The BEST flower quality, selection, variety and service. Sandra is INCREDIBLE! So thoughtful. Will pull and create the perfect vision based on exactly what you’re looking for. They wrap everything perfectly for gifts as well. The entire experience is super convenient. You can be as specific or broad as needed, and they will create the perfect combination while you shop in the store.
I likeBristol Farms very much. Its a fairly conpact location, @Sunset/Fairfax corner.... a quick--in and out--shopping excursion. And I place a good deal of value on that$$ ...even though their prices are a bit on the higher side, but not stratospheric. By all means try the fresh sliced, juicy(if u get it at the right time)roast turkey. Definitely delicious. And the checked especially Jason+Caroline are friendly+helpful. Always excellent pastry and cakes in their very good Bakery. Be careful. These treats are easily addictive. Shout out to Monica and Gabriel.
Went here because was told the produce was really good. It ended up being just okay. Not sure why this place gets such great reviews, I got the tuna fish salad from the deli and it was dry. Everything I got was mediocre at best. The biggest issue I had was I was on crutches and in line, they opened up another line and had the guy at the end of the line go to the next register instead of the next person (which was me) I ended up changing lines, they open up a 3rd register and again take the person behind me. I was the first person in line and the last one out the door. It was my first experience and definitely the last. I’ll stick to Erewon and farmers markets.
Great store. Small, but, at least its there. Good quality everything! Always come out happy!!!
They need more security the area is very unsafe cause the rite aid brings a lot of home less people and the gas station maybe a gated parking lot would make shoppers feel better
Lovely little gem of a grocery. The produce is always perfect, I swear each piece of fruit is individually polished and selected for the ripest one. Excellent meats, cheeses, wines. Has some interesting choices - higher end products that are fun to try. People who work there are very nice and helpful. Super convenient to park and run in.
The staff here are just amazing! They really go above and beyond for you, best service of any market around, and the selection and quality is just fab!
The hollywood location is my neighborhood store and it is just the right size for me- with just the right variety. Nice staff, good parking, not usually terribly busy. Their turkey spinach meatballs, poke bar and olive selections are spot on. Their flowers are Usually worth the markup, and when it is slightly off, they have an stellar make-better system. I’m a fan.
I recently moved from San Francisco to West Hollywood. This market used to be located in downtown SF, however, they closed that location. The market in SF seemed more organized, nevertheless, this market is walking distance to my house. What l missed when the SF market closed is the coconut cake. It was nice to see that l could purchase it here. The guy who helped me at the register was extremely friendly and professional. I am giving Bristol Farms 4 stars instead of 5 because the lettuce in the salad that I purchased was wilted. Besides the lettuce being wilted, l would still shop here because of the experience I had with the guy who helped me.
JONATHAN MR.YUMMY WATERMELON VERY PROFESSIONAL
Great food! Beautiful flowers! Lots of stuff!
Love this one in particular; friendly staff and conveniently located. They have my staples, vegan options, great produce, etc.
Very clean. Fast check out lines. Love the deli and bakery areas.
Great Food and Friendly service!Warm, TASTY chocolate cookies!
Fabulous sushi! Better than most restaurants, and not impossibly expensive
Usually only one counter is working, so there’s always a line to wait in. Also, on average if you go here to buy 3-4 things, one will always not be available. Very expensive. They have good sushi though!
Nice place there are breads and baguettes that are prepared in the place, very tasty. But expensive.
Still the best grocery and wine store in Hollywood.
I wanted a special bottle of tequila and they had it and that was wonderful.and not only that, they had it waiting for me at the checkout stand. Thats great service.
Horrible service at the cashier.I used to go there more often. I have dramatically reduced the amount of money I spend at this place. The women in particular at the cashier makes me not want to go back. They seems to be upset at you all the time. It always leaves me with a bitter taste in my mouth. This is one of my neighboor store and as much as I have tried to support it during these times the treatment never changes.Couple of other fiends of mine feel the same. I wish they would’ve taken their time to let it be known before they chose to never go back.
The BEST in west Hollywood😍😍
Small market with incredibly tasteful and classy selection, their cheese samples are amazing and they carry a wide variety of wines love this place!
Nice little shop has lots of hard to find items. Produce and meat section has has a good selection.
It is pricy but good
Friendly, super selection but know that its a upscale store and prices reflect that. Amazing selection, deli, fish and meat counter, even a Poke bar. Sadly just passing though but a nice surprise in WeHo
The best!!!Excellent costumer service!!!Lots of love 💘
Small place but has everything you need
Love their baked goods, which are baked right in the center of the store. I go right when they open in the morning and the muffins are still warm b/c they just came out of the oven. Yum!!! [The Blueberry Muffin is INSANE!!] Their Bristol Farms fresh juices are also amazing.
Love this place, the ladies in the pastry section are incredibly kind
Good stuff but a little of choice
I like this location. The employees are pretty cool and its got a coffee shop (Petes, I think) downstairs and indoor parking. All health food or organic stores seem overly packed, with tight little isles that I hate maneuvering along. So, one star off.I do enjoy the food they carry as well as the atmosphere of this particular store, so I recommend shopping here.
Like any Bristol it has great stuff but this one is TINY. Think of it as Bristol Farms Express. It has limited quantities and selection. They still have a hot food bar. Bakery with awesome cookies, muffins and a Poke bar.
Friendly, super selection but know that its a upscale store and prices reflect that. Amazing selection, deli, fish !
Very Prejudice experience here at this Bristol Farms location. I am walking distance from this location as Bristol has there liquor priced way lower than any other ordinary liquor store. James Conway & Sergio are very racist individuals. I tried to purchase a bottle of champagne for a 100$ and my credit card company denied the transaction. I was then told I needed cash or debit card to purchase. I then purchased with cash as I had to go to an ATM to withdrawal the funds. A day later I walk back to the location to get another bottle of champagne and I was singled out and told that if I want to purchase I must use cash or debit because my credit card company denied the transaction the previous day.Really??? I was going to pay with cash regardless but for the simple fact I was singled out before I even paid was outright wrong and prejudice. So I have to assume this location only accepts specific ways of payments from specific customers. Due to the color of my skin and my presentation of myself I was singled out. Very embarrassing experience in front of other shoppers, as other shoppers were using there credit card to purchase alcohol. Its the weekend in the summer. What do you expect?? I come to this location every day to buy food. Never will return again! Will be filing a civil lawsuit.
The checkout staff is not friendly or helpful. Its a mystery how they decide to staff the store...during peak hours, there is one or two checkers to handle the lunch or after-work crowd.Half the time I go there, they dont have what Im looking for. Then Im forced to go to Whole Foods. The staff at Whole Foods is infinitely more polite and helpful.
I love Bristol Farms and I still miss their location in Thousand Oaks so whenever Im in LA, I often make a pit stop before heading back to Ventura County. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful and its always a treat to have real butchers behind a meat counter. Overall, many high quality products.
Good food and bakery. Checker was little unfriendly.
I came to by cake... And i really need to use restroom, cashier Gilbert R. lies to me ... he says they closed restroom at 9:00 p.m.Really? How is that possible? When the other cashiers says restroom was open.Very bad customer service 🤒
Outstanding customer service in the deli sandwich area.
THE absolute FINEST foods from around the world. Exquisite Meat Dept. The selection is vast, including veal, venison, buffalo, Chilean Seabass. Expert Old world artisan Meat cutters, with a very welcoming attitude. It is a great experience.
Bristol Farms is a great go-to if you just need to pick up something quick while youre in the neighborhood. It can be pricey though, so be careful. Watch for the coupons they send out regularly. Sometimes you can get free items with a small (~$7) purchase.
Best coffee beans... good pre-made kebobs. Expensive produce. Recommend the Bristol Farms wine blends. B+
I typically don’t post negative reviews of places. I live in the neighborhood and I really want to like this store, but every time I come in here I am disappointed. The biggest draw for me is how close it is, I live in an apartment complex literally 200+ feet from the store. They also have chocolate covered strawberries. The problems begin when you walk in the door. For some reason, it seems as though all of the staff are always too busy to help you - even if there are no other customers. In fact, I’m going to go a step further and plainly state that they are almost hostile to the idea of customer service. The goods that are sold here are marked up to almost double what they should be sold for. For example: I can’t really understand why Jif Peanut Butter sold at Bristol Farms is prices for almost twice as much as the similar sized Jif Peanut Butter sold across the street at Rite Aid.Finally, their bakery is almost always deserted. The one thing that would bring into Bristol Farms is their chocolate covered strawberries. Unfortunately, their bakery section is always deserted and the check out clerks -literally right next to it - just stare at you the entire time unhelpfully.
My name is George Anton I’m a film director of the most famous film director here in Hollywood google me if you want George Anton and I love this place I come here with my family and I by at Bristol Farms a lot of veggies and meats and we enjoy our eyes all the family at home eating dinner from Bristol Farms what a great place to be
Close to the Griddle Café, we came here after we were stuffed with food in hopes to shop for more food. The selection was a little different from a typical store which we usually enjoy, but this place was small. However, we did get to buy pasta sauce that Bristol made which turns out to be good. The items seem a little over price, but the cashier was friendly.
Bad service I ask where can I found a certain item cashier told me cant leave my area he could of called someone else never go back again. Train your employees about customer service.
I love this super market, I feel it offers ever better quality than Whole Foods but at a more reasonable cost. The also offer real delicacies that are harder to find anywhere. I was really struggling to find dry Porcini mushrooms anywhere else.
Decent Bristol Farms for the Hollywood/West Hollywood border. VERY small though! Kind of impressed and annoyed at the same time that all their whisk(e)y is out of arms reach so I cant look at it :(
Some convenient food, they are okay but not great!
Incredible experience today with the wine representative in store here. Really knew all his wines!!
Nice place
I love the turkey its delicious very nice people friendly
We bought some flowers and we received a very good service.
Most of the time I come and see some tv celebrity. Pretty cool 🙄
Convienient location, great food but definitely a bit pricey.
Clean and the customer service is great. Affordable prices!!!
Great food, little bit expensive but you get high quality products
Great produce good selection of organic stuff great deli little pricey but worth it
High end, friendly and spendy, consistent quality.
Great curated food selection, curteous staff, good prepared foods.
Excellent selection of rare food items. You get Gruyere or real Emmenthal cheese, spelt flour etc
Great little store... Expensive. Not meant for major shopping trip
Very compact. But good selection
High quality products but extremely small and limited selection.
Bit pricey but love the fresh options
Easy, convenient, prior who work here are move, a little expensive though...
Quite overpriced. Even worse than Whole Foods, without the fine attention to details.
Clean, good produce, fresh fish, great meat dept., small market makes it feel like your own neighborhood store. Friendly staff.
Really high quality food but somewhat limited selection and high prices. Come here for a few choice meats and items but do your bulk shopping elsewhere.
Cute store
For such an upscale place it sure is a dump

Awful customer service, worst sushi bar in the city, all the fruits are kept near frozen temperatures
Smaller Whole Foods or Trader Joes style products. Expensive.
