This store embodies what the customer service experience is all about! Every member of the staff I encountered from the moment I walked into the store until the moment I left was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and NEVER pushy… even though I was looking mostly at big ticket items like TV’s. They were all willing and able to answer any questions I had, and inform me about the major technological differences between the many different options the store offered. I was also pleasantly surprised how their prices stacked up against other larger electronics stores. Definitely give these guys a chance if you’re in the market for a new TV!

After my visit to this store I knew I didn’t need to look anywhere else. They matched pricing from competitors and worked with my budget. Andrew was very knowledgeable and the service was top notch. He made great recommendations and I couldn’t be happier with the home entertainment system installed. The custom installer Anthony came to my house was great! I will keep coming back for my home entertainment needs.

Probably spent too much money here, but these guys know it all & really try to get you an amazing set up with quality products
