We celebrated my friends birthday at this restaurant! They were very warm and welcoming! Staff was great. The Italian food was very good! We ordered a ton of apps and I got pasta dish. I thought for sure there would be leftovers but it was so good we ate everything!

The brunch menu is actually a great deal for bottomless drinks in Manhattan. The food is also very authentic as well. You get 4 tapas plates, paella, and dessert along with unlimited drinks (I recommend the sangria)

The BEST food I’ve had in LA for the price point. This is now my go-to spot. I don’t understand how it’s not crowded. Great prices and the most delicious food. A hidden gem not too far from the bland tourist traps of Venice. Hope you find this place for your own good. The breakfast burrito and avocado fries are to die for. Great wine selection and they even make lattes! Can’t wait to try the jalapeño Mac and cheese next time. Please never go out of business! You guys are the BEST!!!!!

All I can say is DELICIOUS!!! First sit down dining experience in some time. Everything was great, service, drinks, food was phenomenal. Come out and support. Comfortable outside seating.

Excellent. We had the bahn mi sandwich, and Vietnamese lettuce wraps (bahn mi in lettuce wraps). Delicious. Great choice of beer too and plenty of desert options . Cant wait to come back and try more of the food.

We ordered the family size mac & cheese from GrubHub for $22 thinking it would be a decent amount for two people. It was a serving size for one person that you would get most other places for $12-$14. It wasnt exactly the type of mac & cheese we were expecting but it was good, just a bad value.

Pure bliss. The steak frites was delicious. I got it with a mashed potatoes side and a glass of sauvignon blanc. The steak melts in your mouth. The seasoning on the skinny fries was something new to me but very savory. Service was amazing. Numerous baked goods and pastries to choose from. Cheesecake was silky and rich.

All were delectable, and the vanilla ice cream was the real stuff, the good stuff with beans/vanilla powder.I would 100% go again and am glad we live so close by!

Had the two fried chicken sandwich sliders. They were $14 for the two (sold as two only), fries not included. The size of the sliders were good, as was the size of the chicken on each slider and how crispy each piece was. Also all white meat. Each slider also comes with a soft bun, spicy sauce and slaw. One thing that isnt so good is that the slaw is just lettuce. There is no liquid to hold it together. This sandwich is generally just average. If however the slaw had some acid/vinegar base this would really help out the flavor.

I came here with my boyfriend and the guy at the bar saw that we came in greeted us with kindness yet NO ONE came outside to greet us we ended up leaving and went to the cloverfield instead by the Santa Monica airport delicious food ! Terrible service here would not go back again . I will take my business somewhere else

I love this place. My wife loves their brunch and lunch. Excellent wine selection and the staff is fantastic. If you are local to the Mar Vista area, this is the best place to come to for a bite and drink.

Amazing food, friendly service and large wine and beer selection.There is a small patio along sidewalk and I think they added some tables in the parking lot but I either order to go during busy times or go when their not as busy. Very relaxed atmosphere.Lobster roll is delicious and melts in your mouth. Kung Pow Brussle sprouts are not too spicy but tender and yummy. Fried cauliflower is nice and crispy and comes with great chipotle dipping sauce which WAS pretty spicy.They have great happy hour specials starting around 3 including food specials.Fish taco is giant battered and fried filet of cod on corn tortillas with mango salsa and dressing. Fried green tomato slider is SOOO good and light with big slice of avocado on brioche bun. My favorite was Vietnamese pork lettuce wrap. Big helping of spicy pork with dressing. Yum!Theres so much more I still want to try including the bacon jalapeno mac n cheese, salmon Caesar salad, garlic parmesan fries and big burgers!

Got take out here last week and it was really good. We had the colorado lamb, blue corn empanadas, massive attack salad, beets, plantains and fried catfish. It was way too much food for two people but we just add it for lunch the next day which was great. Excited to get food from here again now that the menu has changed... especially excited the cabrito.

I recently ate at Rustic Kitchen and have to say they’re doing a great job adjusting to modern Covid times. The food is extremely shareable with a small party. Tables are currently limited to 4 people but when regular standards return I will for sure bring a group. Avocado fries are very worth the try and the calories!!! They just know what they are doing. All other dishes were delicious but there are so many more things left to try. The menu has many delights that anyone would love. Don’t come here trying to keep to your diet but if you can handle that then you’ll have a spectacular time. The wine menu is the reason to go with friends. 😉 😉 Poutine short rib was amazing too!!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The food is super delicious and their wine selection amazing! This has become my new favorite spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The best part is that the owners and their staff are extremely friendly and make you feel at home. What else can you ask for.

Loved the food, I had fish n chips And my daughter had the veggie burger, tasty and scrumptious.

The corn was fabulous and a great app....I had the pot pie for the first time and it was great....maybe a little too much liquid but great flavor and my cousin had the shrimp BLT.... YUMM

Great service, great food, when you think about it. There isn’t a part of this restaurant that isn’t great. I love the food, especially the fried chicken sliders. Great ambiance, with the lights hanging from the ceiling. All the employees are kind and polite. I would give this restaurant 6 stars if I could! One of my favorite restaurants!

Ordered take out via GrubHub this evening and selected curbside pick-up as an option, so when I arrived at the restaurant, I called to let them know I was there. The girl who picked up the phone told me, in a very condescending tone, oh, Im not really sure that we do that, but were not that busy right now, so I guess I can run your food out to you (referring to curbside pick-up). I told her I had selected it as an option on GrubHub, to which she replied, well, Im new, so you and I are both learning together. I found her tone to be rude, and not an appropriate way to speak to a customer, especially since the restaurant does, in fact, offer curbside pick-up via GrubHub. Food was good but will not be returning/ordering again.

Great food and drinks every time. One of my favorite local cafes.

I came here in-between a conference at the convention center to catch up on some emails. I felt a bit out of place because I was wearing my work clothes and everyone else was dressed pretty casually. Almost everyone here seemed to be college students. People were either studying or catching up.

Its especially important to support your local business during the pandemic. We found this place and got a chance to try it.It has a nice outdoor area that has around 10 tables and it is fairly easy to find parking spots on the street. We ordered two burgers and a side salad. Both burgers come with grass feed beef patty and a side of fries. Love the burger bun and ingredients: they are great but lack the wow factor. We also ordered avacado mango salad, which is very refreshing and tasty, but the portion is tiny for $9.Overall, this is a great locally owned restaurant that serves great food and well definitely be back to try other dishes.

The outdoor patio in the back is charming, but high stool seating, bit challenging for short people 🙂. The food is exceptional, high quality and delicious. Standout paprika skinny fries, pickles and chicken curry sandwich

Great food. Imaginative cooking without pretension. Decent sized portions and reasonably priced. Excellent wine list with lots of by the glass choices and very knowledgeable servers. Nice, quiet outdoor eating area and the restaurant follows all COVID precautions: Very Safe.

Consistently great!!! Today my friend & I ordered beer battered cod and a burger with Cheddar cheese. Well done fries were done perfectly. Both orders were great and tasty. And if we didnt eat enuf we had carrot cake for dessert. A definite go back restaurant as I have said before!!

I only give two stars only because I enjoyed carrot cake. I was looking forward to trying out this place. I ordered a RK burger it looked and tasted bad. It wasn’t fresh.I had a few bites I had an upset stomach from it. I called and spoke to Dominic/Manager to express my experience and he said he would comp a dessert the next time was I there.

6 days in a row for breakfast. Walking distance from where we are staying in LA.Service is excellent from all.Had the eggs - fried and scrambled. Both very good. If you come on weekdays between 8am and 9am you can get the 2 eggs at 50% off.The coffee from Groundwork, is excellent. Had the dark roast everyday, Black Gold.Kids enjoyed a bacon and cheese sandwich almost every day.On another note they have a very good wine selection with an option of flights too.Recommended.

Good service and they were constantly checking up on us - my friend and I came here for HH. The specials were ok (it basically was kinda odd to my friend and I that the prices were for 1 taco or such so you might as well order from the regular menu if youre sharing anything unless you come here solo) but service was great!!! Also good desserts.

The bed of mushrooms in the Hangar Steak are exquisite! I enjoyed every bite. The staff are warm and very sweet/ helpful. For a sleepy Monday, we were very well taken care of and attended to. A great experience all around.

Pandemic/shmandemic - I love delicious food! Explaining to the head honcho whenever I dine out, I insist on eating something I couldnt prepare myself better at home, this menu has all that and more - a personal touch, which (perhaps counterintuitively) has become most essential these days. Added bonus: broad, varied wine selection plus craft beers on tap - who knew? A neighborhood gem nestled just beyond all the encompassing traffic jams...

This place is beautiful. Very romantic vibe and great for a date. 4 stars because I had my birthday here a few days ago for the first time. I was expecting more music and upbeat, but it was more loungy and relaxed.

This is without a doubt one of the best places I have ever been to. I took my family (including my 4 year old son) here for dinner and everything we had was amazing! From the sea salt caramel latte to the chicken pot pie (my dad had that) everything was amazing. The kids meals were nicely portioned, my son had the kids sliders and he could only finish one so the second one came home with us. The small kitchen vibe with amazing food, it was so nice to meet the owners and chef who came over to talk to us while we were finishing up and my son was deciding on what dessert he wanted.For desserts we chose a lemon bunt cake, which is amazing, rich, and moist! We also chose a chocolate whipped tart type deal, which is amazing!!!I would recommend going here! I cant wait to go back. Its small and nondescript but amazing.

Im so glad this place is open during Covid! And I mean actual sitting down and being served! This was our first visit, but it wont be our last. We over-ordered, but I didnt mind, because everything was delicious and quite reasonably priced. The Jalapeno and Bacon Mac and Cheese was our appetizer and was perfect and the Short Rib Poutine was amazing. We also ordered the Ahi poke tacos (our one healthy choice from a menu full of healthy choices), which were also great. And no, this isnt some service that posts good reviews for restaurants. We live near the 405 and it was worth a drive over to the restaurant. Please support this great restaurant during Covid so it is around when Covid goes away.Great food, sitdown, during Covid!

Excellent small community bistro with interesting menu, great desserts and for its size, an incredible wine list. The Chicken Pot Pie is amongst the least exotic but most favourable items on the menu.

Noelle is the talented chef creating amazing and delicious food in the kitchen. The food is fresh using only the best products. Many excellent choices listed on the menu. Love this spot because they serve delicious food and it is a comfortable space allowing you to visit with friends or have a quiet meal for just two. This will become a neighborhood favorite. Be sure and try Noelles famous Mac and Cheese !!

Ambiance in this place is awesome! I found that there products are so interesting that i pull out my money and bought some sweets!

Food and service was wonderful! Fried avocados were perfect with the crispy outside and soft inside and the sriracha mayo. The Parmesan fries were the skinny fries with loads of Parmesan cheese. Lobster Mac and cheese were so creamy and big pieces of lobster. Sliders had the perfect flavor too.

We found this gem on our trip to Santa Monica/LA because it was near our Air B&B. We ended up going back there a second time (consider that a big deal seeing as there is so much good food in the area!). They have a great selection of gourmet salads, seafood, burgers, etc with a huge selection of wine and craft beer/cider. Everything we tried was fantastic. The service staff were also helpful and accommodating.

Opened about a year ago. A decidedly market feel, great well thought-out food without any gimmicks. Small deli, craft beer selection. Happy to see them succeed. Heres to hoping the May fire in the strip mall that closed them down is just a bump in the road and theyll reopen soon!

Seemed rustic alright. Got tea and snacks and were relieved that we did not get any cooked meals because we saw the server grab a fistful of fries and dunk it on ea customers plate- without gloves! We were considering coming back for breakfast but after that, no thanks.

Owners John and Noelle are incredible and she is a great chef. Great addition to our neighborhood. Everything has wonderful flavors but my go to is the Lobster Roll...best I have ever eaten...anywhere.

Nice food wine and beer selection. A bit pricey for a neighborhood eatery, but enjoyed the experience. Been a couple times and differing levels of staff attentiveness. Last visit there must have been something good on TV as we had to wait 5 minutes to get someones attention to order drinks.

For lunch we had a great veggie burger, mango and avocado salad and carrot cake. The staff is always very nice and helpful.

You only wished you lived in this neighborhood to have a neighborhood restaurant this awesome.

The perfect combination of East meets West in a dish. I just wish there was more on the plate.Prices are a tad high, but for the location, its not bad. Just get the Brussel Sprouts though...2 orders of it.
