I love my AirVape X (I own several and so do a lot of my close friends and family). Its great to share an amazing product and I recommend it to anyone looking for a quality vaporizer. But its also very important to note that if something goes wrong, this company stands behind their product with integrity and honours their customers. This is a high quality vape. However the reason I am writing the review is because after over 12 months of regular use the battery would not take a charge. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the customer service. They honored my warranty and sent a new piece without hassle. I wanted to take a moment to share a recent experience..my AirVape Legacy, ( love it) gave me a sensor error message..I contacted the team at AirVape..I was asked for a picture of the message and after providing that I was asked to sent the unit back for further evaluation..they had it only hours before informing me they would be replacing my Legacy..they 2day priority mailed, a brand new one, with all the trimmings..I was so impressed..I just had to share with the team ..seems to be a rarity in these times when a business goes the extra mile and exceeds the expectations of their customer..that would be me..thank you AirVape Team..I love your products and your customer centricity ...Jim Patterson

I received my legacy about a week ago... And it was worth the wait. I didnt want to do a quick review I need it to really dive in to this unit... I kid you not it is next level amazing. This is about our health... From the packaging to the design of the unit... Next level. Temperature control and heating is excellent. The design and feel is to the Future. This has everything to do with cannabis even the has hemp in it. I love the legacy... And look forward to the future from air vape. 🔥🔥🔥✌🏾

Productwise it is simply the best for my personal preference. I use different types of vapes in completely different kinds of set and settings so I was immensely surprised to find that one brand fits best to all of my needs. I own 3 airvapes, all different models for different purposes and a Im happy with all 3. Customer service is fast, easy and super nice.

I have owned the Airvape x, two of them, and I really like the quick heating and the larger bowl than the Airvape XS,I had previously. I have the new Legacy and I love it. It heats in 15 seconds with a generous bowl size and a battery that doesnt seem to quit. Great products and they just keep getting better. And their customer service is second to none.

I placed an order for a vape online on Saturday 7/25/2020. I chose to buy from Apollo Vapor store because I am also in So Cal and figured Id receive it in day or two. Its now a full week later and no vape! Checked the tracking number and USPS hasnt got the package yet. So Apollo took my money when they havent even got what I ordered in stock and just printed out a label. I asked for a refund today and their reply was Your order is on its way which is a LIE because I checked the tracking again and USPS still never received the package from Apollo. If they were out of stock their online catalog should have reflected this and I could have ordered a different vape that they had in stock and today Id be vaping, digging the fumes instead of just fuming and writing this. Ive demanded my money back a second time and in a minute Ill simply contact my bank and have them charge back my money and post this review on another couple of hundred sites. Dont make the same mistake I made by assuming that just because you choose a vape and buy it from Apollo Vapor that they actually have it in stock and will be sending it right out.Apollo is way out of line!

A company with one of the best customer care service I came upon. I had to send my device back for check out, the communication was through emailing. They wrote me almost everyday giving me updates on the delivery. I feel very safe buying the product from them, I would even buy new product from them again!

Best portable vaporizer money can buy! The first time I tried the airvape xs, I was at my friends house and he introduced me to this beauty. I’ve never really been into vaporizers, I’ve tried a few before and wasn’t really ready to change my ways, I was someone who relied on combustion to smoke weed, but I have seen the light! Very pleased with my airvape and has easily become one of my favorite vapes to use for herb. I have other vapes that cost much more and I have chosen tis vape over them all. Its already a very sleek, discreet vape then put inside the shell and can take it anywhere. Blocks out the smell completely and shell doesnt add any extra weight or size to it.

This is about as good as you might expect but if you enjoy friends and good company, you are not going to get better
