Heather and her staff are the bomb. They helped us select the right quality fabric for our project and helped us every step of the way. I spent more than I thought i would, but I am SO GLAD we trusted her and bough the better fabric. Now 4 years later the couches and seating still look fantastic.

After being in their same location since 1953 Britex Fabrics will move to 117 post street. Perfect location for them.Great to see a SF local business stay in the city.

This store is like a Joanns on steroids!!! And one of my favorite stores in Fashion District. There are so many selection of fabrics to choose from, and I especially love the prints they have there! The fabrics are kinda pricey compared to the other fabric stores around, but like I said, the prints were super cool and the quality of the fabrics seemed really good. I will definitely try to make another trip back sometime soon!

The number listed has to be wrong. Some guy answered who did not seem to understand English. He kept saying uh-hun to everything I said. When I tried asking again, was this a fabric store...he hung up.

First time here and everyone was helpful. Was able to assist me in finding everything I need as a newbie to sewing.

It is my favorite place to find fabric for school project. And it also the first choice for FIDM student to find their fabrics.
