This charming supermarket has left an indelible impression! Anything theyre selling isnt particularly expensive. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating in meeting all of your needs. I strongly advise everyone!

The food is fresh the prices are fair and their selection is vast.

Produce is the best on a scale from 1-10 with 10 being the highest I give it a 10 . On cleanliness a 10 on meat freshness 10 service a 10 I will no longer shop at food 4 less for it seems that all the bad people have made that a loitering hang out it is in no comparison to this new store Ive found El super . I feel safe there when I shop . From entrance to exit I rate this store a 10 . Very happy

Its Sunday, and its time for some groceries! Im thankful because this grocery shop has it all, and everything here is very affordable. I really like El Super. The store is always clean & well stocked. Great fruit & veggie department. Top notch bakery and service deli. Awesome carnitas served daily at the restaurant.

It was interesting. They advertised 6 water for $10.00 and didnt have anyone there to move it from the back. If you advertise anything to sale even on the last day have it especially if it in the store. Im concerned they didnt want to get the water because Im black. Then trust i wont be back.. The one on firestone is much nicer...

Plenty of hispanic products well stocked of other products they have a bakery on site and hot foods to so if you do your weekly supply purchase dont cook that day get carnitas or any other dish they have a few to choose from I go there to get my nopalitos ( cactus )and nopalitos corn tortillas good for the diet of diabetic people

The store is fine, the only thing I complain about is the city outside how badly it smells

El Super Market, I visited on Slauson Avenue, la ca. Is one of the cleanest supermarkets I have shopped at for my first time since the pandemic.The shelves were well stocked with items, prices were affordable, and the butcher dept was friendly even though I spoke little Spanish .

They are great. They are stocked unlike other markets. They are making sure people arent buying everything and keeping things for the rest of the world.. Limits are being held. Great job to them for keeping their store stocked

The Market it self is big but during this Pandemic there is no control on how many people are inside at the same time. The meat department works super slow took me 45 minutes just to get some meat. At least the lady that took my order was nice. I dont think I will go back there to get meat any time soon.

Too packed everyday and broken storage lockers not safe to leave your belongings while shopping.

Cant lie I like the hot food, but shopping in this store aggravates me. Customer service is at its worst. The good workers are fired for wanting to be treated better. (Union contract) the rest dont care or their too scared to speak up.

This store is pretty big considering some of these stores are small .... has a great selection of meats at discount pricing on weekends and wed or thurs. If youre in need of latin spices or ingredients its definitely a good place to find them here.

Ugly dirty bad service I hate it here

During a trip to visit family last week I had a chance to visit this store. I found it incredibly clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was refreshing to see the management assisting in store departments and the manager, John, was very friendly and assisted me in finding specific products. I was really happy with my visit and to find a familiar store that didn’t disappoint.

I think customers are impatient and expect to walk in and out of the store with ease when the store has a great demand. I read a comment about the bags and I’ve seen people argue when they don’t pay for them and get them with EBT. THE BAGS DO NOT COVER ITEMS THAT ARE NOT FOOD!! and you can’t ask for 15 bags for 4 items. I am greeted every time and some customers don’t reply and that’s rude. I like the service, the quality and the prices. Way cheaper than other markets.

They made the best enchiladas in their little restaurant! For some reason they stopped making them for a while so please everybody request them you will see how good they are!

This store takes forever! Like over 30 minutes just for meat, 30 minutes to checkout. Seriously!?!?!? Do the people who run the DMV also run El Super? Trader Joes has long lines that extend for miles, yet i spend no more than 10 to 15 minutes there, come on El Super!! Better off shopping at Northgate, their lines are extremely fast. the store is clean and their bread and meat are great quality.

This is the grocery store I prefer. The meats, produce, snacks and beverages is good in quality and prices. I spend way less $$$$$$ than I would at any other grocery store in town, with the same quality. They help out with keeping a budget, specially now in days that really helps. I go here because no matter which one of there chain stores I go to I always find the best service. Thank you El Super.

At the dairy it takes so long to crowded No 6ft distance safety, one person to serve more then 10 people, until you go and said something to the manager they send a second person but with attitude

Not a great meat selection

Terrible, it’s so ghetto. Deli meat department is so slow, all they do is chatter around. Their customer service skills are little to none. Needs better staff capable of adapting to fast paced environments.

Nice worker and you get all the things you need

Good store, especially if you need Mexican and south American spices and meats. Service is just a little slow and you wont find any specialty or upscale items. They have an ok selection of beers, very little wines selection, but the meat department is pretty good. Prices are good.

Its okay. They got some good deals there. The produce are at a decent quality. The fruit however needs washing when you buy them.

Great prices!!The only things is cashiers are not friendly very rude sometimes and dont even greet or smile and when you ask for a bag they get upset!! I mean I am paying why should it bother you!!

Its a big Market. The aisles are spacious. And its always clean. They sell hot food if you get hungry. They need more cashiers though because sometimes theres only 2 or 3 and theirs like 8 registers and the waiting line can get pretty packed.

I like this Super. Its clean and organized. I am not giving it a 5-star because they are always short staff or pretend to be. No matter what time I go its only 3 or 4 registers open. Thats not good for fast customer service. So far I have had only nice cashiers help me so that makes it less stressful to wait. They should definitely open more lanes though. And customers need to be more conscious of what they do. It really bugs me when people leave their carts anywhere, especially when thete are plenty of spaces for the carts to be return to. It is disappointing, especially when I see it is mostly Latinos doing it.

The parking lot is terrible and nobody speaks English so if you go you are on your own

Worker that retrieves the shopping carts in the parking lot urinated outside next as someones car while retrieving the shopping carts. I know there is a restroom somewhere on site. We are dealing with Corona virus and this person is outside urinating next to peoples car. I will not be going back to that store.

A great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Bakery is always decent, great Mexican bread selection. They have warm bolillos every hour. However the long/slow checkout lines and awful parking situation makes it difficult to give it a good review. The meat department is not staffed well and the long wait to get your grocery makes it difficult to shop.

Fresh fruit great price.

Very helpful and sweet people. There is a variety of products and spacious still. There are plenty of good specials. They have some better offers than the other competitions most of the time
