So many cute items exist here and useful item too. The best dollar shop in LA
Awesome place to get trinkets and probably better than a regular dollar store stuff.
Always interesting things to browse and spend more than you expected just because the things are so cool!
Mind-boggling variety of products. Quality is very nice for the price. Store is always immaculate! My daughter loves it also! Plenty of things for kids and young adults!
Everything is $1.50 here except if it’s marked. The ones that are marked have prices on them usually $3 or $5. The quality is pretty good too
Great Daiso location! Love it! I always find exactly what I need and more 😂 hit and miss with some of the products but its alright I guess. Keep in mind $1.50 adds up quickly 😳😳😳. This location validates parking, but parking attendants can be rude 😒 park at your own risk. This Daiso seems to have most items stocked up. So sad pets were not allowed 💔 FYI pet lovers 😢
$1.50 Japanese Store of all kind items.Great place to shop for quality items.
I can understand the limited people in the store (12 Max) but they would put the slowest person at the cash register! I was the third person in line to get into the store and literally waited 30 mins. If you have time to drive to the other Daiso then do so...this one isnt as big as the others and doesnt have as much stuff
Lots items for house holds stationary items. Very nice store
Is nice that in this time on covid they respect the social distance and limit of number of people inside in other stores they let people inside and dont respect the restriction of number of costumer inside..I give 5 stars
I took a lyft down there and was upset to find that they have their hours posted in 3 places and were closed an hour before the hours say they are closed and yet not one posted place said they were closing an hour early. Not one of 3 places had the correction and not one piece of paper saying we will be closing earlier. So I knocked on the door as I saw a handful exactly of employees inside. Not one even came towards the door to tell me either. They stood off from where they were, and looked at me except the one I must assume was manager and she hollered from where she was that they had closed early. I was upset in abundance and havent gone back.
If youre aware of Japanese and Korean culture and you like clean, cute nicknacks for the home and office at great prices. Like a mini Ikea of home and self accessories. Great chain! I love this store. I always return. Good snacks too.
Who doesnt like Daiso? Its got all the cute Japanese stuff youve always wanted and its super cheap. Go here for cute stuff ladies!
Ahh this a very wonderful and Soo very clean, organized and helpful staff. With lots of good household items and caters to pets as well. I got quite a few products just for my little baby girl Emiko❤️😊 I Loooove this discount store❤️. Ive been to this location and in the one in my neck of the woods in Little Tokyo🙏
I love this store!!
Great place, me and my girlfriend love coming here to see what new things they have in stock for our everyday life. Everything is cheap but really good quality.
Awesome place. Visit during the week, get your validation.
We love Daiso stores and go there whenever we can. They even have many smaller items you can pack easily if you are traveling like cute notebooks, pens and chair socks! I wish the lines at check out were shorter but in the end they go pretty quickly - we forgot to validate parking and had to go back, so remember to do that! GREAT for kids 4-90
I love this place so much. I can always find something new and useful. Is it something I need? Not usually. But for the price, I dont feel bad buying it.
VERY like Those in Japan. I took so much cash, and that I purchased thankfully. To me, this really is much better in terms of variety than another dais only because they have a good deal of everything youd find in Japan AND theyve qualified for the purchase price. Will happily go back.
Lots of items at great prices!
Very diverce and cozy materials and cheap prices So very popular Always!🥰
If you haven’t been to a Daiso you haven’t lived life
Super cute and useful items. During COVID 19 its asking everyone to wear mask and they dont allow a lot of people inside the store. They earned my trust.
Very clean store, cashier is so friendly excellent customer service .. they have everything for a good price ..
Lots of neat things for the whole family and affordable prices.
Always has every cute Japanese trinket needed and unneeded...🙃 ranging from $1.50 if unlabeled and varies if labeled. But, you may buy it anyway [although unneeded] and easily spend hours in this store. Youve been warned!😉
A must try!
Staff is kind and courteous. The store is always very clean which is a pleasant change from the stink on the street.
Living in Japan I have a great love for Daiso and their products. For how cheap they are sold for, Ive always loved the quality of most of the material and things I buy. In fact, most of what I own probably came from Daiso at this point. Easily spent about $40 on about 25 products so most of what you buy is $1.50 unless otherwise marked. I miss having such a wide selection like in Japan because there are some things I would have bought. And the parking structure next door was good. Charged only $2 for every 15 minutes and only up to $16 a day. Lots of shops and food to explore in this area.
So many products for such a low price! Check them out ^__^
I love this place I wish I could take home every thing in the store.
Like an upscale dollar store. I can spend an hour+ in there! Always friendly and organized is a big plus.
Daiso Japan is an amazing store! Its location its perfect too. They have good items in this particular store that can be very cute and extremely good products. Items cost 1.50 if its more then that they put a logo on the actual price of the product or the cash register person tell their customers. They have good customer service and are willing to help.
We had fun shopping here. They had so much variety. We got everything from face masks, stationery, origami, lunch boxes and stuffed animals. It was well stocked, clean and affordable. Prices ranged from $1.50 to $5.00 for the items we purchased. We were tourists and didn’t realize they didn’t offer plastic bags, not even for sale at $.10 a bag. Bring a reusable bag or buy one from them. You will be glad you did because you will leave with more than you expected!
This is the only location Ive been to. Its clean and the cashiers were always nice. Its in a shopping center with parking which is a plus. Just make sure to enter the correct parking so you can get your ticket validated.
Good just the parking
This is a great store! They have the coolest items. Little gadgets you cant find anywhere else
This store has it all. THE best value in town for home and personal items. if you like the candy, hi-chew, they have exotic flavors.
Fun nic nacs
Easy to find inexpensive household goods, art supplies, and much more. Most items are only $1.50. So are more, but worth it. I used to buy merchandise for an art store back east, they ordered from Daiso and marked things up A LOT.
I love this place. They need to open one in Las Vegas!! I love walking up and down every aisle. So many useful things for reasonable price. Most things are $1.50. All things Japanese just like the ones in Japan.
I always end up spending so much money at Daiso. Everything is so cute, and interesting I cant resist. Lots of household items, party bags, holiday decorations, school supplies, umbrellas, socks, snacks and much more.
Great location conveniently located inside the multi-purpose plaza with restaurants and shopping. This location had a lot of snacks and beauty items.Credit accepted, free parking lot
Generous selection of useful and well-designed home and consumer goods made in Japan
Affordable prices and awesome household items. LOVE THAT STORE!!
I go here once a week. I absolutely love it here. Most of the things they sell are a $1.50 and if not it, it has a sticker, but you wont see anything over $5.00. They sell the cutest things and they have really useful/good house supplies as well for school supplies. You must check it out!
Some of their products are not available maybe it depends on the country. Otherwise its a good place to shop for arts and crafts.
Perfect place to spend money on stuff youre probably not gonna use without being sorry, because its very cheap 😉👍.
Cute place to look around. Can be a bit confusing to look at some items if you dont understand Japanese home life culture. Low-price items that are total steals if you know what youre looking for!
The best stuff for so cheap. I come here when I really want to go shopping but dont want to spend a bunch of money. This place scratches that itch to spend without breaking the bank and everything is so cute and useful. The Daiso is in a plaza/mall thing and not really visible from the road but if you walk along the road there is a stone staircase and ramp leading up to it where you will see the Daiso on the first level. My one complaint is that the parking garage charges money which is usually about the same amount you will spend in the store but it is still not enough to be a major issue. The garage right next to the mall I have never actually been in because it is always full or closed off so I park in the garage right next to that one. Still the fact that there is easy parking available at all is major bonus points in LA.
A little small but very nice store
It was great because you can buy plates and cups, also the utensils for school like erasers and bag for pencils.
Good stuff whether or not I need anything.
They have the cutest things and really good prices. Love it
Overall this store is pretty good. Sometimes selection can be a little bit and miss if their shipment is behind but overall it is clean, accessible and well stocked. The staff is friendly. They validate for parking in the attached structure.
This was the most magical place of my trip to LA. O.OAwesome products with the greatest prices. The staff was kind and helpful.I spent a long time in there and I could have shopped there all day.I wish we had one where I live.
This place has EVERYTHING you might need from stationary, beauty products;to items for the house even for your pet. You will definitely will come back for more.🤗 best of all most items are $1.50 but there are so.e items that are higher price however never seen an item over $10
Nice place like a 99cents store but more Japanese style for $1.50 and up ..they have validation parking is small and beautiful shopping center because around there’s more small little business and restaurants, I live close and my children and like to walk until this place I recommend it
A little bit less organized than Im used to seeing at a Daiso, but given the reopening times we live in it was just fine, and much better than many other stores manage at their best.
Great place very low prices. They have everything here. Great place for back to school stuff.
Neat, convenient, followed covid regulations
Everything is $1.50 unless otherwise stated. Reminds me of the dollar stores of Japan. I was only in LA for 5 days but went into this store about 2-3 times. Some of their prices were even better that the H mart that is in the same building.
The Daiso is just like any other Daiso place. Nothing special. The problem is at their parking.Unfortunately this business was located in Madang Shopping mall. The parking experienced that I had with the place screw up my experience. I think the Daiso should address this issue with the parking, since this will hurt their business. The parking service should be part of the service provided when the business rent from the shopping mall. This experience will make me hesitate to go back to shop again. The parking people are running some kind of scam! Be careful! Please make sure you always get an entry ticket before you go into the parking from the dispensing machine or attendance. I am not the only one that filing this complaint, if you look at the review for the parking mall, you should see some other people complaint about this parking issues with the shopping mall. The reviews have many problems with parking/Valet. This incident happen on 06/24/2017 around 9:30pm, the parking attendance left the gate open intentionally (maybe the bar did not even work) to let people go in without getting the ticket. There is a person sitting in the pay booth, there is no way they have not notice that the gate is not working properly. I have seen at least four cars ahead of me did the same thing at the same time. When I tried to leave (only there for less than 2 hours), they accused me of a lost ticket and charged me the max $12.00. The worst things, the attendant who work there act like I am the criminal. He ask me to pull my car to the side and let me wait there, when he came over to the side after a few minutes wait, he start yelling at me immediately and accuses me of enter the parking without permission. I have not made any statement that I will not pay for the charge at all, I was just trying to find out how do I pay and get out. What give the attendance the right to yell at people with that kind of attitude? Even Police officer does not have the right to do that to people. The attendance is extremely rude and disrespectful. The parking attendance’s aggressive attitude make we feel being threaten. I just pay for the max charge, left and avoid the confrontation. I have never had this type of service or behavior in service industry. I find it is not acceptable, and consider this as a scam. Other people should know about this incident, I can’t help to think that this happen a lot.
So many things here that are better and at a tiny portion of the price of other places—storage, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, electrical gear, fun little knick knacks, etc.
I love this place. The best place to get home items and cute dishes. You can also find stationery items that are my staple.
Love this place!
Absolutely love this store. You can find the most unique stuff here
Good fun place to shop. Clean and lots of neat cheap items. Japanese version of 99cent store but much better quality stuff.
I think Daiso should adopt me. Just sayin... So many cool little things! Stocking stuffers for everyone on your list!!!
Very clean and tidy. It was well stocked.
Inside is clean and staffs r nice.... but its a bit small for Daiso n parking is a b***h.. at least its in a mall w other stores so thats a plus. (theres a theater but its a small 3 screen theater)
Interesting Japanese market with some weird and different stuff. It kind of reminded me of a CVS with aisles of random household goods. I dont know why I went inside but it was neat, and I didnt buy anything.
Very useful and inexpensive necessities! This Daiso has alot of items that are hard to find at this other place I go to.
I like how there is so much stuff there and they are cheap and the items are pretty good despite the price and there are some cute stuff to buy.
Always find something more than I needed. Gre st low cost store that has almost everything!
A cute little shop thats recently become more crowded so if you plan on going looking at the busy times would be a good idea. Everything there is usually $1-$3 unless its marked up. You dont need to have a love of money to come here and it has a bunch of cute things!
Ive gone before and it was really nice, but i went this time and its closed @5 but here it said it was open. Didnt warn at all came for nothing :(
Good
Has good quality stuff and theyre ill have good deals there and it has very variable stuff that you could choose from me from education to home supplies and all that very good .
The guy that opened store and let workers in tells us we will open later today(they were to open at ). Minutes later he puts paper sign up they wont open till 10:30am. He had quite a few people waiting. No customer service skills this guy. Evidently a popular store makes me want to find a different store with better staff. I will write a nasty gram to owner! How rude! Plus parking experience was less than anyone would like. Like parking in a sewer area. Stinks very bad. Limited parking plus if you stay very long parking costs!
Love this little store. The employees are super nice as well.
2 hour parking validation is a big plus in Ktown Daiso! Youll find thing you didnt even imagine you needed!
You never know what you could find there half of it is junk to clutter your drawers but every once in a while you win
I love this place! They have variety of products for less and each visit is a surprise... I never now what Ill find. I buy most of my knickknacks here.
Love daiso everything is $1.50 unless marked and rare items are as much as $5. The items are practical and made well for the price. Love them
Very organized & friendly people the price is just right.I definitely come back.
Been coming here for years . They have the coolest stuff .
Organized area ... i love the items at low price but with quality
Better than the 99 cents store and Family Dollar / Dollar Tree stores! There should be more Daisos stores than those. Products sold at Daisos are generally better quality and much more useful / resourceful. Great for innovative gifts / crafts as well as everyday household needs and / or Japanese treats - the best! 😍 Once you try this out you will never go back to those other stores...only Daiso.
So much cute stationery stuff for $1.50 ! Most things are 1.50 there is s couple of stuff with higher price but the tag says the price so you won’t be fooled
As expected. Affordable price and great items. Its like version 7.0 of one dollar shop.
Have great buys. Just managed correctly & courteous plus amazing inexpensive quality products, would recommend others tovshop there...
So much fun. Its as if Ikea housewares were reimagined by Sanrio, then shrunk. Dont have the airfare to go to Tokyo? Come here instead.
Walking into this store, I was very unimpressed by the Target/ Staples-Japanese-fusion feel. Then, I saw that just about everything here is only $1.50, unless stated otherwise. That kind of threw me, because a lot of the things here would cost you $15+ at a Little Tokyo store, or $5+ at a Chinatown shop. Were talking facial cleansers, toner, face & body moisturizers, glitter eye shadow & mascara, several different shades of foundation, hand mitts, tea cups, kitchen utensils, office products, stationary, and even snacks and tattoos. Yes, all for $1.50. Its a veritable treasure trove of cheap items of acceptable quality.Obviously, one shouldnt expect enormously high quality from these items, but given the price, they are a really great bargain, and more than one are worth stocking up on, such as the collagen facial masks which are like satin on your skin.Good luck walking out of here with only one item. I tried. And I failed.
