The result is fairly well. I cant believe they finished earlier for us either! We have 220 blankets and 70 pairs of slippers. They finished everything less in a month, and did some extra slippers for us.

Nice staff but the owner / manager Ronen was extremely disrespectful and couldn’t admit his error in my embroidery order. Happy to edit this review if that ever gets resolved, but it seems that nothing will be done. For reference, this embroidery was supposed to be done in dark silver. Instead, it came out white and blue.

Person who answers the phone is extremely rude.As my first time needing custom embroidery I called to get information, and was told to stop wasting his time. I was also told that I needed to stop calling since 3 other people had already called requesting the same information, which I had no idea, if you need something embroidered make sure you know what a program is and you better have it before you call because if not you will get the same treatment I got, luckily there are other places who are willing to offer information on their services and what is needed in order to get your uniforms embroidered.

Was looking to get Direct to Garment and embroidery done. I found this place online and I’m soooooooooo glad I did. I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years. The whole staff is GREAT!!! By the way, I have been using promotional material for over 20 years through many vendors and highly vouch for these guys!

I used them for the first time last week and it was amazing. I contacted Ron and he greeted me with enthusiasm and joy. I could tell that the place knows what they are doing. They have a minimum of 15 employees working at the machines at all times. They sat me down and we designed the beanies that I asked for. I called in and asked about putting letters on the back of a coat and the person on the phone cuts me off and say YOU CANT DO THAT im like uhmmm, its not impossible 3 other embroidery shops in LA have done it. He cuts me off again and saysemail the picture to me OK bye. I wasnt even done talking. I should have read the reviews first because many people said the same thing about him being rude on the phone.AND NEWSFLASH your website sucks and only has a gallery of 6 pictures and your business hours .There is no actual pricing information, it doesnt give all the information you claim it does. terrible manners and no business savvy.
