Trashy service. The old owner was great but he sold it to a new owner. The salesperson Mikey said they offer free delivery. I said I can pick up the mattress if he gives me a 50$ discount (which is reasonable) and he said they pay the drivers. And I said if I pick it up, I pay my driver and they don’t need to pay their drivers. He declined saying it doesn’t work that way. And I said okay then deliver it whenever possible. They said Sunday 3-5 and we waited 2 hours from 3pm until 5. then the driver called me at 5:50 saying he was still on the way to the store to pick up and would get to my place at 7pm. And now it’s 8pm and they are still not here. The driver is not answering my phone nor the store. Don’t ever come here

Awesome store. I read the reviews and wasnt sure if it was legit or not, but low and behold I showed up on a Sunday and Ivan helped me find the perfect bed. The prices on some of the mattresses were intimidating but he gave me an excellent deal. I was moving that day so having my own Uhaul come pick up the mattress saved a lot of money. I do recommend.

Only the greatest mattress store in the city. The owner, Ivan, and his salesman, Ricardo, were amazing. They were professional, amusing, completely fair, and easy to work with. I have been searching for a good, not overly priced mattress for awhile, and after coming across the Yelp reviews, I had to check out Mattress Town. I am not at all disappointed and will be spreading the word.Thanks IVAN and RICARDO!

Ivan is the nicest, most honest person you could buy a mattress from in West L.A. He was extremely helpful and gave me an amazing deal. I plan on getting another mattress in October and will definitely go to him. Also, there is parking in the back via the alley. Much easier if you are trying to load a mattress into your car.

This place is so cool and the sales person Adam is really knowledgeable and we had fun buying our mattress. Highly recommended.

I had shopped for them all. I went to see the Sealy mattresses and beds at Macys, I went to the Stearns and Foster mattress specialty store, I even went to a custom bed store to check out what they had. They have a family run business for over 30 years and apparently that experience has paid off for me. He was very honest, told me about what was good and didnt oversell on what I asked for. He started off by asking what i wanted and needed, and saved me money on the Discount mattress price everyone else was offering me. No one could give me better service, and save me on my Sealy purchase. Also, the delivery was polite and prompt.

Got a mattress here from my 6 years old sister and stop sleeping with my parents and started sleeping by her self! Highly recommend, very comfortable.

Im not related to these folks, thoughThat said, I bought a mattress there two weeks ago. Last week it arrives, but its the WRONG MATTRESS, AND BOY AM I PISSED OFF. That said, sometimes factories/manufacturers make mistakes. What matters is what happens after.Ricardo and Ivan took care of my problem promptly, and got me my mattress just the next day, along with a couple freebies. Couldnt have been nicer and more apologetic over the phone.Listen, mattresses arent cheap, but good customer service like this is priceless. Ive already recommended this place to quite a few people.
