I don’t usually leave reviews but this one I just must share.I have been to many Apple Stores; either to check out their new devices, to look up something on their computers, to wait for someone at a mall, buying their products, charging my phone… and the experiences, even if not not always spectacular, they always have been absolutely positive.I had the very best experience at this Apple Store location thanks for the assistance of this young gentleman named Jacob. With a friendly tone he asked if I needed help and then explained the features of the product that I was curious about. He understood that I needed time to browse by myself and gave me space. And he was readily available when I asked about availability of a case in certain color. Ge gave me the information I needed to make the choice that works best for me.I call this my best experience at Apple because I felt heard, understood, and was given the perfect input from an expert who knows his product very well, and who made me feel like I can trust him; all in a friendly and professional manner. I am absolutely convinced that without his help I would’ve not being as satisfied as I am with my choice.Thank you, Jacob. You’re the best!! And keep up the good work, buddy!(Btw, every one here is very helpful and friendly. Come check this location!)

My favorite Apple Store within a 20 mile radius, hands down. Everyone’s always super helpful and wait times and management of waiting crowds has always been good when I’ve gone - which has been quite a bit during the last year. Also, I like to two level layout too.

I purchased a new Apple Macbook Air from this store, and it broke less than 3-months later. I brought it in for assessment and what I was expecting was an apology, credit, and the assurance that it would be fixed right away on them, as there was no impact - I literally took it out of two padded laptop enclosures to see that screen was cracked; what??Instead, Apple said the screen is broken and itll be a $480 fix. I was flabbergasted. They had no interest in finding out how this happened.I looked it up after and saw that the Macbook Air is known for a serious design flaw, and has multiple lawsuits against the company as a result: That when the flap closes, literally a spec of sand can break the screen, which is exactly what happened.And they want me to pay $480 to fix a known design problem, which can easily happen again, and again, and again.I thought Apple cared about customer experience and were the anti-Microsoft. Apple has clearly lost its way.I expected this behavior from a Snake Oil salesman, not Apple. Why is Apple against right to repair? Because without it, they can sell faulty products and still make huge profits.I dont think I will ever buy another Apple product again. Buyer Beware!

Do not recommend!Do not make an appointment there, walk-in line is quicker and you can buy even stay in line, they will serve you right there.If you have an appointment you need to stay till they let you in and then you have to stay in line inside the store.Total wait time is 2 hours 15 min with appointment.Choose any weekday and it will be much quicker.Customer service is average, associates are not interested in result - final sale so they simply spend their and yours time.Avoid visiting this specific store if you have choice.

Came here with an appointment to repair my battery for my Iphone. I was kindly assisted as soon as I came in and the repair was fast too. Only problem I had was with the validation for parking. It was this really big guy that looked like he was being trained cause he kept following another young man that was working there and they were in the way of the validation machine so I kindly asked him to validate my ticket and he PRETENDED to validate my ticket!! I had to pay full price for the parking. NOT COOL!

I like this store because of the nice staff, they are ready to help. I’ve had some trouble with 2 items I bought, but they were very responsive to help me with any inconvenient. It is at the beautiful shopping center “The grove” so you will be very entertained by its surroundings.

Quick, simple, cool customer service. Usually intimidated to go into apple stores but this apple store at The Grove was chill. My man made an appointment to purchase an iPhone. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Loved how simple and easy the transaction was. We already had an idea of what we wanted so it makes it a little easier lol After a certain spending limit you can get free parking for the rest of the day.

The three employees on the left werent helpful. They told us that we needed to go outside to talk to the other employees with their tablet. If we were inside and they werent assisting anyone, why not help us? If we managed to get inside the staff outside obviously wasnt doing their job right. We knew exactly what we were looking for, but they didnt take the initiative to ask us what we were looking for. Just directed us out the door.

In the end I got what I came for—AirPod replacement (and at no cost!)—so 4 stars.It’s hard to find the Apple store if you’re not at the mall to shop. The staff were not helpful to let you know where to go for a genius appointment. Not very friendly either but I understand it’s crowded with browsers and always busy.I wore a dress and the stairs are completely glass, so just keep that in mind if you have to go upstairs!

Even though a lot of the staff was at the opening of the new Apple tower in downtown Los Angeles my experience that was phenomenal. I had a little bit of a wait but once somebody took care of me she really did take care of me all the way and now I’m the proud owner of a MacBook Pro. Apple really knows how to treat his customers.

DO NOT under any circumstances go to this store for help with an Apple product that has stopped working. Especially if you are BIPOC- they didnt put me in their queue, so EVERYONE who came in 15-30 minutes after me was served plus. And, they didnt remind me to back up my phone before they worked on it so I lost a ton. AVOID!!!

I was recommended to head to the Genius Bar at the Apple 🍎 Store due to my 💻 crashing unexpectedly at a bad time! For some reason I never considered going directly to Apple. In the past I have always used one off mac repair shops that offer good deals and seem to be versatile fixer uppers with good reviews. I always thought Apple charged exorbitant fees. Boy was I wrong‼️Not only did it take under half and hour for my laptop to be up and running like new after a visit to this Apple location, but everything was free and I was well informed throughout the entire duration of the troubleshooting process which went on right before my eyes. I ended up learning and laughing and being so happy for my visit! The genius bar works like a doctors visit 🏥for your apple products. You walk in, tell a man at the door that your device isnt feeling well - they put you on a list and text you when your ready to be seen and then an assistant sees you first after your primary care doctor comes to complete the task at hand. In this Apple locations case, while you wait for your text you have endless opportunity to stroll around🚶🏽, explore stores, converse with strangers, sit n chill, or meditate (like I did at Barnes and Nobles nearby) in the lively and tourist packed Grove that is full of beautiful people and businesses. I didnt lose any documents or data and my visit was speedy and enjoyable! Not sure this is quite as extravagant an Apple location as some others in terms of design, however, it is still very cool and jam packed with tech at the forefront of advancement that you are free to ask about and play with (two floors worth)😁👍🏻

This place is no help along with apple support. Jonathan on chat, Gill senior advisor, Brij Thankore senior advisor on apple support are not helpful at all. They will keep you on the phone for over an hour check all your apple devices and then say we can’t help you with your apple account because we don’t believe it’s you even though you have 6 apple devices seating in front of me. 2 factor authentication with a number that’s never been setup on your account. Sorry I can’t help you . You must know the number it’s your device, what’s your Apple ID that’s on the phone/iPad?, what’s the name on the screen?, ok good sorry you didn’t put that number in but it’s your device and I can’t help you reset and unless you know the number that you don’t know on your Apple ID. Anything else I can help you with besides the problem your having. Yes cancel the charges on my Apple ID. Sorry can’t do that because we need to Identify that it’s your account. Never mind the papal account that says it’s me, never mind how many devices your signed into but can’t use because we don’t believe that you don’t know the number on your Apple ID. It’s your Apple ID, if you don’t know it ask some friends and family if they put it in your phone.. Apple support has terrible customer service I’m sure I’m not the only 1 in the world with this issue. But why care about customers that have issues like this since it’s so minor compared to the millions that don’t.

Great service at this Apple store! Was taking care of in a very timely manner and got the help I needed. They put on a new screen protector for my iPhone X and did it with perfect alignment and precision. It was a great place to go to get that work done. The place looks very nice and very fancy.

This is a premier level Apple store! So modern and clean and the staff is all top notch. I was ready to invest in an iMac for my photo and video editing work, and wanted to go pick it up in person instead of buying online so I could ask some questions to make sure I ended up with the product that was right for me.Even though the store was busy I was quickly helped by a smiling apple genius who was able to answer all of my questions and get me set up with my new computer that I’m so excited about!! Thank you for all of your help and your excellent customer service – Steve Jobs would be proud!

After fighting the urge for a number of years, I’ve finally taken my latest large technological leap and have equipped my technology collection with an iPad. I found that I don’t like browsing the web on my laptop because it’s clunky and awkward unless you’re well positioned, and the screen on my iPhone is just too small for me.With the help of Eric, the friendly Apple store attendant, I was able to figure out which iPad was the best fit for me.I was so happy with the excellent customer service that after unboxing my new iPad, I decided to log on and write this 5 star review to let everyone know I’m definitely a happy customer!

From start to finish very professional despite crazy Covid regulations.. Gentleman at the door was very cordial.. Assured I wouldnt have to wait more than ten minutes. He was correct. I was in and out within thirty minutes. Rep inside was able to help in a timely manor getting me out quickly. Arrived on time for my pickup at 3:45 on the dot. One person ahead of me and was addressed immediately after. It was kind of hot standing outside in little shade but I was able to get the order in under 10 minutes. Last time I ordered an Apple Pencil from the 3rd Street promenade location and the person before me got a bag and I was handed the item with no bag so I didn’t leave a review. This time, even though the item was small, I was properly given a bag to leave with my new Apple product. Thank you grove for a great shopping experience!

Getting in the store is a monumental task. The staff confuses which is front of the line and which is the end of the line. Their incompetence is exceeded only by their arrogance. It’s probably a training problem, maybe too much tech training and not enough people skills. Shopping, repairs, pickup, service, whatever getting served is incompetence run amok.

Not only did I wait 40 minutes for an online order and watch people there for 5 minutes purchase and leave I felt completely disrespected by the staff. not only did they Not show any kind of common sense they were inconsiderate and unprofessional about they mix ups. I likely won’t return to this particular apple store. They changed access to indoors so you typically wait outside for awhile whether you have an appointment or not. Currently you aren’t able to look at items so if you are in the buying market you have to have the particulars about what you want. The line situation outside is very confusing and essentially you have to be checked in outside so if the apple person doesn’t see you in line you are checked in after people who came later than you. I had a 1hr genius appt that took 2 hours so that wasn’t fun either.

Nightmare! Had an appointment to get battery replaced iPhone. Advised it would take 1 hour 50 minutes. I came back at the appointed time. Waited another 15 minutes for it to be ready. It is obvious from the receipt, that the technician charges your credit card when they are finished and then take their sweet time to bring it to you. In my case - 30 minutes after I was told it was ready. 45 MINUTES TOTAL WAITING after their promised time. Every time you ask any question at all from any Apple employee, the standard answer is give me just a minute and Ill find out for you and then they do NOTHING. Employees not informed, not helpful, unapologetic - very mis-managed. Avoid if at all possible.

They aren’t helpful. Tried buying a phone for pick up and they kept saying I wasn’t authorized and couldn’t by pass it despite them asking me to make calls and took up my time and patients. They shouldn’t have managers be so uninformative to customers. I asked them questions and explained and they only said “we can’t do that”, then apple care also is giving my false hope and I spent all day trying to solve a hopeless situation.

Worst Apple store ever. Avoid this placeI called apple support because my daughter’s phone was glitching and they told me to bring the iPhone in because the phone was part of “a small percentage of iPhone 7 devices may show ‘No Service’ in the status bar(even if cellular coverage is available), due to a component that has failed on the main logic board.” The phone was brought in working conditions such make/receive calls, send/receive text messages etc, etc. Apple kept the phone for a few days to then call me to let me know my phone was up for an upgrade and that they could buy my phone so that I could get a new one. We said no, we would like to keep the phone since it was in really good conditions with the exception of “No Service” message at time the phone would display. Than, they said the phone was water damaged and there was nothing they could do to get the phone fixed to make the message disappear. We asked Apple to put phone back to the conditions it was before they opened it. Went back to pick up the phone they didn’t tell me the phone was dead, they just said here is your phone. I tried to turn it on but home button does not work and all I see in the display is the serial number of the phone. Nobody at the store wanted to answer my questions about the phone. They just said the phone was water damaged. I asked to talk to the general manager and all I got was James the Lead G, he said there was nobody above him in the store. I asked them to prove to me the phone had water damage and a service ticket to show what was done to the phone but he(James) never came out of the back room, we waited for more than 30 minutes. I guess Apple’s policy is to break people’s phone to force you to buy new one.

I came in today to buy an Apple Pencil for my new iPad. I had the pleasure of being greeted and helped by Jeremy.He was so nice and made me feel so confident in buying the right product for me needs as a designer.I feel terrible that the items were not stocked in this location but he reassured me a location near by had what we needed.I always avoid going to the grove just because it’s a high traffic location. Due to the nature of the clientele it attracts, I feels like the customer service always falls to the waist side. I’m so glad that despite that there are still really rad people that work there.Thanks Jeremy! :)

Well, I broke down and bought the new Apple 10 phone. I am very impressed with the quality of the pictures. The staff here was very helpful in trading in my other phone (I got $300 back!) downloading my information to the new phone, and erasing the old. The new phone is really terrific - I like the size. Also, the fact that there is a payment plan (somewhere around $60 a month for 2 years) makes it completely affordable. I am glad to have updated. Well thought out on Apples part.
