Staff is pleasant and helpful. Best selection and colors for tablecloths and napkins

The owner has the worst attitude! Almost like he despises his customers. The employees are nice and friendly but there’s no way to avoid the mean owner bc you have to checkout with him. He’s not helpful if you have any questions so don’t bother. It’s an ok store but you have to overlook the owners horrible attitude if you want to shop there.

So cute, so cute, so cute! Nice supplies & interesting ideas throughout the store. Staff is friendly... but not overbearing. I will have to return, I got a great cross stitch kit there for my mom for Christmas. Just a very well designed store :)

I even gave clients order fabric from mood and ship it to me and everyone agrees that their customer service, and variety of price point without sacrificing quality is amazing.Great solid silk collection in a ton of colors, and fun knits and woven. I really like this place. Its so happy and fun. The colors, the displays, the projects! Its like fuel for the DIY soul when I step inside. I dont really knit, but I do sew and they have lots of wonderful cotton fabrics. I do wish they sold rayon s and silks though.

When I go to Mood, it feels like I died and when to fabric heaven. Mood carries any type of fabric you will ever need or want. They have rows and rows of fabric stacked to the ceiling. It can be overwhelming if you do not have a clear vision of what you are trying to make. If crowds are not your thing, then I recommend trying to go during off-hours.

Unfortunately I dont live close enough to visit the store but Ive been very pleased with the ease and quick shipping of my orders. I highly recommend Purl Soho for tapestry weavers who use Appleton wools.

We were looking for a fabric store that had foams and found this place! Im so glad that we did, because the owner Ebi was such a kind and helpful person. He helped us find what we needed and used his cutting tool to get it exactly right for my sons class project. His prices were very fair also.

Great place to get cheap fabrics, notions and linen supplies. Always my first stop in LA fabric district. Owner is a bit gumpy, but his employees are nice and super helpful. :)

Bought some zippers from here and realized I had the wrong sizes. The owner is so rude. Wouldn’t let me return or exchange them but that was never stated when I bough them not is it listed on the receipt. I will be getting my money back !
