BEWARE!!!!! Used Bbq Repair Doctor once before with acceptable results. On a second trip the technician and helper broke our outdoor stone counter and put scratches in our expensive BBQ. They denied any responsibility. We contacted the owner of the company, Flora and thought she was implying she would be responsible. But in the end was unwilling to cover the repairs. We spent a lot of time finding the material and repair person to fix the counter. Which saved a lot of money. I see Flora always has some response claiming the person was fired or left or do not know who the customer is. She clearly is not willing to be responsible for her work. I would avoid this company at all costs.

We have a very old outdoor BBQ Grill and it stopped working completly . We found this company on google. It was really quick response. The person who picked up the phone was very knowledgeable. And they sent a service man the same day . In 60 min my BBQ Grill was as good as new . I highly recommend this company .

These people are the best! The contractor who installed my Viking BBQ (Custom Design & Construction in El Segundo) supported it simply with 2x4s - UNTREATED!!! With the heat a Viking can generate its a wonder I didnt have a fire! I called BBQ Repair Doctor because my BBQ needed cleaning and a couple of repairs, as well as it had started sagging into the BBQ island. BBQ Repair Doctor not only cleaned and repaired it so it was in perfect working order but, because it had never been supported correctly, they also build an entire treated wood & metal support structure to house it safely! If you look at the pictures of the damage, you can see the sagging left-front is below the top of the marble counter-top, whereas the completed repair shows it just above the marble where it should be. The scorched wood speaks for itself (thats only one of many problems I had with Custom Design & Constructions work on my home!!). I also wanted BBQ owners to see what a professional support structure really looks like. Even my friends have noticed how great my Viking BBQ looks now! I cant say enough good things about BBQ Repair Doctor. Theyre the only ones wholl work on my BBQ in the future. Real professionals, every one of them!!!!!

I called to ask for help with my new grill, and instead of charging me to come out and service it (which I gladly would have paid) they worked with me on the phone fix it. For free. I will definitely trust them with all of my business going future.

Rather than just cleaning my Kalamazoo BBQ, they performed an evaluation of the unit. They noticed that my burners were cracked and pointed out that these would be replaced by Kalamazoo under my warranty. As such, they recommended that they perform the cleaning once they received the new burners. They came back and performed all necessary repairs and cleaned the grill. This is not an easy grill to service, and they did so admirably. I was delighted.

Work was OK but some disappointment. The repair was fine but old knobs and some accessories were not replaced and not in keeping with photos shown PM website. For almost $600.00 (shocker) the work seemed incomplete. Capable but I am not sure if would recommend.

My BBQ has never looked so good! I needed a new hose from the tank, and the access panel was stuccoed in place. No problem! Panel removed, hose and regulator replaced, an my whole BBQ area looks like new! I definitely recommend.

Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your $I50Earlier this summer the rep came over to my house and told what was wrong with my bbq and that he will order the parts.and he charged me $I50 for the visit. After several weeks I called them to check the status of the parts and I was told they are on back order. A few weeks later I called and was told the same thing. I asked for a call back however nobody called me back. This happened 5 times. Today is September 21st and when I called I was told that the parts were never ordered because they don’t order parts unless the customer approves and pays first.I was very upset and told the customer service rep how I feel and that I will be leaving them a review about their service.it should be noted that I am a business owner myself and I know how damaging a bad review can be so I am very hesitant to leave a bad review but this company has given me no choice. Now I have to try and get back the $I50 they charged me for the initial visit that was supposed to be counted towards the repair.Update. While I was writing this review which is after I hung up the representative called me back saying that she was mistaken and that the part will be here in a week. She said she will email me the detailed estimate but I haven’t received it yet. Im not sure if this is because I threatened a bad review for the first time or a miracle happened. It’s the first time in 2 months that someone calls me back. Anyway. Let’s see what happens.

One Year ago I called BBQ Repair doctor to fix my lynx grill. They came out and cleaned the grill and told me that they needed to order a part, which I approved. Called a couple of times and they didnt have the right part. It was the cable to the light so I just didnt worry about not having a light. They also didnt complete all the repairs. I just thought I would let it go. They called me this year and said it was time for my annual cleaning and I told them that they hadnt finished the repairs from the previous year which they said they could complete. They came out and I explained the problems both to the receptionist and to the repair person and he said he would fix the problem. Well, he did fix the light but not all the problems. In fact I asked why the ignition didnt work and he said the battery was dead so I changed the battery and he told me I needed a new motor which I approved him to purchase and bill. When he next came out I tried the motor and it only worked on one speed, the ignition didnt and thereafter tried calling a number of time, probably at least 10 and tried to speak to the supervisor, She was never there, or had an emergency or was on another line. The grill does not function as it should, have to use a starter to light. They didnt complete the work, charged me for parts that were never installed or worked and wouldnt send out someone to fix there terrible repair job if they ever repaired the problems. I would never recommend them, they cant get the job done, the repairman doesnt know what he does, they dont return phone calls and if they think that they are doing anyone a service they are living in a fantasy world. Their work stinks, dont do what they promise to do, the new part, wasnt a new part and doesnt work. I would never recommend them for any service, to fix anything. When I asked if they could send another repairman they said only one does work on Lynx BBQS. No response from Flora their manager, no response to an email all you ever talk to is a sweet receptionist who sounds very nice and just puts you off and says someone will get back to you but they never do. They do one thing well and that is to charge your credit card and that is very quickly done.

I have used their service twice now to clean our grill and each time they have done a beautiful job. The grill looks brand new, and they carefully check all the components to make sure they are functional. The office staff is outstanding and has always accommodated us, even when we were in a bind during the busiest time of the year. I would highly recommend them.

The gentleman was completely professional and he did an excellent job of thoroughly cleaning my grill. Although some parts of my grill could stand to be replaced, he did not attempt to upset me rather he offered me options. I will use this companys service again.

I have a highly specialized grill that the technician had not before worked seen in his 15+ years, but it didn’t matter. He diagnosed the problem and fixed with ease. Plus he provided future maintenance suggestions. My experience was fantastic. I highly recommend BBQ Repair Doctor.

They did not replace what I eventually learned were the heat shields that go under the burners. Very messy. No drop cloth.Lied about replacing battery that is difficult on DCS barbecue. When I called was told they had no one available to properly put it back together. Never called back. Had to pay another person to help me. Spent an hour hosing grease off my patio.

Flora is great and very personable. She sent a technician out who took care of everything. Very thorough, didnt rush and took his time. I was so pleased that we set up routine maintenance every 4 months.

They came out to our property and looked at our grill. Everything was great up until I had to keep calling them back for pricing on the parts that were needed. Every time I called the office no one seemed to know anything about my estimate. I went ahead and paid the diagnostic and canceled the repairs. I never heard of anyone taking a month for parts. I would have approved the repairs but there was no follow up of any sort and the office staff had no sense of urgency.

Absolutely awful. It has been 6 weeks since they have been out to my house. First, they told me they didnt know what kind of bbq I had so couldnt find the parts. Then, they asked me to send pics (even though they were already out to my house) so they could find the parts. Then, they said they would order the parts. 3 weeks later, nothing. Oh, and good luck getting someone to actually call you back. It just does not happen. There are other companies out there that are far better that I will be reaching out to. I read the prior reviews on this company and figured Id give them a chance. Or two chances. Or three chances. Or four. But not another.

BBQ Repair Doctor is fast and efferent company. They do great job and their prices are very reasonable. You can tell that they know what they are doing.A few days ago they came out and fixed two of my patio heaters. They had all the parts ready so the whole repair only took about half an hour. My patio heaters are working great now. I will most certainly try them again when my BBQ needs cleaning. Highly recommend!

Called this company several times to visit my home to check my BBQ. Each time the lady on the phone said that she had to check the schedule as no one was available and never called me back, they put me on hold for a long time and never called me back or the lady said well just call you in the future with no time line. Check Angies list review and reviews are just a few and only deal with installation. More reviews are needed on this company.

BBQ Repair Doctor did an excellent job fixing my Weber grill. It was all rusted and had missing parts. They absolutely took charge and cleaned it up nicely. Also, they ordered and installed all the parts. Now it’s working great. BBQ Repair Doctor was really fast and reliable. I highly recommend their services!

The bbq repair doctor came out and did an unbelievable job. It took some times to get it done, but was definitely worth the wait. The bbq was in really Bad shape, and now it looks pretty much the way it was, when we first got it. We are very happy!

Unprofessional! Set up an appointment at 1pm on a Saturday. At 3pm i called main office and they said he was stuck at another job but he was still coming. Was txted at 3:30 asking if they could come between 4-6. I said sure. At 6:15 was called to say he wasnt coming. All of this is understandable but was told i would get a call on Monday and wed reschedule early week. Never got the call. When i called they said sorry but the next available appointment wasnt until following week. Wait they no showed on me and then dont make me a priority. Unprofessional!

Not at all happy with the unprofessionalism by Jorge the service tech. He is suppose to be their best tech. I scheduled him to come out bc my fire pit was not working. First of all he was late. And then when he arrived he tried to start it and said it’s the transformer you need a new one. He didn’t look at anything or take anything apart. And then he said he was going to his car to make a phone call and he left. When I called him he said the office would get back to me on Monday. Flora at the office was helpful after I argued Monday about his service and also still not having a report from him. To make a long story short what he said it was it wasn’t. And if I had ordered the part he told me to order it would’ve been for nothing bc it was a completely different part. They gave me $25 off the service call fee for the inconvenience. Honestly I should not have been charged. But if didn’t argue bc Flora was helpful. I will not use again and will not refer out to other clients of mine.

Absolutely horrible service. We have a Kalamazoo BBQ that needs serious repairs, and although Jorge who came to our place, twice, last year and this year, we were never able to get a quote and/or a call back after many attempts. They really dont care.
