I have been to every hat shop/fashion design shop in Downtown Los Angeles, and I know that Head Case will be your first and last stop. The quality is top of the line, the designs are original/unique, and the team is honest, hard working, and hands down the best!! Ive never been to the shop. I live in tampa and a shop here sells some their hats. I have 3 and wish I could find more. Everything on the website seems to be sold out.

I was a happy customer for about a year. Then everything changed. Orders would be weeks late, and after finally receiving the hats I would see that it was done wrong or they changed the file in some way without ever approving it with us. The last order was 100% wrong and over a month past due.
