I have been getting my fabrics from Fabric Empire for years. They are great! I live in Hawaii and they process and ship my orders priority mail in a day or two. It really matters to me that I receive my items right away whereas some places utilize the slowest method of mail leaving me to wait weeks! I am always pleased with the quality of the fabrics and the very competitive prices, too.

Asked me to pay more for shipping after i alerady paided for it online as they made a mistake in the cost if u are gonna ask ur customers for more money after alerady taking there money u arent gonna be up for long lol take the 19$ loss and ship the product instead of having a customer wait a long time for ur email and then waiting even longer for a refund of 120$ cause u messed up and didnt wanna pay 19$ for ur mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Fabric Empire. I ordered some hard to find fabric. I called them first to make sure it was in stock. They answered the phone and I actually spoke to a person! Shipping was a bit expensive, but the fabric arrived exactly when they said it would. I also called to check the status. They are very efficient and have good customer service. Highly recommend.

Gnarly store. So much to choose from its like Disneyland for upholstery. Love it. Nice staff and very helpful. Wish it was open on Saturdays tho.

I just wanted to say how excited I am. Even with all the problems out in the world, I received my order quickly and with no unnecessary fuss or drama. The vinyl is beautiful. All I have to do is stitch it up. My day is going well and faith has been restored.

What great customer service. Its easy to rate someone high when there are no problems with an order, what separates the OK from the BEST is how they handle a problem.I received my order and after 3 days I knew the foam was not the right size, I checked my confirmation e-mail to make sure I ordered the right size and verified that my custom cut order had been cut incorrectly. This is were the BEST stepped up, I called let them know my problem, they had me send them a pic of the foam and a tape measure and a few days latter they mailed be a replacement order.Ive let is set its 3 days and I now have exactly what I wanted. This is why they have earn 5 stars from me

Want to buy fabric that takes a month to get to your house?Want emails about your order to get thrown in a spam folder instead of actually getting answered?How about wondering where your order is because no email ever got sent to you giving you a tracking number?These fun times can all be had if you order from Fabric Empire.If youre like me and decidedly unfun in this situation, buy from somewhere else. Anywhere else.Youd have better luck trying to get ahold of these people with two cans and a piece of string, or sending a drunken homing pigeon.

Horrible customer service. Does not get back to you and when you try calling they sound condescending and judgmental if you want to return a product. This is the worst company. Fabric stores are a dime a dozen so I would go somewhere else if you need materials.

They had just what I was looking for, but the handling fees are insane.

Ordered fabric from them on amazon and I received the nastiest, most toxic smelling fabric imaginable. I then washed the fabric over five times and the smell would not dissipate. I ordered it to make items for a newborn and I refuse to even consider it now as one can only imagine what kind of brain damage or cancer they would grow to have from whatever chemicals this company used. I’m beyond upset about this and have demanded not only a refund for the item but for my shipping as this is a completely unacceptable business practice. I’m completely disgusted and will make sure every person I know never shops with them.

Does anyone know is this store open? I have ordered some fabrics weeks ago but I haven’t received any answers to my questions about the shipping😯

Wish they had a negative I would give them one. I order 1 yard of headliner material and a week later still say processing. Never order from they again.

Placed an order and 2wks later it still hadnt shipped. Called customer service to see why, got put on hold for 10min then was told that processing was backed up and my order would ship within 2 days. Immediately after the call, they created a shipping label. 2 days later and the label still said pre-shipment so I call to get a refund. The lady gave a refund that she said would process in 2-5 days. No apology for the inconvenience, no asking why I wanted a refund, or how they could make it better. Both times I called they didnt even say bye, just hung up the phone. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

High quality fabric. Came exactly as described/pictured. Shipped quickly.Would definitely order from them again :)

Ordered foam 5x24x24. Shipment said that was size. When we put in cushions we found they were 5x24x22 1/2 so fit is not tight. After unpacking shrink wrapped foam there is no way to return. Wish size would have been as advertised.
