Was here 2 Oct 2021 man said he couldnt have customers in his shop, what kind of store is this? We waited 15 mins for this shop to open since the sign that was posted said opens at 12 noon. If you didnt plan on opening, take your sign down so folks dont waste their time standing in front of your store. If you want nice customers, then provide a service. He says he couldnt let customers into his store because of the pandemic which was a lie because there were stores and all along the same street that were open.

Owner is a liar, We waited 15mins outside his store after it “opened” at noon. Owner says he can not allow walk-ins during pandemic when yet other stores are open along the same street AND there was a concert going on that night, makes no sense whatsoever. SO instead I went to Lids and spent 120 dollars on amazing quality hats. We were not rude at all but irritated knowing the fact we wasted our time waiting in the hot sun outside his store that was supposedly open at 12 noon.

Thank you Sean for providing the greatest customer service. Two of my custom order embroidered hats came out exactly how I wanted. Sean is very easy to work with and communicates in a timely manner. Will definitely come back!

Great shop if youre looking for hats! I came here because I needed some custom embroidered trucker hats and uniforms and Sean did everything right and prices are very competitive as well! will definitely come back again if I need more hats and uniforms or just hats in general!

Shawn (Sean?) is a patient store-runner. Sized me up for fit and even guessed, correctly, what color-way I was after. If that wasnt impressive enough, his family came out and won me over. Needless to say, I walked out w/ an on-the-spot purchase -- something I rarely do!This place has everything SnapBack, fitted, b-ball, baseball, hockey, pinstrip, trucker -- even a distressed line if youre into that.

Wider, spacious and lots of local and imported items.
