FOR NO REASON !!!
Literally taking so long, my package arrived at this place on the 26th at 12 pm and still has not moved since.
LA Airport Customs is terrible! They are extremely slow and inefficient! -- I ordered a small electronic item from China on January 14, 2019. It was sent by air from Hong Kong, and it arrived in Los Angeles on January 17, 2019 at approximately 1:00 P.M. Its now January 23, 2019. I checked the tracking number, and the item is still at the L.A. Airport Customs Office. Nothing has been done yet since the item arrived there 6 days ago. Its still in holding and waiting for an address label to be put on it in order for it to be sent to me by USPS. -- I need this item to repair a laptop computer for someone who has been waiting a long time. This delay is ridiculous! -- Im not blaming the company in China, because they sent the item immediately after I ordered it. But, I am blaming the LA Airport Customs Office for being so slow and inefficient.
